Comment: Follow up - The owner Alfredo followed up immediately. I am impressed with his sincere apology and desire to serve. They helped put me in the direction I needed to go. I would recommend them for future needs.I had Cesar Hernandez from Magallons come to my house and he was supposed to do an estimate for the addition & repair of my roof after seeing my needs. After not hearing back, I called back each week, 5 times over the period of a month and was told sorry each time and that the office staff would get Cesar the message & that he would get back with me. I still haven’t heard from a representative from Magallon after telling the lady on the phone how frustrated I was. I called them due to their High google rating so I felt compelled to tell my experience. Very poor business practice. I hope the owner see’s this and can help Cesar understand this is unacceptable.

Comment: I highly recommend Magallon’s roofing. From my first interaction with Alfredo Jr I knew I was going to choose them due to his professionalism, communication, and how he took the time to fully educate me on the process/materials that would be used. No other company that came out to give me a bid did that. I had an old wood shake roof that I was replacing and I had a lot of questions which he took the time to answer all of them. The crew was punctual and cleaned up everyday as if they hadn’t been there. From start to finish, I received daily updates on progress of the project by Jasmin and Elizabeth at the office. They also have great financing options available as well. Magallon’s offers a level of customer service that is above and beyond, which these days is a so hard to find. Thank you for my beautiful new roof and making this process stress free!

Comment: I had a total roof replacement done by Magallons.Alfred came out to bid the job; he was on time, professional, quick, and made sure I had the estimate in-hand before leaving. His bid was right in line with the four other companies whom I received bids from. I gave Magallons the job due to Alfreds professionalism and my in-laws glowing recommendation.They were punctual and thoroughly cleaned the job site at the end of every day. The roof turned out better than expected, and should hopefully outlive me.I couldnt be happier with the result, and would definetly recommend Magallons Roofing.

It had been 28 years since the last roof was installed by a very unprofessional Jack of all trades & master of none (Jim Pardue) through a mortgage company named Malone. I was referred to Magallons roofing through a relative who had work done by them. I know now, my roof is installed RIGHT. I dreaded the rainy weather fearing the inevitable of a severe leak and more damage. It makes a very big difference when you look at your home and it gives you the comfort of knowing you wont have to worry about any problems for years to come. Comment: Alfredo Magallon Jr. at MAGALLON ROOFING REEDLEY did a great job inspecting and repairing broken cement tiles and repairing and sealing worn and leaky flasings around roof vents. TYSON ENERGY SOLUTIONS referred me to MAGALLON to install a new Quiet Cool Smart Roof fan, which required cutting into the garage roof for placement. I am very happy with the repairs and new QC fan. Its made a big difference in the temperature of my garage.Also want to thank Magallons office staff and crew for staying in touch for installation dates and arrival times: thank you Elizabeth, Jasmine, Jose Jr and Eddie.

He listened with empathy as I explained how the last 2.5 years of my life have been anything but pleasant since the tragic death of my SO.The roof was now going on 65 years old,And I was struggling to keep our house, which was built in the 1920’s. We dealt with Alfredo Magallon Jr, and he and his crew were very professional, kind, hardworking, and informative. We had five other local companies come out to give us a quote for the repairs we needed done and Alfredo was the only roofer who completely broke down the process he and his crew would be preforming and spoke with us as if we were life long friends. The other roofers looked at the roof, gave us minimal information, and a quote. For us the customer service, and quality of work were a huge determination on our final decision, and with Magallons Roofing Inc. I am happy to report we absolutely received both. Alfredo was there for us every step of the way and answered whatever question we had for them. His work crew was done in a reasonable amount of time, and were very respectful to not only us but also our property paying attention to detail every step of the way.

Comment: This company did a fantastic job on our roof. The city inspector even commented on what a good job was done. Also part of our kitchen and bedroom ceilings had fallen down and Magallion Roofing came out the next day and completely repaired the ceilings. You can’t even tell there was ever any damage. I highly recommend this company. They are courteous,kind and efficient. The salesman,Steve Lee was very friendly,courteous and helpful and came by during the construction and after to make sure everything was alright. Kudos all around

Comment: They really went above and beyond to make me feel at ease about getting a new roof put on. They answered all of my concerns and were very patient with me. The roof looks amazing, and they finished it on time. The best part is, the price. After 5 other local companies tried to gouge me on pricing, Magallons came in at almost half that price, and included many things in the quote that the other local companies did not even bother to offer. A big plus is that they are HERO certified, and offer multiple financing options. Im very happy with my new roof, and cant wait for summer time to see how much the extra insulation, vents, and solar attic fan save me on my electric bill. Thanks again Magallons! You guys rock! I 100% recommend Magallons to anyone needing a roof job done.
