Comment: I had a great experience with Hockett Roofing. I called for an estimate. They were very reasonably priced and came out within two days to do repairs on a tile roof. Andrea kept me informed all along the way about starting dates and the crew, Forman Colby, James, Mike, Vince and Scott did a great job. Comment: It was a great experience working with Richard and his team. When all the quotes I received were about the same, price wise, Richard Hockett Roofing included all the details that you would expect with the costs of a project like this. Andrea in the office was very proactive and easy to get ahold of for any questions. She was even able to move my install date up a few days. Kolby, Vince, Mike, Ryan, James, and Scott were all very professional and courteous. They Cleaned up every day and left the work site in good order. If your in the market for a new roof, you definitely need to give Richard Hockett Roofing a call for a quote.

Comment: From the beginning the experience seemed different than the other companies we got bids from. Richard the owner of the company showed up and was attentive and understanding to the magnitude of the our investment. He spent about 2 hours taking notes, measurements, explaining and answering any questions i might of had. When we were ready to make a decision we were brought into the office where we met Andrea and Jennie who are amazing office admins and point of contact. She would always answer our calls or call back in a very timely manner. She was also very informative, energetic and clearly happy to help with any inquiries or questions. Richards company did an awesome job of giving us a realistic timeline but they were also very understanding that we live on the snowline and so they were able to move mountains to push us up on the schedule. When it was time to begin the project, everyone who showed up(Kolby, Vince, Ryan, Mike, James, Scott) were very friend and extremely professional. I was amazed how quickly everything/everyone ramped up. The best way to describe it was a well oiled machine. You can tell they have a great deal of chemistry. Everyone knew what they were doing and doing it well. I really appreciated how at the end of everyday they would clean and make sure there was no trash or nails(they actually left our yard cleaner than when they first showed up. And just as quickly as everyone showed they finished the project and left. Almost as if nothing had happen. I really appreciated the whole experience and im glad that we chose Richard Hockett over the other roofing companies.

Comment: 10/10 Recommend. Richard and Andrea are considerate and responsive. I had ALOT of questions, and they were always patient and informative. (which is not the case for the other companies I vetted). They offer a quality service/product for an affordable price. If you need to finance, they had the best rates (of those I vetted). The crew (Kolby, Vince, Mike, Ryan, James) showed up on time daily, were respectful, cleaned up when they left. Overall, Richard Hockett Roofing will go above and beyond to earn your business, are trustworthy, communicate well, and leave you with an excellent product for years to come. I had a fabulous experience with them and I am confident you will too.

Comment: I hired Richard Hockett Roofing for a roof maintenance job. During the initial estimate I was very impressed with the way Richard explained his scope of work. He used a drone to photograph the roof and on the spot he was able to show me the problem areas and what was needed to be addressed. Mainly removing the tiles in the valley areas, cleaning the valleys of debris and replace the tiles. Also replacing broken roof tiles and securing slipped tiles to their original position. Once the contract was signed, the Office Manager, Andrea, was very professional in her job duties, she scheduled me in a timely manner and gave me timely updates The crew that responded to complete the work were very respectful, professional and thorough in their work. The crew consisted of Anthony, Ryan, Ryan, Vince and James. I would recommend Richard Hockett Roofing to anyone needing a new roof, roof maintenance or repair.

Comment: First, I want to thank Andrea for being such a pro and responsive to my calls, from the first to the last. The crew that showed up to do the repair work and get me set up for winter was stellar. Colby, Mike, James showed up and were a positive force all day. As the leader, Colby made sure that everything got done in one day. He had a very friendly and competent way about him. Ryan E. and Ryan D. showed up in the afternoon to help bring the project to a close. It was fun having them around all day but more importantly they did quality work. My roof is steel, steep and 3 stories high. Its dangerous but everyone used preparedness and caution to make sure all went weIl. I feel like Im ready to for the. winter snows now. Lastly, I want to thank Richard for meeting my needs. This is the busiest time of year for roofers, Sept/Fall, and he pushed him team to find time to meet my important deadline. I really appreciate that and always will.

Comment: I was impressed with the owner of the company Richard Hockett and his awesome admin Andrea from the beginning. He spent time with me planning and she kept me apprised of when the job would be done a few times this summer. I’ve done a couple roofs myself and I knew Richard was being honest with me. The group of guys who worked on my roof were very conscientious and respectful. They went the extra mile personally and work wise to get the job done. Communication was the best day in and day out. Led by Kolby their foreman I got to know each of them over a week and every one of the crew were great. They got me through a 3 day rain storm and kept me dry in the middle of the job. I am very happy with their workmanship. It came out awesome. I’m going to miss seeing each of them every day. I would highly recommend Richard Hockett Roofing.

From my first experience, speaking with Andrea, the office manager on the telephone, she was very professional, empathetic to my timing and worked with Richard to have my roofing needs met right away. Comment: I called Richard about roof damage from our recent storms .He told me that a tech. would be here the next morning. Shure enough, Mike showed up despite the rain and heavy wind, went to work on the storm damage ,about 3hours later he completed the repair. You just cant beat Richards customer service . Five plus stars .

Comment: I hired Richard Hockett roofing for replacement of a almost 30 year roof. I immediately was impressed with his honest approach. He told me if I haven’t had any other proposals, that I should. I always get at least 3, something I learned long ago. He was my 3rd. Not only was his bid several thousand dollars cheaper, but he was upfront and honest, regarding any damage that may be underneath the old roof. He made me aware that his schedule was pretty booked up, we were looking about 6 weeks out. Although, he also let me know if there was any concerns his crew could come out and cover it. Even with a few rain storms, we were fine. His secretary Andria keep it close contact, and everything ran according to plan. His crew was amazing, and very professional, and when he states the area around the new roof would be as clean or cleaner than when they started was, they meant it. Even the pine needles were raked up. Highly recommend this company a 👍 up. I would highly recommend this company, and a thank you to Andrea for keeping me up to date on all steps.

Comment: Richard Hockett Roofing was incredible!!! We bought our house last fall, and quickly discovered that the roof leaked. The old roof wasn’t done properly and also didn’t have proper ventilation. We got several quotes from several roofing companies. Richards quote was the most honest. He explained to us what our options were to make it right. We pulled the trigger with him, and his crew started the first week of sunshine. The crew was a joy to have around. They were super nice, and extremely hard working! It took 4 days from start to finish, even though they had to add a second deck to half of the 33 square house. They added vents, fixed the skylights, added a cricket, and put a nice clean finish on the outskirts. My husband and I could NOT have been more happy with their work. When they left, it was like they were never even here. The place was cleaner than when they came! Every night they left the roof water tight. And because we have small children and animals I was super relieved to find them cleaning all trash, nails and staples before they left each day. We are so grateful to them. We now have a sound roof over our head, that will last us many years to come. Thank you soooooo much Richard Hockett and Crew. 😌
