Comment: Previous storm season left many shingles blown off roof. PRC13 roofing offered me a reasonable price for replacing a new roof and installing new leaf guard gutters. Paul is an honest man with integrity and great communication skills. His team of workers were efficient and hard working. The job was well done as scheduled last August. My roof now not only looks fantastic but also provides the assurance of quality and durability. I highly recommend their services.

Comment: In desperate need of a new roofs for my house and garage, I interviewed 20+ roofers picking PRC 13 for the job. Paul (Polito) was the most sincere person who detailed everything about my roofs. He made every effort to have the work done before the wet season set in.His process is easy as he answered all my questions putting my mind at ease. I had gutters installed by his company which gave the house and garage a really good smart appearance. All the way around his workers did a fantastic professional job.Professionalism, honesty and fairness are the hallmarks of this roofing company which I highly recommend.

Comment: We had a leak and were ghosted by another roofer. Reviews were great for PRC13 so I called, best decision. We ended up needing to replace the whole roof after all of the storms and the process was easy. Pol and his team are extremely efficient, knowledgeable, professional and dependable. Buying a whole new roof feels like something that should be stressful but it wasnt and I appreciate the work they put in to make it as easy and painless as possible! Huge thank you to Pol, Stephen and the whole team, we are very pleased with our roof and new gutters!

Comment: We called PRC in advance of a major storm here in Sacramento to try to get a bathroom leak fixed after we had been ghosted by another contractor. Paul came out before noon but told us he couldn’t repair it until the next day. I woke up the next morning and it was rainy and blustery so I thought we would have to wait until the storm had passed over the weekend. But he called me at 9am and said he would be over shortly to do the repair. I was amazed as he completed the repair. I’ve never experienced this amazing customer service.

Comment: Roof sprung a leak, unfortunately on a Sat night near midnight. Called a few 24 Hr companies - answering service and no call backs until Monday morning. Called PRC 13 Sunday morning. Paul was at my door shortly thereafter. Inspected and Explained the issue. Repaired the next day! Very timely, professional, respectful and compassionate. Repair complete, and I have a guy I’d recommend for roof work now.

Comment: I’ve been meaning to write this wonderful review since October but haven’t been able to until today. Paul and his team is someone I would love to work with again and again. Very informative and very very honest! Very efficient and detail oriented. Very respectful! He goes above and beyond what is asked of him. They cleaned up after themselves as well not leaving any pieces behind! I’m very happy with my new roof! Call him, you won’t regret this decision.

Comment: These guys are fast and efficient! No other company would come out and even look at my roof or make repairs. Polo came out immediately and was very fair with his price. They are not pushy like mechanics and try to upsell you. I highly recommend using this company.
