Comment: I swear by Performance Roofing. Don is at the top of any list of contractors that weve ever worked with. Everyone at Performance is very professional. They did excellent work at a very fair price. They were responsive at all times. Perhaps the most important thing about anyone who you can do business with - will they be responsive to any questions or concerns, aside from just doing good work. Don will stand by his work for years to come. He even helped me with a problem caused by another contractor. The staff are great and very thorough. Rosa is great about responding to inquiries in a prompt and professional manner. If youre looking for a great roofing company, stop right here.

Comment: My experience with Performance Roofing System was terrific, staff and contractors are very outstanding. They work fast and very professional, they talked to you with full of sense and helpful tips for maintenance ideas for my roofing. I really appreciated those items, it helps me a lot to take care of my roofing. Pricing is reasonable, no extra and hidden charges as well, very honest. Thank you for a job well done.

Comment: Performance roofing is great. When every other roofer serving Redondo Beach wasnt interested in helping us with a small repair job performance roofing came through.They did our repair and gave us an honest assessment that we could get a few more years out of our tired roof. I got three other quotes on the repair and everyone else sent me quotes for a full replacement costing thousands.They were very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of advice about our options once its time for a full replacement. It is great to have a full understanding of what our options are moving forward and the team at performance definitely respected that we were working with a budget.Great experience with this company. I will definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors and theyve earned our business for life.

Comment: I have a roof leak and got Performance Roofing Systems through Home Advisor. I was contacted by Rosa who set an appointment for 11 AM on Wednesday. She called and pushed back the appointment until approximately 1 PM. Another company I had contacted for another opinion also was late and finishing their estimate when I saw the Performance Roofing System truck swing by my house and leave. When I called I was told that they do not stop if there appears to be another company there and that I would not be able to get another appointment for a week. I had taken off to wait all day for these roofers and it was their own lateness which caused problems.On a very positive note, I was contacted later in the day and had a most reasonable discussion of the matter with the supervising contractor Don McCord who scheduled a return visit the next day. He came himself on time and conducted an exceptionally good evaluation, including climbing up into our attic looking for leaks, no easy feat. He was clear in discussing his findings and we have agreed to go forward with repairs at this time. I was pleased with their responsiveness and willingness to re-engage. I look forward to the completion of the work.
