Comment: Excellent customer service and communication!! I had to deal with a roof leak and going through my home warranty company. The 2 companies the warranty company assigned to me were very faulty so I looked for a roofing company myself. I went through 4 roofing companies in all and Roofmasters were the only reliable ones. The day of inspection they took their time and did a thorough job explaining my roof leak and what maintenance I needed done. They got back to me right away with the estimate, pricing was extremely fair! It took about 6 weeks until they had availability for the actual job, which I understood since it was a busy rain season. They did call a few times ahead of my appt to offer to do the job earlier because of cancellations. They kept communication in a timely manner and everyone I dealt with in person, phone and via email were all pleasant. The only suggestion I would give is, if pictures were included in the estimates. It would be helpful if I could see what needed to be repaired or maintained, one of the other roofers included that and it was very helpful. I think it would put Roofmasters above and beyond if pictures were included since we cant see whats going on up there. Overall, I had a great experience. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Comment: From the first visit to assess repairs needed until the last shingle was installed everyone we dealt with was wonderful. They were on time, called when they had to reschedule, sent a refund for an overpayment that we would never have know we were due. Very professional, honest and excellent quality if work.

Comment: What an amazing company, we couldn’t be happier.The crew arrived on time each day, they respected our property and displayed excellent workmanship. When the project was done all the trash and waste debris was removed, our property looked cleaner than before Roofmasters arrived. We love our new roof, gutters, downspouts and vents! We highly recommended Roofmasters.

Comment: I have high respects for this company. They want to have a quality and transparent service. I had to go to different companies and would often refuse the job due to the height of the roof. Roofmasters was able to complete the task cleanly and efficiently.As a customer there is an anxiety of knowing when you’re contractor would come and fix the project. Roofmasters removed that anxiety by giving me specific times and abiding by the time-slot. If they tell me they would be onsite at 0900 they are already setting up at 0830.If I would have my roof fixed and repaired it would be with these guys. No headache! They were very respectful as well in talking to the client and they ensured that you communicated it well.

Comment: Im a little late giving this review from the roofing job that Roofmasters did for me 2 months ago. I have nothing but good things to say about Roofmasters. I had bids from 3 different companies. I felt that the bid from Roofmasters seemed to include the most value for the number of things that I wanted included in this project (owens corning roofing, seamless gutters, steel gutter guards, 2 sun tunnels and a skylight). Also, the reviews online and certifications the business has earned, made me feel more assured that Roofmasters was a good vendor to engage.There were no surprises. I did have to pay an extra $2k of dry rot repair, but was warned in advance with visible dry rot on the outside, that there may be dry rot under the roof that wasnt visible. Knowing there is dry rot around the house after home inspection, I wasnt surprised to have more boards replaced on this 35 year old house roof that never had a new roof from time it was built until now.After the initial quote (initial visit by owner was also very good), my conversations with questions on services, materials, requested changes through Jonathan in the office was excellent. He is a real value add in working with Roofmasters. Hes extremely pleasant to work with, honest, helpful, fair, and patient with someone like me who has never gone through this before. And actually everyone who worked on the roof was excellent. The work was good quality and the team did an excellent job cleaning up after job each day. I highly recommend Roofmaster to anyone looking to install a new roof. Their service and workmanship are top notch. They have been around for years and there are many years left in the family members working in the business that you can feel more assured their 10 year warranty will be available for 10 years. Thank you Jonathan and the team for the service and quality workmanship!

Comment: Had Roofmasters out to my Walnut Creek home for a repair that they warranties for 2 years due to the area and slope of our roof. When the same area started leaking again, 3 years later they redid the repair at their cost. They were very quick to respond during their busiest time of year. We will schedule maintenance cleaning with them every other year.

Comment: These guys rock! I had a leaky roof with a very shallow rise/grade so it required a more specific type of fix. Roofmasters had the best prices and service that I found when shopping around and getting quotes. Their response time and communication was great—especially considering that many roofers, contractors, etc. tend to be booked months out and generally very busy around this time of year—but they got me put on their schedule and taken care of very quickly. Their team was fast, efficient and did a great job!

Comment: I had some roofing repair I needed done for a customer of mine and I was struggling to find a roofer so I reached out to Roof Masters on a whim and they did a fantastic job making the repair. My customer is very happy with the way their roof looks and they were super quick in getting everything done. Great communication and the roof looks great. Would definitely recommend!

Comment: Roof masters came out ,At the request of my homeowners insurance companyTo mitigate damage done by a severe storm.they came out quickly,inspected the damage,and gave me a very reasonable estimate after informing me about what they had found and their repair recommendations.once an agreement was reached the workersStarted the repairs immediately.They completed said repairs very rapidly and in a manner that the damage could not be seen either inside or out. we were, and still are,Very happy with Roof Masters professionalism,Integrity,honesty, and work. I would recommend them, without hesitation, forany roof maintenance or repair that you might need!!
