Comment: Long overdue review for home roof service in April, 2023 in Aliso Viejo.Highly recommend every aspect of this outstanding company!The entire experience with KJC Roofing was extremely positive. Kelly was extremely responsive, patient, helpful, knowledgeable in explaining options, and ensured all details were handled; overall: excellent customer service. Particularly noteworthy during a stressful, rainy/windy time when most other roofers were not even returning calls.She sent a worker within a day to identify leak and tarp the roof temporarily. She set expectations from the start about timing for the chosen full roof underlayment work, then went out of her way to find a way to fit it in sooner than anticipated. Cost was quite reasonable.The crew was extremely competent, professional and produced quality results.

Comment: Had Randy quote a previous job early 2020 when he worked with a different partner. (I didnt use him for my job but his quote was very professional and he was very responsive. Just a bit higher than we wanted. Referred him to a friend to re-roof and Cathedral City gravel flat roof and know that it went really well). Called him up for fixing 3 vents that were removed during a remodel. I provided the shingles and underlayment (left over from a previous job). Randy had 3 guys out the same day he quoted the job. The guys knocked it out in 15 minutes. Cost was the same as I was quoted by the general contractor doing my kitchen remodel. I preferred have roofing guys do the work as the general was going to have one of the youngsters on his crew do the work. We have a very low slope roof - not sealing it well would be a problem! Will turn to Randy when I have to tackle the separate garage.

Comment: My experience with KJC Roofing was nothing but outstanding. I would recommend anyone that has a room addition or sun room/enclosed patio and lives in the Laguna Woods Village to strongly consider them. A real person answers the phone, maintains excellent communication, and I cannot say enough about their outstanding service. I have let the owners know that I would be happy to answer email questions from residents in the Laguna Woods Village because I am an VERY happy customer!Alan T

Comment: We just had Randy and KJC roofing complete a full repair and tile relayand felt underlay process for our entire roof.The job went seamlessly from start to finish starting with randy assessing our roof and giving as a very complete and detailed assessment of what was needed to be done. we have three other bids, all very comparable although Randys explanation and full inspection of our roof won us over.he and his team started promptly on the day we discussed and ended on the anticipated finished day. His workers were here every morning at 8 AM and finished by 4:30 to 5 cleaned & up their mess. They were very focused and mannerly. The inspections with the city went well... and when completed Randy and his team power washed the roof very thoroughly and made it look all even and clean.... Looks like a brand new roof!we would highly recommend KJC and Randy. He was very caring, knowledgeable, attentive and Comfortable to work with.

Comment: Having worked with Randy and his team in the past, I called Randy for help to install a flashing for a bathroom exhaust fan. His friendly team arrived as scheduled and did a great job in a short time. I do strongly recommend them for your future roofing needs no matter what size of a job is needed.

Comment: Our home roof needed to be replaced. After several bids, we decided to go with KJC Roofing. We are so grateful we did. Our experience with them exceeded our expectations. Randy was honest, professional and very personable to work with. And they completed the job within a timely matter! I would highly recommend!

Comment: Had KJC roofing demo old wood siding and replace with stucco including waterproofing/underpayment, patch stucco where needed, and paint. Job well-done. Randy and team were professional, responsive, helpful.
