Comment: We recently used Royal Roofing Company to replace a 37 year old shingle roof in our two story house in Monterey Park and had a great experience. Good value, great workmanship and a very professional team that delivers on time.We called their office and Stephanie sent their project supervisor Alex quickly to give us a proposal, their price is mid range (compared to 4 other proposals) and timing is good. Alex addressed our concerns and gave us straight forward answers.Since Royal Roofing is a big company, they were able to fit our project between big projects and send a 9-person crew to complete the project quickly.Guillermo the crew foreman showed up everyday and communicated with us on the daily progress, and addressed any issues we had. Since we have stamped concrete in the driveway, they put plastic sheets and plywood on top for their truck to load and unload. At the end of each day, the crew did a wonderful job cleaning up around the house and pick up nails. A few of the crew have 20+ year experience and they are highly skilled workers. Everyone works hard especially Nicholas the truck driver. Their teamwork is awesome.Additional wood replacement work around the chimney and elsewhere were done carefully and they did not take short cuts. We also added seven low profile OHagin vents which looked very sleek.Their office handles the paperwork (proposal, permit, invoices) very efficiently through email.I definitely recommend this company for any future roofing needs.

Comment: Home and garage were re-roofed in 4 days, really happy with the speed and quality offered. I was able to call/text the project manager directly to coordinate and the crew cleaned the property well on the last day (also paint matched all repairs). Very professional, would recommend.

Comment: I’m so happy I went with Royal Roofing! I was referred by a friend who, after a couple botched attempts by another company, called Royal Roofing and they solved all their leaks in the first try. Now, on to my roof. Steve, Alex and the whole crew are the epitome of professionalism. Always on time and always responsive.They tore out 3 layers of shingle on my house, repaired all the damaged wood, fascia board and added a drip edge all within 4 days. My roof has never looked better and it honestly feels like I’m looking at a new home every time I pull up to my house now.The crew always cleaned up after every day and they even covered the inside of my garage from falling debris. I can’t speak highly enough about this company and would refer them to anyone looking to get their roof done. A million thanks to Royal Roofing. You guys are great!

Comment: Royal Roofing is a very professional and reliable company. During the last rainy season they helped me get through a vey difficult time with apartment buildings I manage. Steve got out the next day and gave me bids for five different properties. His bids were less expensive than others I had received. They’ve installed new roofs, done repairs, and I have them do maintenance updates every year and check the gutters as well.They Are professional, honest, on time, and very courteous. They did a fantastic job and I did not have to worry about all the details because I know they would take care of everything from start to finish. I did some shopping around before I used this company and their price is very reasonable compared to the rest in the market. They are very honest and they finish the project on time without any issues. Alex, their project manager is very knowledgeable and is able to answer all the questions I have and make suggestions. The owner, Stephanie, is very friendly and is able to work around some of the requests I have. Overall, this is a good company to use if you have any roofing related needs.

After getting 3 total quotes, we decided to use Royal Roofing because of their track record and the value we received in comparison to other quotes.The whole experience was from the salesperson, to the office assistant, to the owner, to the crew was exceptional.It rained midway through our installation, and the foreman had the foresight to layout protective measures, as the old roof had already been removed.The crew was on-time, polite, and kept us aware of any issues.I have already recommended this company to our neighbors, and would recommend for anyone having reservations about trust with contractors. Royal Roofing exceeded expectations, and we are happy we chose them to install our new roof.(tip: make sure you provide water, drinks, and or snacks for your crew. It ISNT necessary, but its kind, and it also supercharges the workers.)Quick Edit: To be clear, I dont want to imply that the crew didnt bring their own hydration, as they DEFINITELY did. Comment: I have a midcentury modern house with a flat roof. Royal Roofing did a tear off and installed a new hot mop cool roof Jan. 2021. Fantastic job, pleasant and hard working crew, two rain storms so far and no leaks! Finished product looks great - just like a commercial roof. Johnny was knowledgeable and easy to work with getting the estimate and job set up. Only bummer was waiting 2 months to get it done due to a back log but it was worth the wait!

Comment: Last month we had Royal Roofing complete an entire strip down of our existing residential tiles and had them replace & reinstall a new slate shingle covering with their recommendation from GAF and the GAF UHD Timberline Reflector Product Series. The roof looks outstanding and the entire experience from beginning to end presented to us a service level unmatched and unparalleled to anything we’ve personally seen and felt in years as this relates to homeowner maintenance and renovation requirements.It starts at the top --- having and getting easy access to company president, Steve Pinkus, who took the time to meet with us, to answer all the questions and explain all the details. In the course of our everyday lives, these meetings are typically coordinated through ungrateful sales and staff 95% of the time – and having a connection to Steve directly was unexpected, and super appealing. Plus, there was an occurrence on a weekend we felt the need to reach out to him due to the chance/threat of rain – and to which he answered and acted immediately. No vm, no calling multiple times, no frustrations.Next up was the actual job itself --- and communicating & working with Francisco and his crew on the 9-10 days it took to complete our project. All I can say is excellence!! To Francisco especially: from addressing and meeting the needs of the picky minute details we as homeowners always have …..to the clean up at the end of every day. He was patient, tolerant, attentive, and took ownership ...as if he was completing the install on his own home.Lastly -- Laura and Johhny. Comment: On Friday January 10, 2020, I discovered that the flat roof section of my rental had been blown over and folded in half by the heavy winds of the night before. I started calling people that had had recent roof jobs and asked for contact information for the roofers. None of the roofers that I contacted called me back that day so I decided on Saturday morning to look for a roofer on Angie’s List. My search for roofers revealed a number of companies in the area, but the one that caught my eye was Royal Roofing in Bell Gardens. The reason they caught my eye was because they have been in business since 1980 and have great customer reviews. Through Angie’s List, I decided to contact Royal Roofing. An answering service took my message and within minutes I received a call from Steve Pinkus, president of Royal roofing. Steve took the time to address my concerns and stated that he would do everything possible to help me get the problem resolved before expected rains on Thursday, January 16. Steve was able to get Johnny Bravo, one of their service representatives to come out and inspect my roof that same morning. On the spot Johnny, conducted a video call with Steve and they came up with the best solution to resolve a problem that had not been addressed by the previous roofer. On that same Saturday, within an hour I had a reasonable estimate which included a discount for using Angie’s List. After discussing the estimate with my wife, we decided to go ahead and get the job done. Steve had a crew at my rental property first thing Tuesday morning and by Thursday at noon, the job had been completed. The work looks amazing, the workers were professional and clean. Steve kept me updated with photos, calls and text messages every step of the way. Steve, Laura (in the office) and Stephanie Pinkus, the owner, were all so pleasant and brought a family feel to the whole ordeal. The customer service and responsiveness I received from Royal Roofing is very difficult to find nowadays. I will definitely be referring Royal Roofing to friends, family and coworkers.
