Comment: I have used Ocean Seven twice now to repair & recoat the foam insulation on my roof. Although several years between jobs, their work remains the same. They were responsive to my needs, scheduled the work quickly, did great work and left the area spotless. I am very happy with their workmanship and professionalism. Comment: I’ve had a lot of mediocre experiences with contractors. But this experience with an Ocean seven made up for all of them. Extremely personable and professional, beat the prices of lots of competitors, with proven record and obvious knowledge. One contractor learned that I was a physician and seem to have tripled his price. It’s refreshing to find those that say what they mean and mean what they say. I even added a discount without me asking for it. Extremely grateful & I will highly recommend these gentlemen. Efficient and very also very clean. Did not disrupt my tenants which was a plus 🙏❤️

Comment: We have a commercial manufacturing building whose roof hadnt been repaired or fixed in probably more than 20 years, so there was a lot of water leakage into the building from the recent heavy rains. I had gotten a few estimates, and Ron from Ocean Seven Builders came and did a thorough inspection of our roof and property, and came up with a very reasonable estimate, so we decided to choose him for the job. We also chose him for the job because he does the spray polyurethane foam roofing, which is supposed to be even more protective for the roof. Through the entire process, he was very professional, amiable, on-time, and answered any concerns or questions we had right away. He also replaced the scuppers to help with water drainage. He took drone photos of the roof during the process so that we could see what was being done. We are very happy with the work that was done and definitely plan to use this company again for future roof repair projects.

Comment: My ceiling does not have insulation. So I was recommended to get this company that can actually sprays a white roof on top of it. This white stuff works as a roof and insulation. I called five companies and nobody does it for residential houses. Finally I found this company. This guy was very professional, very polite, and we were very pleased to hire him. We had it installed in april. I cant wait until summer time to see how cool it really works. For now it looks like theyre still on my roof. Awesome.

Comment: Ocean Seven Builders installed a spray foam sealant on our commercial building in 2018. When all the rain storms hit Southern California a few weeks ago, one of our tenants experienced a leak in the interior ceiling. We contacted Ocean Seven and made an appointment for Tuesday morning. Ron came out for an inspection and found that due to the weather over time, there were a few cracks and holes in the sealer. He said that the roof needs to be re-sealed every 5-7 years so our thought was that we were right on time. Since we were uncertain whether or not the weather would be cooperative, we scheduled the job tentatively for last Friday or the beginning of this week. Ron and his crew began the job on Friday and completed the job yesterday (Monday). Yes it was expensive but when we compared the estimate with the previous bill from 5 years ago, the two amounts were very close. We informed our tenants that they would be unable to use the parking lot while the project was underway, and, since we were not on site, our tenants were very pleased with the job and spoke highly of the courtesy with which Ron and his group treated them. I would definitely refer Ocean Seven Builders to anyone who needed this type of repair or treatment.

Comment: I inherited a spray foam roof on the building i purchased, not knowing much about them or how they work. As explained to my by Ron, these roof are in need up upkeep and maintenance every 8 to 10 years. At the point when i needed them.. I really needed them. Water was leaking into my building from a poorly designed and installed drainage system.. Ron isolated the problem and knew how to fix it. It wasnt cheap but it was the right decision. We just had our first rain after this roof was repaired by Ocean Seven Builders and everything Ron assured me was correct. He said to trust him and i did, but with a lot of questions. Comment: After my first contact with Ocean Seven Roofing we arranged for an onsite roof inspection within a couple of days with Ron. A quote for the proposed scope of work was delivered the next day. I have a small commercial building with an old foam roof from 1987 that need extensive patching and an overall re-coating. Due to an opening in their schedule the work began a week later and was completed on time. All interactions were very professional, mask were used, a clean work site was maintained and they arrived on time and completed the work on schedule. The small crew headed by Eli was very conscientious and did a great job. I was very satisfied with the attention to detail, quality control and overall experience. Comment: We had been experiencing quite a lot of little pernicious leaks through our flat duplex roof in Los Feliz. After doing much research on the various types of roofing repairs or replacement options I called Ocean Seven Builders for an estimate. Mr. Mor came within a day and gave us his assessment, sent me a video of these observations and what his recommendations would be to affect a proper and lasting repair. He suggested a foam respray and gave me a bid. The options we explored were from just repairs to the problem areas, to a full tear off and replace using a conventional torch down roof and the foam spray method. Mr. Mor was very forthcoming with the way our roof would be handled, describing every step of the process to our satisfaction and gave us a proposed project start and completion dates. These dates were weather contingent but whenever there was a delay for any reason Mr. Mor communicated with us. There were building specific architectural details that needed to be respected which he acknowledged and was willing to work to make the finished product look as it had before the projects start. Mr. Mor was very communicative during all parts of the project, from going through the work contract in great detail so that we felt comfortable hiring Ocean Seven Building to do the job. Communication is key to all projects and Mr. Mor did not disappoint us in this skill. Im looking forward to trouble free rainy seasons for years to come. Comment: I purchase my house 8 years ago and find out there was a water leak from the roof. I did my study online with foam roofing and learn foam roofing is less expensive and last longer. I decide to call Osean Seven roofing for estimate. They came with very professional team and did the job very quickly. After foaming the roof, till today we did not experience any leak. Comment: I am so happy that I found Ocean Seven Roofing.Before I settled on a roofer I did a search. I had 4 people bid on the job. The first three insisted that I would need to scrape the old roofing materials off before putting a new layer of foam on my roof. The bids were astronomical. Ron suggested pressure washing the old roof, re-priming it and foaming over the remaining good foam. His way saved me over $15,000 from the lowest other bid. The quality is great. During the last heatwave, when it was 104 outside, I never even turned on the AC. Just a fan was enough. I am amazed at the before and after. Better results than I expected. Thumbs up.

I am a very specific on the small details and I need to know that the person handling this project would understand my needs.I was very impressed with the great care that the crew from Ocean seven roofing inc, when doing the tear off especially in the back yard where I have these very delicate plants. and a new pool that we just re-plastered.
