Comment: This company reroofed with lift andre-lay technique They worked long hours to get it done before the rain came. They were very neat and cleaned up before they left each day. Ours took 5 days of long working hours. The workers were polite too.

Comment: I went to bid for a new roof with 9 different local roofers.I was about to accept another bid when my solar guy recommended Roofix. Laura and Sergio quickly got back to me with a bid that was substantially lower than the one I was about to accept. They also had an opening the following day to begin work so it was almost like it was meant to be, because I was in a hurry.Eddie and his crew arrived early and started right at 8 am with the demo process. It was messy but they did their due diligence keeping the workspace as clean as possible. This was a 3 day job, these guys were out on the roof in 100 degree heat and it seemed like they didnt take many breaks. Because it was a next day job I didnt have much time to clean the seating area in my backyard which is covered, which would have been a good break area for the guys. Also my dogs kind of a jerk so they couldnt come inside, but they didnt seem bothered by this. I appreciate the hard work and professionalism, I wish I had a second roof so I could hire them again.The entire process was a breeze, Sergio and Laura were very communicative while we just tried to stay out of their way. I would highly recommend using Roofix.

Comment: Sergio did a fantastic job on our roof. He was able to fit us in between some other jobs and we could’t have had a better experience with him and his crew. Sergio was also on-site everyday, not just doing the quote and inspection, so any interaction during the process was w him personally.I highly recommend using Roofix for quality work and very competitive rate.

Comment: This company did an install on our roof, what I appreciated from the experience is that it was done in a timely fashion and when I had questions they answered them in a prompt manner. One of the things I value the most is clear communication and they provided that for me.We also had them repair an awning that was leaking a lot of water in our patio so during the rainy season we couldnt enjoy our outdoor space. They came and repaired that for us and when I had some concerns about the awning they rectified them right away. So if you value having a job done right I would definitely give Roofix a call.

Comment: They came out to our place last year to fix one leak and diagnose another one that turned out to be plumbing rather than roofing. They responded promptly, were nice and professional, and were well priced. They suggested and did some maintenance that would extend the life of our roof. Their repairs did great through this winter’s heavy rains. We just had them out again to diagnose another ceiling leak that turned out to be plumbing rather than roofing, but they were super helpful about it. I will definitely use them again if needed for roof replacement or repair.We have a flat roof, which some companies will not work on.

Comment: With all the heavy rain and wind my roof sustained a minor leak that dropped into my garage. Sergio came by and inspected and found the source. He was able to repair the problem in time for more rain that followed. No more leak and worries. Sergio is very humble, polite and professional. If you have any roofing issues give him a call for evaluation and estimate.

Comment: Roofix did an amazing job with my new roof install. It’s hard to find a contractor nowadays and one of my neighbors got their new roof installed by them back in 2020.Sergio & Laura (The owners) went above and beyond for me and communicated through each step of the new roof install. They were professional & considerate about taking care of my property. Each day they cleaned and ensured nothing hazardous was left behind. Everything was cleaner than when they started. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Comment: We just recently bought our first home, and we were told by the inspector to contact a licensed roofing professional.I am so grateful my friend referred me to Roofix SD. All around a great experience. 10/10 would recommend you contact Sergio and Laura Lopez.They communicated with my husband and I throughout every step of the new roof install process.Hiring a contractor is never easy to do. However Roofix made it so easy I called them for a estimate and they were out on our roof same day. They sent us our estimate 24 Hours later and scheduled us 1 week after this.Sergio and his team were very friendly and efficient.
