Comment: Pristine Roofing just completed the job on our home, and we are pleased with the outcome and the customer service we received along the way. I obtained three quotes for a 30-year roof, and Pristine landed right in the middle, providing quality products and reasonable pricing.Upon starting the job, we learned that my previous roof may have contained asbestos, which halted the project. Mike worked closely with me to have the roofing material tested to ensure our safety and the safety of his crew. The testing revealed that the previous roof did indeed contain asbestos.After I secured a remediation team to remove the old roofing material, I worked closely with Mike and the remediation team to coordinate the tear-off and installation of the new roof. The remediation team encountered a delay, and Pristine Roofing accommodated our delay without issue.Once they started work, they were efficient and professional. They removed one last layer of roofing and installed the new roof in about two days. After completion, I voiced a concern over the look of some flashing. Mike personally came out, evaluated alternatives, and corrected the issue to my liking.Overall, I recommend Pristine Roofing. They worked with me every step of the way to ensure I was pleased with the experience before, during, and after installation.

Comment: Best roofer in California 5 Star! After the major storm we had here in Fresno March of 2023 our roof finally gave up in several places and needed to be changed. We got several quotes and color options from other roofers but so thankful we went with Pristine roofing. A family member suggested them after they used them for their shaver cabin metal roof a few years ago. Mike came right away got us a quote and gave better pricing and options than from other competitors. Also they had better reviews too! We can see why, everything was seamless, the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted how we wanted it. It seriously transformed our whole house! They have financing options, and use quality brand name materials. They have warranties and stand behind their work. Cassie in the office was great when we needed to get a hold of her for paperwork. Even the paperwork was super easy. They were prompt in providing me with an estimate for my new build that included a 50 year warranty. Thats unheard of! The estimate document was very thorough and professional. They price was great compared to my other bids. They were prompt in responding to my every question. Mike came exactly when he said he would to preview the site, deliver the roofing, and have the workers arrive to install it. I went out several times to take photos of their progress. Every time I did, the whole team, including boss Mike, were diligently working. More amazing to me was they were chatting and laughing the whole time. And they actually cut the tiles to create a better valley for water to reach gutters. No other bids included that. Everyone else just wanted to clean out the valleys and put new underlay. They were punctual and did the job within the time we had agreed on.My experience with Pristine roofing was very good. They were not the cheapest but they were also not the most expensive when I did my homework with other companies I liked how Mike, the manager of the company, spoke to me and he assured me of the job and the schedule in which it was going to be done and he complied with everything. Using the cheapest contractor made me feel like I had a lot of work to do and I couldnt get it done on time. For the money the difference was a hundred dollars. In the end I liked the work they did and they were very respectful with my family and my neighbors. And the work was wonderful very happy with my roof.

Comment: Mike and his crew did a great job on our roof. After we discovered we had a leak we reached out to our insurance company to find out what the damage was and how much it would cost. After they assessed the damage they stated it was caused by foot falls and golf ball damage. We then reached out to roofing contractors when we came across Mike and his Prestine Roofing company. He came out the same day we called to take a look and give us a quote. Within 5 seconds of being on the roof he was able to tell me exactly what the issues were and how to fix it followed by a quote. Prestine Roofing fixed our broken tiles, the sheet metal underneath the tiltes, cleaned the roof of the excessive pigeon poop as well as the gutters, and installed caging around our solar panels to prevent the pigeons from roosting there. And all within a more than reasonable price and done in one day! Thanks Mike, you and your crew were amazing!
