Comment: It’s not often when you’re conducting repairs to your house and everything goes well. However, working with Pacific Roofers is an exception. Comment: We were having some moisture problems in a bedroom and called Pacific Roofers to see if we had a leak in our roof. They came over the next day at the time I requested. Don went into the attic and found it was not our roof leaking. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We talked about when our roof might need replacement (2-3years) and did not try to talk us into something that we didn’t need right now. We will only go with them for any roofing work we need in the future. An honest company!!! Nice to see in this day and age.Edel.

Comment: I look forward to working with you again.Dear Mr. LaVigne: We just concluded our first roofing job together on Spruce Street, and will be closing in a few days. Many are quick to criticize when things do not go as expected, so it is only right that praise is given when earned. As a long-time area REALTOR®, I have worked with a number of good firms over the years, and wanted to say how nice it was to work with you. Your method of providing a video inspection of the roof was very useful, as my client lives out of state. He appreciated being able to see the issues. Your providing education on the insurance and roofing process was great, as was the fact that you coordinated everything directly with the insurance company to minimize the effort required of the client and me. I am usually pretty picky when I inspect a completed job. In this case, I brought my magnet when I checked the job, but did not pick up any nails or roofing material scraps; that is highly unusual. The guys did an excellent job of cleaning up. Beyond good education, coordination and a job well done, what I found best was your communication. If you were going to be delayed, you communicated that in advance. As you went along, I would get an email letting me know the status. When you were done there was a message to go check the job. I always knew where you were with the insurance company due to your emails. As a home builder, I love that level of communication, and a lot of contractors simply don’t provide that (you have to bug them to find out what’s happening). Comment: Don was absolutely amazing from Pacific Roofers. His professionalism could not be outdone. He was very responsive, professional and helpful throughout the process. He was extremely flexible in his scheduling to have my roof completed. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a roof repaired, or replaced, as he is very reasonable and his company did a fantastic job on ripping off the 2 layers I had on, as well as replacing some wood planks that were damaged and putting the new roof on. He also fixed an area around my chimney that had not been roofed properly by the company that had put my roof on several years back, and at no additional cost. It looks great and their cleanup afterwards was meticulous, as well as the steps they took to protect my landscaping during the process. As a side note I wanted to mention, I had elected not to replace my gutters at the time and they mistakenly dented one area of the gutter, but replaced the entire section without any questions asked and were very professional throughout the process.This is the one company I will recommend from now on, for any roofing needs you may have.Thank you so much Don!

Comment: Inquired to a few Roofers, but nothing stood out like Pacific Roofers.Pacific Roofers installed a brand new roof to my historic building in Downtown Redlands (Queens Jewelers). These guys are the deal, they are knowledgeable in the subject of their company (roofs of all kind) and not pushy whatsoever. Definitely referring them to family and friends in need! Thanks so much!!
