Comment: Our old roof looked older than it was! Roofing Hands gave it an update, removing the old turbine vents and replacing them with new dome vents, for a cleaner look. We upgraded to the TimberTex hip and ridge shingles to give those areas a little more definition. The new dimensional shingles add some pop too! Roof looks great! Very happy with Roofing Hands and his team.

After each day of the job, everything was clean and put back to the way it was. I would definitely recommend preferred roofing to anyone who needs a new roof. I consulted with these amazing guys and they instantly knew how to solve my problem and it was way more affordable. The whole team was most professional and very thorough in explaining what the outcome of all my options would be and how they would affect me in the future. I will definitely have these guys come out and do my whole roof when Im ready.

We were able to watch the process and wait a while to see the long term outcome and hear their stories. We had a friendly salesperson who was easy to get in touch with throughout, a responsible and professional check- in from one of the owners (a business owner actually involved), to great professional gentlemen who did the work well and were knowledgeable and efficient. Timelines were exactly what they told me they would be as well. I recommend them to anyone.

The company representative came and did a thorough inspection and gave me an estimate that was only slightly higher than the others, however the ratings and reviews for Westfall were amazing so I chose to go with them. I was able to choose the week I needed in advance and was able to book the day easily to accommodate my busy work schedule. The company kept in touch with me each step of the way.
