Comment: Going with Kelly Roofing was one of the best decisions weve made for our home! We spoke with Kelly Roofing last spring, and had our roof replaced for our main house and a backyard shed last autumn - just in time for this unprecedented winter season. It was worth the wait! Our roof has performed phenomenally over the course of the very wet winter, and we have their team to thank!Working with Ryan was incredibly easy. We are first time home owners, and he was very patient with all of our questions, and through our lengthy color selection process lol. Their quote was clear and easy to understand all of the work and materials that were going to be used (all of our materials were CertainTeed so we could be sure to meet their warranty standards), and they were also very flexible with us opting out of having certain things changed - like our gutters. When it came time for our installation, his team arrived EARLY and started work on time every single day of the install! They are a wonderful group of guys, and they work incredibly fast - it was pretty amazing to see their progress each day! They made sure to clean up the job site every day, and even cleaned the moss and debris off the metal overhang at the back of our shed before re-roofing.At the end we now have a stunningly beautiful roof, and I can attest to the quality of the install as we havent had a drop of water inside our attic or garage through this crazy winter of atmospheric rivers, hail, and thunderstorms. Thanks Kelly Roofing, you guys are the best!

Comment: Working with Kelly Roofing was a pleasure from the very start. I received several bids when searching for a roof and the Kelly bid was by far the most complete response that I received. From the beginning I dealt directly with the owner, Ryan Kelly, not a sales rep or a foreman. The bid I received was highly competitive and the most detailed of the bunch and clearly described what would and would not be provided under the contract. His references were highly complementary and eager to recommend him. Ryan was a pleasure to work with throughout the job, as were the crew that performed the work. Changes and some additional work was required to the roof structure and the new gutters. He added those changes at a most reasonable cost. There were minor delays in the schedule to start but that was weather related and Ryan kept me informed on regular basis. The finished product exceeded my expectations and his crew kept the area around the house clear of litter on a daily basis. During and at the end of the job not a single nail or other debris was to be found anywhere on the property. I ended up not only with a beautiful and well engineered new roof system but a new and reliable partner for maintenance and emergency repairs. You can be assured the Ryan will provide a quality product at most reasonable price.

Comment: Needed a Roof bad, winter was here! We could not get a contractor to do our home! They were all booked , Then we met Ryan Kelly! By far the most professional company I’ve dealt with in my 45 yrs of construction.Very respectfull towards your property , Which made us comfortable during the time it took to complete the job. Very clean! They completed the job when they said they would 2 days later it stormed then rain for a week! No problems! We were relieved, so bottom line folks is you need a roof don’t hesitate to call Kelly Roofing........They are by far the BEST!

Comment: Kelly roofing just completed a roof at our residence. From start to finish Ryan did exactly what he stated he would do. I called to have him come out for a bid, he came out the same day. He gave me the bid the very next day!! He was very patient in giving us many samples to choose from and was available even in his busy schedule to answer the many questions we had concerning our roof installation. When Ryan and his crew started, They were on time and ready to start the job each morning. Each day when they finished, they cleaned up our yard before they left. Ryan was on the job every day with his crew directing and physically doing the work.The product that Ryan uses, Certainteed roofing material I believe from my own research is top notch, and can see the detail Ryan uses to insure the installation is done properly. I would recommend Ryan and u would not be disappointed in having him do your roof. A total positive experience from start to finish

Comment: Our problem wasnt the roofing materials but rather a cracked skylight. My first phone call messages to the company that installed our roof in 2012 and a couple other local roofers went unanswered. I saw a sign at a neighbor who had Kelly do their roof with Kelly Roofings phone number and called them. The owner, Ryan, responded later that same day. He said he had several jobs already scheduled and it might be a couple of months before he could fit me in. I said that would be fine since I had the skylight wrapped in a waterproof tarp. They got to the job about a month and a half later and his crew was great. They not only replaced the skylight but added new rubber collars on the plumbing pipe vents, and matched paint and roof tiles to colors of existing features. Crew cleaned up, folded tarp and even coiled the rope used to hold down the tarp. Their price was also very reasonable for the work they did. I would highly recommend Kelly Roofing and they will be the first I call of I encounter future roofing issues.

Ryan is an extremely honest and reliable contractor and he has very qualified employees. We really enjoyed Mark and Sam, they were very polite and courteous.
