Comment: After several summer storms, I was in desperate need of a roof replacement. Carlos from Kaliber Roofing responded to my call very quickly and was at my house to give me a quote within a few days. He was able to replace my roof weeks before anyone else said they could.Kaliber employees are very professional and took care of the roof in a day. Everything was clean when they left and the roof replacement was top notch.In a world where quality residential contractors are hard to come by, it was awesome to find someone I would recommend to friends and neighbors.

Old shingles, waterproofing and damaged wood were removed and replaced - all with top quality materials and workmanship, full disposal and cleanup.Kaliber were professional, on time, with competitive price - all round excellent. Comment: Carlos responded quickly to our request for an estimate to replace our existing roof. We had numerous quotes and his was competitive and fair. He does his own tear off and haul away which saved us time instead of waiting for a tear off sub contractor, which could be days/weeks.Carlos was very accommodating, working with us on all of our requests, answered all our questions, kept us updated on the timeline of work and inspections.His team worked quick and efficiently. Comment: We cannot say enough about Kaliber Roofing! This company is one of very few businesses who stands by their word. The owner, Carlos, gave my husband a quote on what the work would cost. The team showed up on-time and began to work. The team of six took care of covering my lawn furniture and plants. They cleaned up thoroughly the three days they worked on our roof. Kaliber pulled the city permit and arranged for the initial and final inspection. Carlos gave us peace of mind and we had nothing to worry about. We highly recommend Kaliber Roofing company. Comment: If you need a reliable roofing company, look no further than Kaliber Roofing Inc.When my original roofer failed to show up to place a tarp on my roof hours before a big storm, I called Kaliber Roofing right before they closed and spoke with Carlos. It was 8PM, and I know he was tired, but when he heard my issue, he gladly offered to help. Carlos first checked when the storm was scheduled to begin and then checked his computer software to see if the original roofer may have placed the tarp on my roof, and we were unaware. When we could not verify over the computer, he did me a HUGE favor and personally drove to my rental property to see if the tarp was there - I live 30 minutes away, and it was getting late! Carlos got on the roof, took photos, and sent them to my phone. After confirming the tarp wasnt there, he had a spare tarp on hand, got back on his ladder, and placed that tarp on the roof. Everything was done within a little more than an hour of my original call (cry, lol). I could have been in so much trouble, and I am so thankful Kaliber went above and beyond. Its a couple of days later, and we are in the middle of the storm, and I am so happy with the service provided by this company.Additionally, Carloss attitude was great, and he cared about and understood my situation and focused on resolving my issue quickly.Kaliber provided exceptional service, which means EVERYTHING when dealing with something as important as your roof. I highly recommend this roofing company.Thank you again, Kaliber, and kudos to you!

Comment: Carlos and his team are amazing. We had roof damage from the recent winds. I called over 10 roofing companies and received some of the most ridiculous and unprofessional responses. Some of them never even returned my calls. Carlos responded back within 48 hours and was out within the week to give me an estimate. He is fair and very honest, communicates regularly showed up on time and did an outstanding job. If I ever need any roof work done this is going to be my go to company.
