Comment: My stucco was cracking and I had to do something to get it restored. I went with PandaWhites recommended Tex-cote Cool Wall instead of the traditional stucco. It costs less, works better, takes less time, and looks fantastic! Highly recommend!

Comment: The last heavy rain we had in 2023, showed that we had a few leaks so we went looking for a roofing company. Pandawhite was great, their sales man Ali Hamidy showed there products, contractors license, and bond information(just in case). Made us feel he was here foe us and not a sale. Work lasted about 2 weeks, and only had one problem of a mess left in our front yard. When we called to ask them not to do that, they came and cleaned up and never had a problem again. I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof.

They were patient with all my questions and hesitations and gave me a price that honestly couldnt be beat. And the windows they installed were of great quality, even better than expected. They did a great job with the install. They were quick, friendly and professional.One window was shattered by a landscaper who accidentally sent a rock flying with his weed eater. Thankfully, it only broke through one of the panes of glass. And because of the warranty, they came out and replaced it that week. Ill be using them again!

Comment: I had 8 windows and 2 sliding doors replaced. My old ones were single pane with little insulation value.The new ones are fantastic and look amazing. Living in Escondido, Ca we have very hot days and I already feel an unparalleled difference in the efficiency of my new windows and doors. My A/C is running nearly as much of the time. Hurray!I red some reviews about Miro in a negative light. I think he just has a different affect, that we are used to in this country. He is very efficient and buissness like. I think that is a better quality than a good bedside manner which has little effectiveness for the best construction. So he was great.The installers, Sam, his father and brother, were fantastic and efficient as well. So kind and understanding. I am in the middle of a kitchen remodel and have 3 dogs. So, they worked in a way that was easy on all of us especially the dogs. They worked flawlessly and installed all the windows and doors in about 9 hours. I thought that was so fast. But, their care was wonderful. I have a single level standard height home, so for taller buildings it would probably take longer.I need to mention Jeff, the sales rep. With samples in hand, he was very informative, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.Thank you all at PandaWhite Inc.

Comment: We had Jonathan in our house.We purchased coolwall from him.The 4 stars is for the crew, whom I’m being told by the general manager that he fired them!The project took 4 weeks hitting the holidays.The product is great. I’d give a five star review to Jonathan and the product, I’ll also give a five star review to the general manager of the company who stopped by a few times looking into the issues.The first round, after they were done, we found quite a few places not covered well with the paint, coolwall, but the manager took care of it.He sent the painters three more times to touch up areas that the painters had missed..The house looks great. And we got the warranty quite quickly.

He showed me all of their licenses and insurance so I wouldnt have to worry about their expertise or being sued if a worker got injured on the job.
