Our job entailed not only the roofing, but new gutters, custom skylights, removal of an unused wood stove pipe chimney plus closing up the roof at that spot. Ive never had a house re-roofed and Jordan explained clearly the condition of our roof and roofing options. In fact, he said the roof was in good enough condition we could wait one more year before re-roofing. I appreciated his honesty. The Redwood Roofing team was professional, efficient and tidy. He was able to get someone out to inspect on short notice and calm my concerns that Id have a major problem in the near term but recommended a full replacement. Despite persistent storms, he was able to work a full roof replacement with some significant unexpected discoveries into a very short gap in the weather, leaving me protected and much more calm for the rest of the season. Comment: Redwood Roofing completed a reroof of my house and has been amazing to work with. Jordan personally oversaw the project and had consistently great workers on his team. The job was complex since my house was built in 1931, has a lot of ridge lines, I was looking to install a special type of roof material (CeDUR shakes), etc. Jordans team efficiently established a relationship with and worked with my selected roofing material manufacturer to get the roofing material I wanted. At one point during the job, the weather forecast changed from dry to moderate/heavy rain. The Redwood Roofing team worked long days to make sure everything was waterproofed ahead of the storm. They also checked the house during the rainfall to make sure everything was dry inside. And, a year after the reroofing was done, I called Jordan for help installing a flashing mount for a Starlink antenna, Jordan took care of it quickly (and even did it for free!). I couldnt be happier with my new roof and the level of service Redwood Roofing has provided.

They came immediately and devoted a great deal of time to planning a complete rework of our roof system. We decided to add attic venting as it didnt exist in our home previously. Throughout the process it was clear that Jordan not only knew roofing but understood how to explain it to others. He was very transparent with the cost, availability, and quality of multiple materials. I now know much more about roofing than I ever thought I did. Comment: I highly recommend Redwood Roofing Repair. We wanted to save an old calf barn, both because it was useful for storage as well as having some nostalgic value. We had neglected the roof on this building for many years, to the point where it leaked pretty much everywhere. I was expecting that Jordan, on seeing that, might say it was too late to make things water-tight. Instead he described in detail how the project could proceed, with support from 3/8 plywood (our old structure might not have been able to handle anything heavier!). Jordan fit us into his busy schedule, and the men completed the project in two days time. They asked if we had any questions along the way and ended up working until 7:00 pm before a three day weekend to get the job done. The roof looks great, and the clean-up was thorough. Once I sent my request, Jordan, the owner, was quick to respond to my inquiry and came over that day and gave me an estimate over email the next day, but with a price much lower than his competition.My roof had a leak which Jordan put a temporary patch on the day he came to do the estimate, to tide me over, but we had to wait for the rain to pass. Between storms Jordan got the roof on just in time before the next rain spell and the whole project only took five days.I had a couple of small things that I wanted to have him do that were not usual, but he did them for me for free. Comment: We recently contacted Redwood Roofing for an inspection of our roof and discussion about possible roof replacement. While our project is some months away at this point, we have been very happy with our interactions with Redwood Roofing thus far. Jordan was very responsive to my first call, and we were able to set up a site visit within a couple of days. Jordan thoroughly inspected our roof and the patching we had done since the last rains and we discussed the options for replacement materials. One thing I really appreciated was that there was no pressure from Jordan. There are plenty of roofing companies that would have come in and seen a (solid) DIY patch and immediately push us to replace it, but Jordan did not take that approach during his inspection and consultation. We look forward to working with Jordan and Redwood roofing for the next step in our process, and I would highly recommend contacting him when considering a roofing inspection or project.
