Comment: I only got the estimate but plan to get my roof treated in the near future...before the year is out. But I was impressed by the estimator. He was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. I checked up on and did my homework on the company to make sure all of the boxes were checked: license, workers comp, bbb, bonded and insured, and a few others. Definitely recommend if like me, you have an asphalt shingle roof thats getting a bit old but is still in good shape. I hope this product extends the life of the shingles as re-roofing is expensive! So when I get the actual treatment I may post again as to the applications process but for now all I have is the estimate... a good price by the way, reasonable considering it could extend the life of the roof by 5 years or more.

Comment: 10/03/23 Update:Adam did sent complete estimates to do a roof replacement. I explained that I also needed a repair estimate. Adam got back in touch with me and we arranged to meet a second time to get a repair job estimate. We spent a good hour going over the property again, and even took the time to go to the roof top. Adam will provide me with estimate for the that work as well, which I look forward to receiving. Adam is a great guy, and works hard to achieve customer satisfaction. I cannot yet speak to the roof work, but this is his business, so I think they will do well.9/30/23 Update:Received a call from Adam on 9/26, but I was right in the middle of volunteer service and couldnt talk. I asked him to call me after 3PM, but never heard back. I do not know know what the issue is nor do I understand why I cannot just get the requested estimates via email. I guess this is a dead end, so dropped a star. Thanks, Tony9/22/23Met Adam and walked the property. He was nice, and we discussed the work needed. I asked for two estimates (one for entire building and one for the bottom half). But it has been 10 days, and I have yet to hear back. I will ping him. Thanks, Tony

Comment: Adam arrived exactly on time, gave me a very favorable quote for the spray on Soy solution treatment, and did said treatment same day. In addition to infusing the shingles with the needed oils as when new, the treatment really brightened up my aging (20 yr old) black asphalt roof and looks like a new roof again!!! The smell of Soy only lasted a few days and then went away… no big deal at all!!!

I have been looking at the Roof Max product for awhile and since we have solar panels and our roof is older, this seems logical to extend the life of our roof as much as we can and it also seems to be the environmentally better choice than reroofing if you can extend your roof life up to 15 years while also saving money.

Comment: They are a professional company. I used their chemical treatment for my house. It was not leaking or anything but it was just too old. Other companies wanted almost $10K to replace the whole thing. Roof Maxx gave me an additional option and I took it. They warranty their work too. Time will tell the effectiveness but I do believe it will work.

I didnt want the roof to fail after a few years, and need to remove the solar to re-shingle, so RoofMaxx sprayed it with a preservative. Outstanding service. He checked and resealed any potential problem areas and sprayed the RoofMaxx preservative, about 30 gallons worth. He told me many things about roofing that I didnt know, and Im very confident our roof will withstand the SoCal sun until the solar unit finally goes out in 20 years. The cost was very reasonable, and I requested a quote for gutters.***** For Sure. Five Stars. Thanks!!
