Comment: Remodeled a small powder room. David and his crew were professional, efficient, reasonably priced and did a wonderful job. Had a small problem with the hole around the heat vent slightly blocked by the new tile, they were out in less then a day to fix it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done.

Comment: Spending $10k+ on a project was definitely the biggest remodeling project I have ever done in my 5 years of being a homeowner. I had the project bid by 5 parties and not only was Novel Remodeling the most reasonable, Ben, the project manager made all my anxiety go away. They knocked the job out in half the time they said they would, left no mess and everyone says how amazing the remodel looks. His team did a huge island with a waterfall edge, two kitchen counters, the matching backsplash and two bathroom counters all with matching granite. It looks insane, Ive never been happier with a project which is great because it was also the most expensive. Definitely will use again and recommend A+++

Comment: I have an older home and it was always cold inside I never really minded it till I had my baby and realized how cold lol I called a few places but Novel Remodeling seemed to be more understanding about my rush on doing it he came out gave us a FREE estimate and I had my new Windows within a few weeks now my baby can sleep nice and warm and I have less worries thank you Novel Remodeling!!!!

Comment: I want to say a special thank you to David for listening to all my questions and what I wanted as the end goal for this project. He gave my wife and I great input on what design suited our kitchen the best.We had gathered other estimates, but Novel Remodeling impressed us. The presentation lasted about 30-40 minutes, and then a couple hours on hashing out the details of what we wanted for our specific project. (ONE STOP SHOP - we also got new tile flooring!)I was VERY anxious on getting our kitchen remodeled after hearing friends horror stories of no access to water, issues with the countertops and other headaches that no one has time to deal with.Novel Remodeling has a solid team,they work together and made my kitchen project as stress free as possible. We had a kitchen specialist assigned to the project, a project manager who was in charge of scheduling and an installation team. The installers came in and were very considerate in entering and exiting my house, keeping the area clean and leaving us very happy with our beautiful end project!As a thank you for the wonderful job done on my kitchen, I hope to refer as many friends and family as possible! Thank you!

All employees were wonderful from the estimator, Project Manager, the office personnel (Merrly) to the people picking up payments (Michael). Very professional. There prices were the best and well with in my budget and i was able to get everything i needed. There sales team were very knowledgeable and were able to answer every question i had. They worked around my schedule and made sure that both myself and husband were both there. There is no job this company cant handle. I was very pleased with my conversation with Ray who tended to my needs a directed me in the right direction. He kept up with me and made sure i was in good hands. Comment: They were very promted & worked cleanly. They crew came the first day with their own dumpster. They were able to clean off the old tiles & expose the leaks in the roof. All in one day! The next day, they were here @ 8:00 to repair the roof. All repairs were done in two days. Had to wait for inspection the next day. Started the roof once checked, but it took another day to finishes the house & the garage. Had to wait for the gutters & the garages facel broad to be done from another contractor. We were very pleased!

Comment: Frankly, I was surprised and impressed with Novel Remodeling and their representative Aiden, because the first thing he did was to make sure I saw his badge as a legitimate member. As we got into the project, I was also impressed that he quickly wrote down the tasks to be completed as a contractual language. When the schedule was promised, I was skeptical that it would ever happen that fast, but when the work began the very next day, I began to expect similar performance. There was good flexibility for modifications as the work progressed, even offering an interest free loan that I was qualified for. All the workmen who showed up seemed to be thoroughly instructed on what they were doing. The use of photos was helpful to understand the processes.

Comment: I have had Novel Remodeling do my driveway and sidewalk. Wow! what a difference and the experienced workers did an excellent job from start to finish.I then had my yard done. A yucca tree removal, new sprinklers and sod installed. Another wow, my front yard has had such a transformation with these 2 jobs. I have grass! These guys did an excellent job as well.I am on my third job, complete bathroom remodel, due to mold issue. Several areas of specialty brought in different groups of workers, all were very professional, answered any questions I had and cleaned up after every job.I found Novel through home advisor, I got lots of calls from many different types of companies. Novel was the most professional company from the first call. Or Peri was my first contact and has been involved with all of my jobs. The others I have dealt with, Boris, Owen, John and the sub-contractors have all been professionals.

He was knowledgeable about the products he could provide, how he will replace the area and how to match with the existing kitchen. Comment: My husband and I noticed cracks on the side of our house and began the search for a contractor to take a look at the damages. We hired Micheal from Novel Remodeling. They repaired the cracks in the stucco. They showed the reasons why the damages occurred, and how we can prevent it after repairing. We took Micheals suggestion and have not experienced a single crack. I would recommend Novel Remodeling for home remodeling. They did a great job with my house!
