Comment: Shant came over to our house the next day after I called to give an estimate for a new roof. He was friendly, thorough and took his time to explain all the details of this job. I am very impressed by the company and how well it is run. They did my neighbors house and they did a fantastic job, the work was seamless and went from start to finish like a well orchestrated masterpiece without pauses or missing days. Very professionally run and every team member did quality work! My other neighbor redid his roof at the same time by a different company and they had to constantly watch that crew for mistakes by their rush to finish and move on.

Comment: It was easy to choose Roof Repair Specialists because they were the only fully professional roofers I contacted. I needed one section of roof replaced and another repaired. Most of the roof was already replaced several years ago. I also needed a letter to my insurance company stating that the entire roof was good. Some roofers didn’t call me back. One wouldn’t write me a letter. Another didn’t show up to give me a quote after I waited around for the morning.Flavio from Roof Repair Specialists quickly came to the house and gave me a very detailed quote with many photos. Their contract was easy to understand. After I accepted their bid, I was put in touch with Daniel who did the work. When I was concerned about one patch, they returned that afternoon and repaired the spot to my satisfaction. Finally, Aida contacted me for billing and she was friendly and helpful.I was tempted to hire one of the other roofers who was slightly less expensive but I’m happy I decided on Roof Repair Specialists for a headache free experience.

Comment: Roofer Repair Specialist did an excellent job repairing our leaky roof and chimney. Scott did a thorough investigation of our issues with the roof and chimney before making an inspection of the ceilings, walls, and the roof and chimney. He showed us a video tour of the roof showing the location and causes of the leak. The pictures showed missing and sliding roof tiles, rotten underlayments, bad chimney flashing, and missing heater vent cap. He offered us a detailed estimate ofthe cost of repairs and tune-up of the tile roof which we found reasonable, and signed a repair contract on the spot.The company scheduled the repair 2 days later with the roof repair crew of 4 technicians arriving on time as promised. Luis, Miguel, Ronal, and Roberto, completed the repairs and tune-up maintenance way ahead of the scheduled 2 day job. The repair crew was very professional and hard-working; cleaned up the site before leaving. Office personnel Christine, Aida, and Ingrid were nice to talk to and very helpful.Will call the company again for our roof issues; completely satisfied for a job well done.

Comment: I highly recommend Roof Repair Specialist! Our HOA hired them to replace the flat torch down roof on our 8-unit townhome building. This was a challenging project particularly with all the HVAC units located on this area of the roof. But, they handled it extremely well for a fair price. They have a can do attitude and were quick to repair and address any issues or concerns. We also had rain show up in the forecast after they started and they were able to complete the project ahead of schedule in time for the rain event. Julio was our production coordinator and Alvaro was the onsite foreman. These two individuals did an amazing job. Well definitely recommend and use them again when we are ready to replace our asphalt shingle roof.

Instead, I did repairs on the inside and had Roof Repair Specialist replace the composition roof. Adam came out for consultation, and by the time he left, we had a signed agreement via our phones. The installation was done very nicely, and in a little less than half a day. I feel the price was reasonable. The whole company seems very customer oriented and I recommend them. I do have to mention that weve not had serious rain yet, but the office told me to be sure to contact them if any issues.

From the time I called and spoke to Patil, she returned my call within the same hour to schedule an estimator to come inspect our roof within a few days. It was great pleasure working with Flavio (estimator) and Louis and Jose (crewmen). They were punctual, cordial and professional people. Louis and Jose were meticulous and hardworking—they did a great job in completing the roof repair, tune up and clean up in a timely manner. We were provided with “before” and “after” photographs of the roof and the “after” photos looked impressive. Questions I e-mailed in regards to the work process was answered by a call from Daniel. We haven’t had any rain since the repair was done but I feel confident that the leak we had prior to the repair will not recur during the next rainy season. The problem being it took a week of unreturned phone calls and texts, and finally having to email the company just to get a response to finally obtain my bid. When I called Roof Repair Specialist, everything went like clockwork.They took customer service to a new level because even after they repaired my roof, they called back a week later after a rainstorm just to check on everything. Before they started the job I explained what the previous roofing company wanted to do for the repair. Roof Repair Specialist told me they didn’t think all that was needed and could possibly even damage my older roof. So, by eliminating that unnecessary part of the repair, I saved 50% off of what the other company wanted to charge me. I would definitely use Roof Repair Specialist with any future roofing problems.

Comment: Our flat roof was damaged during the last big wind/rain storm. The main drain clogged, a large branch punctured the membrane and we had lots of water damage. After having 4 companies come out and give insane quotes, none of which would repair the drain line I asked, I called RR Specialist. From the moment I met Scott Putman, I knew this was the company I wanted to work with. Scott listened attentively, did a thorough inspection of my roof and broke everything down in a clear and professional manner.The build team had an opening and was able to start earlier than expected (a huge plus!). They were very fast and efficient, and the quality of the repair was literally perfect (took the less then five hours and is totally water tight). They sent me pictures of each step of the process, so I could see the quality of the job being done, and the final product is beautiful. It’s shame only google earth will ever see their work.

He sent an email estimate within a couple days itemized. I scheduled an appointment to have the roof repaired. The roofer arrived early in the morning. They removed all the tile on one side of the roof. They found the wood below the roof paper had deteriorated. They replaced all the deteriorated added new roof paper. They replaced the tile and finished the job in one day.

Comment: My roof was replaced sometime in Feb, 2016. Since it hasnt been raining, I thought it was fixed. Called them in 2017, 2018 and now 2019 and they came out and did something. The roof is still leaking.Drew came out and discovered that the leak was coming from the 2nd floor . He told me that informed me that as soon as they have availablity he will fix with no charge.Keeping it 4 stars right now until they fix the roof.

Comment: I called RRS and Scott came out pretty quickly on a very rainy day. We walked to the patio roof the was leaking and he told me exactly what he could do to fix the problem in detail. About 2 weeks later the crew came out and did a great job. It has rained since the repair and NO LEAKS!!!!One thing that they do which I really like is they take progress pictures while they are on the roof and they enclose them with the invoice. Saves me from climbing on my roof to see the work. I am using them gain on a commercial property I have and I would recommend them to anyone.

It took two days to complete the work including maintenance of the main roof. They sent a technician, Miguel, to finish the final touch. He helped us to put back the cable wires onto the ceiling. We really liked what all the customers said about these guys, so we called Roof Repair Specialist and wow! We are so happy we went with them. They are hands down one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had with any type of contracting vendor. We own a few properties and are always looking for excellent vendors, and Roof Repair Specialist is now the only roofing company we will work with. These guys really get it and do a very thorough job. The access to this property was a bit tricky, so the General Manager came out with the tear-off crew just to ensure a smooth process. Once tear-off was complete, the re-roof team came out and worked so efficiently they finished the entire job in only two days! Communication was spot on, the quality of work was exceptional, and our overall experience was excellent. I have used this company multiple time over the last few years for 2 leak repairs, 1 maintenance job when my shingles were sliding down and most recently to install a attic fan to cool my house. They do not do electrical work, they only installed the fan then I had a electrician come in and install the wiring.They always get the job done and never flake on you like allot of other contractors. Comment: As other reviewers have stated, this review is overdue. I hired Chris and Andre in 2016 to help with a distrastrous ceiling cave in and roof neglect. Im going to bullet point what the average consumer will be looking for: (1) They are responsive; (2) They begin with the minimal repair at first, so as to not incur cost; (3) They are bonded and licensed; (4) They work with you on payment plans - which no other highly rated roofer did for us; (5) Did I mention they are responsive with phone calls and follow through??? Now, my condo complex ended up having major issues and big time repairs that Chris and Andre had to complete, but that was only after all minimum repairs could not fix our leaks. As a matter of fact, they had to repair 20 YEARS OF DEFECTIVE WORK from other roofers. Additionally, THEIR RATES ARE FAIR AND REASONABLE. I will be referring them to every person I know. These are extremely kind and professional people. I wish I had found them first to save myself a year of filtering out flaky roofers. Thanks guys!
