Comment: Rain drops keep falling on my head, but not anymore since Pacific Metal Roofing installed my new roof. They installed an A606/Corten self weathering, self protective rusting standing seam roof. With their due diligence they repeatedly warned me against using the Corten/A606, as our new construction project, they felt, was too close to the ocean for using the raw steel. They suggested aluminum or painted steel. Against their advise I insisted on the A606/Corten steel roof.I wanted a 1” mechanical seamed, standing seam roof as opposed to the typical snap lock. Not one roofing company was willing to do or even quote the entire roof in a mechanical seam roof, except for Pacific Metal Roofing. Some roofers had no idea what it was. It’s a labor intensive method but far superior to today’s snap lock. Plus you can not duplicate the look of the natural protective rust finish of the Corten. The 1” mechanical seam gives a tight, neat, clean look to the roof. We recently had our first rainstorm of the year and no rain drops were falling on my head. Pacific was more expensive but I’m totally satisfied with my roof. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Who ever comments on a roof? No one, right. Well I’ve had several people express how much they liked the roof. Would I use them again or recommend them! Yes, definitely.

Showed up on time, followed directions, are team players, good clean-up and storage of material. They follow PPE well and has safe work practice. Would recommend and use Pacific Metal Roofing again.

Both times they have done excellent jobs brining our clients vision to fruition with two separate metal roof additions they did for us in 2019/2020 and again in 2021/2022. We are very happy with both the performance of PMR and the quality of product/work they put out. Michael and Jim have been very kind and very informative. And, he was able to squeeze my job in a month ahead of schedule when another customers project was delayed by a re-design.My project was a bit unusual--adding a layer of new metal sheet roofing on top of a corroded original layer of galvanized sheet metal on my private airplane hangar at Camarillo Airport. Michael didnt hesitate to help, even though most of their jobs are higher end residential and commercial standing seam roofs. His foreman visited the site and identified the correct matching material--perfect fit. My 50 year old hangar is now sealed up for the next 50 years!I dont hesitate to recommend Pacific Metal Roofing.
