Comment: Ryan was awesome from start to finish. We called on some wind damage and a few dropped tiles. He was quick and did a full roof inspection within the week (which we were not expecting because everyone is having work done at the moment). Ryan took pictures and showed us the initial damage with fix and also gave a quick quote to do the whole roof underlayment ( keeping the same tiles but redoing all the wood underneath). We agreed on just fixing the initial few tiles from the wind and got it on the schedule. All the work was done within a couple weeks and payment was all done online. Great business and even better people. Would recommend for any roof work. Thanks Ryan!

Wow, his team was professional, they got the job done and absolutely made my insurance company SO HAPPY!I can tell you that his prices are below where he should be for what he provides. I had one roofer show up with a higher bid and then his team never showed up. I had another roofer with a lower bid who had a young kid show up to do all the work... I asked them to leave.Finding a great contractor is rough. Ryan made it easy!!!!

Comment: Just had Real Roofing shingle my roof and flat roof. I made a claim with my insurance company, who hired a company to manage the claim and contractor in Phoenix and they hired Real Roofing. I had an issue with the installation, so I checked reviews for Real Roofing. I saw this company has 34, 5-star reviews. Perfect score on Google. I thought ‘oh this company is having friends and family giving 5 stars.’ Well, I am going to give them a real review to show people the work they do. Normally a review will be up for about 24 hours before I get a response. I received a call from the owner Ryan, within a couple hours of posting it. He was very concerned about why I felt as strongly as I did. He has since that day tried to do everything possible to address any concern, I had no matter how small.The roof looks great, check out the pics. I will say when they tell you they start early, they mean early. We live in Phoenix so I figured they would be early I didn’t however thing they would be exactly on time. They were done with the whole roof, removing all the shingles and roofing, inspecting the plywood, putting the new shingles down and cleaning up by noon. They sweep all areas that could have had a nail fall on the ground with a magnet broom. I do wish his workers would make contact when they arrive or leave as a courtesy, but the roof looks great.Ryans number is here on google if you have a problem trust me call him. He wants his customers to give him a 5-star review because they feel he exceeded their expectations. That is why he has so many.I would strongly recommend calling Real Roofing if you need your roof taken care of. They are punctual and do a great job. But let’s be honest, putting nails through shingles is something any roofing company should be able to do. The real reason you should call Real Roofing is Ryan, you can rest assured that the owner of this company cares about you as a customer and has a personal drive to ensure his company is operating with integrity and attention to detail. Because we are all human, and there can be mistakes. But finding a company owner that is willing to accept that as well is hard to find. We had a one off that doesn’t happen offend but if it does, Ryan is a phone call away.

Comment: Love these guys. Noticed that I had a leak after a rain storm a couple months ago. I tried to fix the leak myself with no luck. Had Ryan come out to do an inspection and we agreed that it was time to redo the roof (it’s been 25-30 years). Although I liked him and appreciated his advice, I’m unfamiliar with the process, and have never had my roof repaired before so I got 3 more bids. I found that his cost was fair and he was by far the most knowledgeable contractor I spoke with. They knocked out the job in 2 days and I barely knew they were there. See ya again in 25 years, man!
