Comment: Alex and his team have replaced my old composite roof with metal standing seam on multiple pitches. This replacement was warranted given the great amount of snow we get in “Little Siberia!”Their work product was excellent, done on time and at price quoted! I’ve referred him without hesitation to my friends and neighbors!

Comment: Often one might read a review that is too glowing and consider it to be a self generated review because nobody could be THAT pleased with a contractor. Comment: Alex & crew did a fantastic job on a recent roof repair. Gave an excellent overview on the situation with options to think about.Alex was very professional, answered all of my many questions in a very timely fashion via text, email and calls and offered a very fair price.Job site was spotless when he left and followed up to make sure we were happy with the results.Will be using Mulloy when my roof needs replacement.Highly recommend.Thank you Alex & crew

Comment: MULLOY ROOFINGMulloy Roofing is top notch. Alex Mulloy gave a quote that was better than all the others I’d received prior.He then put ice and water barrier on 100% of the roof, not the minimum that code calls for, eves and valleys. Meticulous workmanship and attention to detail. Clean up was amazing as well, no leftover nails/staples etc**HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS**

Comment: We hired Alex to remove and replace the entire roof on our cabin at Lake Tahoe. He was incredibly honest and upfront with the scope of work and delivered the project on time. He was meticulous in his workmanship and went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule. His crew left our site cleaner than it was before they got there. I work with contractors all day for a living and Alex Mulloy was one of the easiest most honest contractors Ive come across in years. I would recommend him and his crew for any job you may have that is roof related. I hope he uses me for a reference for future jobs.

Comment: The end product was beyond expectations. These roofs are not the same roofing systems that were installed in the past. The materials are engineered to last a long time and the crew put it together in a manner that will ensure that is what happens. At the end of every day the crew cleaned up the site, were courteous and a pleasure to be around.Dan
