Comment: My brother-in-law recommended Preman Roofing for our roof replacement and my husband and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. We got three bids for the job and one of them was so ridiculously high, it’s unbelievable! Robert Aviles was honest and gave us an estimate that was fair. The ladies from the office (Angelica and Esmeralda) were so helpful and so nice whenever I call for a question. Fabian and Kevin, the roofers, were so fast and efficient that they finished the job ahead of schedule in time for the rain the following day. They left the house premise clean that no nails were found upon inspection by Daryl. We highly recommend Preman Roofing for your roofing jobs from start to finish.

Comment: These guys are good. As a recently new homeowner I needed to find a company that I could trust to inspect my roof for any damages leading into the rainy season. Preman came recommended by my real estate agent so I went with them. They were fairly priced and shot me straight - Im assuming at least - since the repairs they recommended were minimal. I was not a large project for them, but they treated me like an important customer nonetheless. Very satisfied with my experience with Preman Roofing, thank you Danny and team!

Comment: This company was impressive from the moment they came out with the quote. Great presentation, no pressure and great price.They said it would take 3 days and it did. First day was tearing off the old roof. They showed exactly when they said I would and finished demo within 3 hours.The next team showed up to inspect for any damage so they could get the supplies in time to have them first thing in the morning. The next phase took a day and a half and went very smoothly. They replaced some plywood and a facial board I asked them to fix. Step by step they respected my and my neighbors property. When it was complete, the roof looks amazing and seriously, I have only found two VERY small pieces of old roof in some of my bushes. They were very respectful, clean, safe and did an amazing job. I HIGHLY recommend Preman Roofing and Solar.

This company truly believes in their altruistic mission to provide the best roof possible at the fairest price possible. The estimator came on time and I received a proposal within 24 hours! I still have not chosen who I will go with but Im pretty sure we are choosing Preman Roofing . Comment: After seven roofing bids, Preman Roofing and Solar had the most to offer for what I paid. My asphalt shingles were three layers thick, I had dry rot damage, no ventilation over the living space and double off- set chimneys. The roofing prep crew was careful to cover everything around the house, the pool and garage. They were thorough, swift , and cleaned up while the roofers began their work. They were able to answer all of my questions and drew my attention to issues I hadnt noticed. They we uniformed professionals, on time, and courteous. I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Preman Roofing and Solar.

Comment: I am very happy that I choose Preman Roofing-Solar to have a new roof. Everyone was professional, prompt, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I had a VERY large roof with solar panels already installed. Preman is the whole deal. They took care of removing the panels, removing the old 2 layers of roofing, installed new wood when necessary, including rotted and termite eaten wood and then reinstalled the solar with new efficiency. Daryll supervised the project, and Fabian and he posted pictures for me each night to see, as the work progressed. The workers were attentive to every detail and treated this house as their own. I would certainly recommend Preman Roofing-Solar to any of my friends. In fact I passed the word yesterday.

Comment: The Guys did a great job. Naturally, you dont want to spend a lot of money, however, you get what you pay for. I have been around construction all my life. I am a perfectionist and I did not have to ask them to tend to anything or redo anything. They got it perfectly the very 1st time. Also, when the crew was stripping the roof on the garage, the globe on a ceiling light fixture fell off and broke. They promptly informed me of the breakage. Two days after the job had been completed, I went into the garage to get some measurements to buy a new fixture. The crew took it upon themselves to buy and install a new ceiling fixture before they left....I didnt even notice until 2 days later. Thank you Fabian and crew and to Darryl who is as big of a perfectionist as I am.I will have another project for you guys in the near future. Thanks again for the high quality job.

Comment: I cant express how happy I am with the new roof I received from Preman roofing.I received a quote from Danny who gave me many options and even allowed me to make some significant changes to the original plan a few months later. When I finally started the project and sent in my deposit right before December I was a little concerned from the yelp reviews about delays and poor customer service. I called a few days later after they received their deposit and they said they would let me know when it would be added to their schedule as I really wanted to put my xmas lights up and had another remodeling project I wanted to get started on after the roof was completed.Within a few days they got back to me, let me know the schedule and they were out within 2 weeks and got the roof completed within 4 days! There was a lot of dry rot and termite damage which they offered I can repair on my own. I opted for their guy to make the repairs because he seemed really sharp and pointed out everything that needed to be replaced. What took him 5 hours probably would have taken me much longer to complete. I even gave him a few gallons of outdoor paint and he painted the primed repairs for me at no additional cost!All I can say is GREAT JOB! The repairs were great and the finished project was even better. My gutters actually work now as well! Beautiful Roof! Thanks again Preman Roofing! The main roofer and repair guy was out of this world and Vance the proj mgr was great as well!I even had time to have my xmas lights up for a week before Christmas!

Comment: A wonderful experience from start to finish! My wife and I hired Preman roofing to perform a new lift-n-lay roof. Danny came out to the house and spent an hour at my home, answered all my questions and even showed me issues on my roof I was unaware of. He then submitted a detailed quote to me with different cost saving options.Prior to the start date, we received an email from the super/Project Manager (Vance Nolta) that would be overseeing my job-I could not believe the amount of day-to-day correspondence, along with daily pictures and check ups- truly refreshing! Everyday for a week Vance would wait until I got home from work to walk the job with me. He would ask if I had any questions and would constantly ask if I was happy with the progress of the job. Every single person Preman sent to my home, had a wealth of knowledge of the industry-Congrulations on having that kind of depth on the team!Preman Roofing & Solars attention to detail, cleanliness and dedication to the job and industry is why I would recommend them to anyone I know! Comment: I recently worked with Preman Roofing & Solar having them complete a roof repaper and install solar. There are MANY reasons for the 5 stars. 1. The quote was very good! 2. The work started ON TIME. Please note you do need a few weeks for all permits to be pulled, so PLAN AHEAD. 3. The workers were very neat and tidy. Redoing a roof can be super messy. These guys werent, and my neighbors really appreciated that. 4. Even though were were traveling, I received DAILY photographs about the roof progress, and the project manager called daily to check in. Once we did get home, I still received daily emails with photos for my records and saw the project manager EVERY day. 5. The roof finished on time, and the bid was correct (no additional repair money) 6. Solar guys were awesome! Worked hard, were quiet and did a great job. Its pretty awesome to watch your SDGE billing meter go backwards! 30% tax credit til the end of the year. 26% after Dec 2019. Get it done!!

Comment: Installed my entire roof in 2002, half red tile, the other half flat. Helped me manage schedule with other sub contractors I had at my house as well. The one time I had an issue with a drainage issue on the flat roof (2007) I called them and they had 2 guys out here the following day. I just installed Solar on the flat roof last month so I have been up there a lot, and even 11 years later, looks almost new.
