Comment: I hired Peak Builders to temporarily remove my solar, tear off my roof, remove an old HVAC platform, install a new roof, and reinstall solar.I loved that Peak Builders was one of the few contractors I interviewed that could take care of all my home needs. Their price was fair for the work. They were incredibly responsive, communicative throughout, and stayed on schedule despite some rain during the project. Judah from Peak Builders showed up on time and promised to send a full inspection within 72 hours. Well, I received it within the same evening. Comment: Reached out to this company after already contacting another with a delayed response. These guys were quick and efficient, sparing no time when it came to a bit of a roof leak we got. Had same day service, and had a great group of guys come out and repair the area needed within a day. Eyal was awesome! Very down to earth, friendly and understood what was needed and even told us possible future issues that may appear. If anymore issues were to arise, I would not hesitate to contact them again. Comment: There’s only one word that can describe Peak Construction. AMAZING.When we first had Eyal walk into our house, we were a bit skeptical about his suggestions. We’ve never considered installing a whole house fan in the house and really gravitated towards getting a new AC system just like anyone else. Well, as soon as he took a tour of the house he went on telling us about how we really don’t need it and that the house enjoyed a fantastic air circulation because of its location. He was so determined and told us that of course he’ll install the AC unit if we wanted, but that would be a waste of money in his opinion. When we started hesitating, he simply said that if we’re not happy with the fan, not only will he remove it and fix any damage, but also not have us pay for any of his work.Well, it’s been now two months that we have the fan at home, and we have absolutely no regret. We appreciate immensely Eyal’s honesty and consideration and would love to have him on our next project.

Comment: There is absolutely nothing bad that my wife and I can say about Peak Construction. We thought our roof was in good condition until last winter when we started having a major leak in our guestroom. At first, we thought we’ll have time to get a few estimates from different companies, but it was raining too much at the time and we had to fix it immediately. Juda arrived and gave us an estimate and said that he can bring an emergency crew the next day in order to temporarily fix the roof. Well, they installed something just to stop the damage and as soon as the weather calmed down he brought a crew over to replace our entire roof. We expected to pay more because of the emergency state in which we conducted the labor. However, to our extreme surprise we noticed that their price was the lowest compared to anywhere else we checked thereafter, including our two neighbors who had the roof done in the past year. Comment: I always have a hard time choosing contractors. The internet is full of information so when it came to fixing my roof I decided I’ll ask around and see who’s the best candidate. I was given 3 names and invited all of them to take a look. They all had similar prices but as soon as I asked how much would cost to replace a couple boards and install a new skylights, prices skyrocketed with two of them. Peak Construction assured me that they weren’t going to charge any money for the boards and that it was included in the price and asked for a very decent amount for the new skylight. Needless to say that I moved forward with them. They covered 4000 square feet of roofing in like 6 days - in and out, literally. Way to go Peak Construction of San Diego .
