Comment: Prestige Roofing was an exceptional company to do business with. I had my roof replaced this past September. It has 3 layers on it including the original shingles. The entire project which was sizable took only 3 days from start to finish including tear down. Every day when I would come home from work during the roof project, my property was left in a very organize and neat manner which was impressive given the scope and enormity of the project. In addition, all of Prestige Roofing employees I interacted with during my project from start to finish (beginning with when I received a quote from them) were EXCEPTIONAL. They were all very friendly, knowledgable, honest, professional and trustworthy. John and Edwin took time to answer all of my questions thoroughly throughout the project. They even flew a drone over my detached garage to help me select shingle colors for the main roof replacement that would match. I even received several text messages from my neighbors during my project complimenting Prestige Roofing for their exceptional organization and timeliness in project completion. I would recommend Prestige Roofing 100% to others.

Comment: My neighbor used their service and recommended me to this company since my old house of 1950 also needed the full roof replacement. This company have the team that works efficiently and professionally. For the cost compared to others, in my opinion, it maybe not cheap but I think it is reasonable since I appreciate and consider more about the quality in the long term. The manager responded and answered all my question and also explained clearly what they need to do with my house’s roof in the contract since I have no knowledge about this. Anyway, so far, I satisfies with their service.

Comment: Prestige Roofing provided an amazing service for a whole roof replacement. The quote that was provided was the most reasonable from other quotes obtained, and included obtaining the required building permits. They used high quality material, and installed in less than two and a half days!! It was impressive as we have a very large roof. The crew was professional and left the area clean and clear of debris. The building inspector commented on the high quality work and stated that Prestige Roofing did a great job. I would highly recommend Prestige Roofing as they have very reasonable pricing, do quality work, obtain needed permits, include warranty, and are very professional and personable.

Comment: We are incredibly pleased with every part of the process in dealing with Prestige Roofing and John and his crew. City permits pulled, delivery and removal of a portable restroom during the duration of the job. Daily clean-ups using magnets, blowers, and brooms. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, professional, courteous contractor for your roofing needs, look no further than Prestige Roofing. Will update as needed if we ever get rain, warranty included just in case. ;)

Comment: Prestige Roofing is a great company to deal with. I had a patio cover removed and needed the roof repair with new rain gutters. Contacted Prestige Roofing on a Monday and John came out the next day for a quote. The job was small but they treated us as if we were a big job customer. They were able to do the job in one day and even did it while we were in Hawaii on Vacation. They do great work and when we need to put on a new roof they will be my first call for a quote. The prices are great and felt we got a great deal with a awesome company. Thanks John for the help and hope to see you in the future!!

Comment: Prestige Roofing did a great job with our roof. John provided a competitive bid and his team completed the job thoroughly and ahead of schedule. Even before the scheduled project week, John agreed to come to the job site and take down a corner of the roof that was particularly bad because we were concerned about forecasted rain. Now that the job is complete, we have a brand new roof and a roofing company that we will be recommending to friends and neighbors.

Comment: John and his crew went above and beyond with installing a new roof on our house as well as installing 2 solar tubes in our dark kitchen. They were quick and professional and they did a good job cleaning up each day. After they completed the job, we had found some wood rot that was overlooked at the end of the roofing, but after a quick email to John, he literally got his crew back out here and fixed it the next day. We appreciate his sense of urgency and total professionalism in this matter. We are impressed with the beautiful work they did and the manner as to how they performed the job. Comment: Out of four different companies I inquired about I choose Prestige. John (roofing contractor) )explained to me the best how everything would work and understood my needs. I got a free estimate and a good price. Work was finish on schedule and Lupe Vasuez supervises the hard working crew. Comment: After shopping for a “tile reset” and getting quotes from 4 highly rated roofing companies, we chose Preferred Roofing-Santa Ana. John Arrealno provided my quote within a day. It was on the more economical side and we said ok.i was surprised to see John at my home on their first day....Was introduced to his on-site supervisor to answer any of my questions, 4 days later we got our county permit completion.What made Prestige- Santa Ana branch special was:on day “one” they realized that they needed to modify 2 flashings around my chimneys- they were delivered the next day,Realizing there were more replacement tiles needed to complete the job- delivered the following morning.the exceptional personal service at every step of the process.and generally a good feeling on the quality and value they provided us.
