Comment: I worked with Ryan and Rational Roofing on a roof replacement project prior to installing solar panels.After contacting Ryan, he came to look at my roof a couple of days later. He is easy to talk with, honest with his assessment and acknowledged that my roof still had about 3 - 5 years of life left. Within 24 - 48 hours Ryan quoted a few different options ranging from minor repairs to a full roof replacement and walked me through the pros and cons of each option. Ultimately I made the decision to go with the full roof replacement.Based on my roof replacement experience, I highly recommend Ryan and Rational Roofing for the following reasons:- Very honest, response and provides options with no sales pressure- Fair and transparent pricing- Great communication and provides details and timing on the replacement process, what to expect, etc.- Crew did a great job cleaning at the end of each day- Ryan came over to inspect the roof on a holiday weekend given the roof was not 100% complete and there was potential for a thundershower- Job was completed on schedule and on budget- Ryan personally followed up with me after the first rain to confirm there were no issues with the roof- Overall great customer serviceI would not hesitate to use Rational Roofing on a future project.

Comment: After reading the rave reviews and seeing Ryans team in action, I couldnt be more satisfied. The 3 man crew was lead by Richard and Ryan helped out too. We had all the facsia replaced due to termite damage. They showed up on time and accomplished what I thought would be a 2 day job in under 9 hours. We are very satisfied and recommend his company highly!

Comment: I needed roof repair and Ryan helped me tremendously. His response was courteous, timely, fair, and he got the job done expeditiously. The solar contractor I worked with told me he is the best in the business. He is the consummate professional and I recommend him highly without hesitation.

Comment: I would give 10 stars if I could. We had solar panels installed and I wanted to make sure there was no damage to our roof. I sent out requests on Yelp, Ryan responded within 10 mins at 8pm. He came out the next morning IN THE RAIN and it is also 2 days before Christmas. Most of roofing service companies told me that they couldnt come until after New Years.The inspection was fast (about 10 mins). He went on the roof in person, not with a drone. Because we didnt have any damage, the inspection is free as promised, not $300 like other companies quoted me.We offered to at least buy Ryan a lunch for his time and his service but he said no.Where can I find someone who offers services like Ryan? From now on, if I or any of my family / friends need roofing services, Ryan will be the one we call.Thank you Ryan and wish you a Merry Christmas!

Comment: I met with multiple roofing companies and in the end I selected Ryan and Rational Roofing Services. Ryan was the only person who answered the phone immediately, stuck to every schedule put forth, communicated very well to texts, calls, and emails, knew what he was doing, did a clean and satisfying job, and his price was spot on. My job wasn’t a very large one and after one company came out, they never even got back to me. Ryan however took the job on and provided a sense of relief as we have been involved with construction on our home for the past five months and at times can be a challenge finding dependable people which adds a lot of stress. We need more guys like Ryan in construction....it’s refreshing when you can find someone you can depend on like Ryan and his team and we are grateful for his service. Good guy too...I highly recommend!
