Comment: Edwin and his crew worked extremely hard to get our roof project done with only hours to go before Tropical Storm Hillary moved in. The worked 12-hour days to tear off the old roof, repair woodwork, lay plywood, etc., and then rapidly lay Eagle tile. The completed roof looks great, a 100% improvement over the old roof in appearance and quality. As I write this Hillary is here, and all is dry inside. Thanks to Edwin and his team for getting our complex job done in a timely, efficient manner. I highly recommend!

Comment: Created a fabulous video of garage roof leak inspection. Then Edwin ran it while explaining what it ment. When repair was scheduled, showed up right as promised with full crew. Completed repair, with pictures and video while repairing. Enexpectedly checked second floor roof for any issues and made sure all pipes were properly sealed! Best value you can get. I plan on using them to replace entire roof within 5 years. This company is really one of the best I have ever experienced.

Comment: I really cant say enough how wonderful this company is. I had hired someone else to do my roof and quickly realized things werent going correctly. A neighbor of mine listened to my concerns. He called up his roofer guy, who had done his roof ( Edwin with Reliable Roofing San Diego, Inc.) so I could get a second opinion. Not only did Edwin listen to all my concerns, but also came over the next morning to personal inspect the job for free. He found many errors being made. He was professional, informitive, calm and had a wonderful personality. Not only did he take extra time to helped me get out of the situation I had found myself, but quickly and efficiently took over my roofing installation. He literally started my roof completely over,  just to make sure everything was done correctly. Also, they managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule so I wasnt sitting without a roof with rain in the near forecast.This company truly cares, takes the time to listen, was professional, showed up early, and finished the job quickly. Comment: After the recent torrential rains, I discovered I had a roof leak and needed a repair as the forecast called for more rain. I called Reliable Roofing and Edwin was very friendly, professional and agreed to take a look the very next day! He arrived on time and took videos of his inspection to show and explain his findings. I felt very comfortable that he was competent and comfortable in making repairs. Had recent rains and no sign of any leaks after his repair. I highly recommend this company.

Comment: The term “Old Fashioned Service” comes to mind when I recall the start to finish experience that Edwin Guzman and Reliable Roofing brought to bear on the re-roofing of our home.Edwin took great care and personal pride in the quality, durability and appearance of the service that was performed. He not only supervised every aspect of the job, but could often be seen working with his crew to ensure every element of the job received his personal touch.Until you are faced with a decision to re-roof your home, you have no idea how many factors go into selecting not only the right contractor but also the best materials for the job. Edwin made it easy by bringing over a wide variety of samples that would be appropriate for our home, stating clearly and honestly the pluses and minuses of each. As a result, we now know we received the perfect roof for our home, taking into account the color, the heat resistance and price. He also installed new, attractive roof vents to replace those old whirly birds that had been in place since the home was built.Finally, because we already had solar panels installed before it became clear we would need a new roof. I imagined I would have to find one contractor to deal with the panels and another one to install the roof and hope that these two companies would be able to coordinate well, so the job wouldn’t be interrupted or delayed. When we discovered that Reliable Roofing routinely dovetails with the finest solar service companies in our area, choosing them was a slam dunk. Comment: We enlisted Reliable Roofing San Diego to replace the underlayment of our concrete tile roof in preparation for installing solar panels. We had big concerns about getting into a he said, she said scenario with the solar company if we encountered a leak after the solar installation, but Edwin allayed our concerns since he has a special relationship with our solar installer and they work together to resolve any issues.Since Reliable Roofing was also doing our neighbors house (twin homes), they expedited our roof work so that everything could be done together. They faced some challenges in finding concrete tiles to match those on our roof, since the ones on our 28 year old roof are not available anymore, but after scouring San Diego far and wide they were able to find some that were a good match. We were very impressed with Edwin and his teams professionalism (everything by the book) and were grateful for his patience in explaining all the ins and outs of the techniques they used.Highly recommended.

Comment: I am very pleased to recommend reliable roofing. I need to install solar system, so I decide to replace the roof underlayment which solar panel located (not whole roof for cost consideration). Edwin helped me to bought tile to replace defect old tile twice, and their company will use 2 layers of underlayment, 40 pounds! This is amazing, as I know, most of other company will only have one layer of 40 pounds, or 2 layers of 30 pounds only.Fortunately, I made the decision to replace this 38 years roof underlayment. They found lots of damaged roof caused by water leakage & termite and helped replace the wood immediately with low cost. All the workers are nice and work hard, they finished the work within 9hours (7 hours first day and 2 hours next day).Moreover, they helped me to investigate and seal pipe on other roof area which I don’t change underlayment and dumped lot of trash (most of trash actually is my garden stuff that is not their responsibility!).This company is way better than I expected, definitely recommend!
