Comment: After Quality First completed my paint/dry rot repair last month, I found out I needed a roof (sooner than expected) and my skylight was cracked, and gutters rusted through. I loved the quality of the Painting job they did and the professionalism of the workers - there was no doubt Id have them do the rest of the exterior work!!So....Quality First also did my roof, gutters, and skylights this past week!!! The roof crew arrived punctually at 7am on Monday morning and had everything torn off and ready to start install in under 3 hours!!! It was so fast! With rain arriving Wednesday, I was hoping it would all be completed by the end of Tuesday - and to my amazement - they were done by the end of day Tuesday - with everything! They cleaned up the yard of any debris from the roof and it looked like theyd never been there - with the exception of my fabulous new cool roof, skylights, and gutters!!!They are even having a painter come back out to touch-up the spots where old walls/trim are exposed with the updates!Now I really do have a brand new house, and I didnt even have to move!!! Thank you Quality First - I look forward to my Patio cover early next year to complete the current work efforts!! :)

Comment: I had a kitchen remodel that included a quartz countertop, backsplash, and LED lighting. Very pleased with the quality of materials and work. Kitchen downtime was kept to a week, reasonable for a kitchen remodel. I had a low counter section that I was worried about, but they made it look really clean.

He was very patient and took his time to really explain the cost breakdown and options! We moved forward with getting our gutters replaced and installed gutter guards. As promised, it was scheduled 2 weeks out, and when the workers came, it was done in a professional manner. They left my home and the surrounding area spotless. They did my window installation back in 2014, and Im so glad I used them again for my exterior dry rot repairs and painting!! Much to our surprise, he went into more depth about the roofing process and the company as a whole than I could have ever imagined. I didn’t know there was so much that goes into replacing a roof and the different products that different companies use but Nate did an excellent job at explaining them and answering all of our questions. He was amazing to work with and very professional! You can tell he truly loves his job! This is our first time replacing a roof on a house and we are excited to have it done because of how much information Nate was able to give us and how passionate he was when talking about the company. It was a lot of work. They showed up at 7 AM and did it in less than two days.Now they installed flooring, kitchen cabinet reface and quartz countertops. The kitchen is much brighter now. The installers did a great job.They installed a concrete patio in the back. We have used Quality First on 3 separate times, Colin was my sales rep, and it worked out great.

Colin showed how the shingles increases R values using materials not to mention the fact the company has been in business and in good standing for many years earning the highest ratings in the business because they dont cut corners producing a finished product that really sells itself from the benefits gained. The roof reflects external heat from entering the attic reducing both utility costs gas in the winter, and electricity costs in the summer, which overtime pays for the roof just with utility savings while having a new roof also reducing property and casualty insurance rates all at the same time!

Started my addition of 2 more solar panels on 6/23/22 as of 2/1/23 still waiting for completion. Pressured by the finance company and quality first office staff to sign off on the project with a heart felt promise that the job would be completed. I signed off and now the system with the new updated panels are not communicating with the existing panels they need to order the right equipment in order for the system to function. This is really giving me so much grief for the money I’ve spent I just wish I hadn’t done this. My existing solar and painting of my home was the same, you’d think I would have learned my lesson. Comment: The porcelain tile flooring install exceeded all my expectations. All the grout lines from end to end including the stairs are in sync. The guy who installed it was a master. I saw pictures of his previous work and it looks like Hearst Castle. This flooring looks like a work of art. I the price was great for the amount of work they had to do here.The demolition took a lot of muscles, these guys had it all. The old tile flooring at the entry way had a ton of mortar and chicken wire. There were a lot of angles in the hallway and closets. Even the sharp angled flooring you can’t see like in the closets, the installer did the cuts and installation perfectly. I can tell by the mirror like reflections on the floor, the tiles are perfectly level. The installer is a master of his craft. I’m absolutely pleased.I highly recommend Quality First and Colin was a competent, courteous, well versed salesperson.

Comment: Had concrete done in July of 2021. I put a claim in Welshmen it cracked about a couple of Montreal later. Spoke to a couple project managers and no one ever came out to fix it. Complained to the Vice President Scott who said he was going to send someone to take a look at it and fix it. It’s July 2022 and no one has come to fix it. Called them again today and was told that nothing was communicated to the installer to fix it. Each and every single time I called, I was told they have to see what the installer’s schedule was. This is how this company works. You pay Quality First or get a loan from a bank. They contract out the work to a third party. Quality First is not responsible for the work that is done. It’s the installer… a third party that you have to get to through Quality First. He gave a good estimate. I told him we were going on vacation and when we got back we would move forward on doing the flooring and all the concrete work in the backyard. Unfortunately we never heard from him so we just decided to find another company and get it done that way. About 3 or 4 weeks later I got a call from you guys. Seems there is a lot of confusion with your sales team not talking to each other. Anyway, Tom came out and gave us a entirely different and more expensive estimate than Josue. As a result we chose only to do the flooring. I called Arthur for a appointment. His crew showed up Monday morning at 9 oclock and they literally finished the entire job by 5:30!!! That crew is a very good crew they deserve a lot of recognition. They left absolutely no mess behind at all!! One gentleman had to come back the next morning to install all the transitions. 1 hour and he was done!!! Great crew, great fast work, their quality is awesome! Arthur is easy to work with. Comment: Had new driveway poured last summer...which looks great. Considering if its time to remodel master bath and/or kitchen. Colin came out initially, the price of 20k per bathroom threw us back. We understand the Quality part, but until I have more ideas about what I want, I cant imagine paying so much, or even putting a down payment up. They offered a free estimate, which I took advantage of.Derek was right on schedule with the appointment, which was greatly appreciated. He was very knowledgable and professional. His presentation was easy to follow, and I learned a lot about the company and the kind of quality work this company provided.I will admit, my mind was already set to deal with the typical salesman song and dance, but a few minutes into it, I was pleasantly surprised. I didnt feel the usual pressure to commit to any work. He let the certifications do the talking and I felt at liberty to choose for myself.Every question I threw at him, he answered in great detail without hesitation, even explaining the simple things about construction I did not understand. Even explaining the concrete ordering process and how the different grades affect cost.I was convinced that if I went with this company, I could rest assured that my investment would be safe. Comment: Ken is very friendly and listened to our needs. He gave suggestions on what others have done because we werent exactly sure what we wanted. Ken is very professional and taught us a lot about the company and product. We could see the quality of their work but we couldnt sign up at this time because we had not anticipated the costs. With purchasing a new home, we have had many services knocking at our door weekly and it has been adding up (we didnt want to overwhelm ourselves financially before our first bills for everything arrived). That being said, Ken gave a great demonstration and we would like to choose Quality First for our future patio & concrete project. No.....Buy you get what you pay for. We believe in that. We are a very special circumstance and we’re not sure we’re going to be able to go with them on the finance end due to qualifying. And if not I still give them a five star review for the presentation the time they spend the quality of product and presentation. They have amazing financing options...if you qualify seems to be pretty simple but we are special circumstances. And at best I was very impressed with these gentlemen.... they never were pushy, they were very professional, they were very honest, as I, and when I left I didn’t feel like it was two hours. Comment: So I had Nick and Pete out for estimates on coating for stucco as well as windows, which were an add on. Nick fully explained Quality first and their standard of business, which is exceptional; fully explained the products offered down to ingredients as well as awesome warranties for their products AND fully explained pricing and cost. Both gentlemen know their business and support their business and the products and services offered. The only reason they didn’t receive 5 starts is they were both late to the 400 appointment time, which happens but is irritating. I did receive a “we might be late call” ahead of time which was nice. They didn’t try to sell me on items I did not want and stuck to items I know I will need. Highly recommend if your looking for quality and standards.

Comment: Chris was great they gave me the price that I needed to complete my job there was no hard sale involved they understood when I wanted to be contacted and when I did not want to be contacted. The installers were true craftsman I have a 1931 Latin plaster house and they were very careful with it. I highly recommend this company for home improvements they may cost a little bit more than the next but theyre definitely worth it. However I have found their prices to be very competitive. Remember sometimes you do get what you pay for.
