Comment: With the historic rainy weather weve gotten, our poor roof had given out like a lot of Los Angelinos. We had over 4 leaks in various parts of the house and it was time to put our old roof out of its misery. Our friend had her roof repaired by Adolfo and recommended Roof Replacement Inc. We got 6 other quotes but we ended up going with Roof Replacement since they gave a great value for a quote that was similar to everyones we went with Roof Replacement and we were not disappointed. Demo occurred in one day, they were able to replace the rotted wood and put the insulation in two days and cover it up really well while we waited for the rain to pass and extremely delayed city inspection to come by. After the rain, they were able to torch and add the finish the roofing in another day or two. Adolfo and his associates were extremely responsive, keeping us updated along the way and making sure everything was tidy along the way as well. After the instillation, our house has been warmer from the instillation and there has happily been no leaks from the last 3 rainy days weve had. Thanks Roof Replacement!

Ive never dealt with a roofing company that nails it the first try; the other companies never solve the issue and want to sell you a whole new roof! I was impressed in that he showed me a model of a roof and explained and showed me the different layers of the roof and what needed to be done. The price was outstanding and they needed to replace swamp cooler platform too. On the day of repair they were right on time. Kenneth, as well as the owner, Adolfo were there to oversee and instruct roofers. Kenneth took photos of each step they were doing and texted them to me throughout. In the middle of our re-roofing we suddenly had rain predicted over night (in the middle of summer) and the old roofing had just been removed. Adolfo had his crew come back to my house at 9pm that night before the rain started and tarp over the now bare plywood roof. Comment: Roof Replacement was amazing. This particular section of the roof had had a previous repair by another company and the repair was not successful. The price was right and the roof has not leaked for over a year and a half. The crew took pictures to show what was wrong and what needed to be done. There were also pictures and video taken during the process. These people are great. Our entire roof will need replacing in a year or two and we will definitely be calling on them to do the work. They also repaired sections of the gutter at a very reasonable price.
