Comment: Mr. Smith is very thorough and professional. He scheduled us quickly to fix a roof leak; our roof is a 30 year old one with cement tiles. He found the problem and suggested some other areas of concern, showing us pictures. Since our roof tiles had been discontinued, he changed out some existing tiles with the new tiles, and used those to preserve the uniformity of the street-view of our house. We highly recommend him!

Comment: I highly recommend Jason Smith Roofing. Jason inspected my roof after I had a minor leak from all the rain we had earlier and took photos to show me where the damage was. He showed up on time, fixed everything according to his proposal, and with what I thought was a fair price. He could have tried to talk me into a new roof but was honest saying with the fixes that the roof should last another 2-4 years. Very satisfied customer.

Comment: Id been hesitant to start in on a roof repair project because I know what a nightmare it can be, particularly if you pick the wrong contractor. Jason took the pain out of the entire process. First of all, there are very few contractors who want to do just repairs. Most businesses are only interested in replacing the entire roof, so Jason was a niche find. He started with a thorough inspection of my (spanish tile) roof, including taking pictures of all areas needing repair. He followed that with a comprehensive quotation, and fully explained each of his recommendations. He was hardworking, professional, courteous and on time for each of his visits (2-day job plus initial estimate). All work areas were continuously cleaned and maintained.I was so impressed with Jason, his resume and his prior reviews, that I didnt bother to get a second quote. But I will say that he was definitely in the ballpark, if not below what I thought his charge would be for my project.In addition to all of that, Jason is just a damn nice guy who is earning his success in the business!

Comment: Jason is fantastic -- careful, and entirely reasonable in his pricing. Because he is so good, it may take a while for him to work his way down his list and do the work. Well worth the wait, though. Also, most roofers arent interested in repairs -- they just want to replace your roof. Jason is happy to do repairs.Highly highly recommend. Super nice guy also.

Comment: I cannot speak more highly of Jason. We experienced a roof leak after a major storm, and we’re struggling to find a roofing contractor that could do the repairs. After waiting for three weeks for a local roofer who kept blowing off his appointment, I reached out to Jason. Jason showed up as scheduled, assessed the damage, did a complete roof Inspection and provided a very reasonable estimate of all the work that was needed. I ran his estimate past another contractor and was told that his bid was very reasonable. The other contractor was aware of Jason‘s quality of work and highly recommended him. I scheduled the appointment with Jason. He showed up on time, completed the work as promised, reassessed a few of the suggested repairs and advised me that they weren’t needed at this time. Jason is honest, reliable and extremely professional and if you need a roof repair I highly recommend reaching out to him.

Comment: Another 5 Star review here! We had Jason repair roof leaks and design and install a new cap on the chimney of our home. I second all the qualities mentioned in the other reviews. Jason is knowledgeable, professional, honest and fair in his prices (he uses an excellent online system for cost quotes/invoices). He gave good explanations and advice, discussed options, and provided photographs to help us understand what was needed. He was quick to respond, was always punctual, and kept in touch with text messages. To top things off he was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. He has our highest recommendation!

Comment: We were just starting to get estimates for a new roof. While waiting for call backs, we decided to have gutters installed. Jasons name was giving to us for the gutters from a roofer we had been talking too. I called Jason and he returned my call immediately. He was prompt in coming out and while talking to him, I found out he was a roofer, as well. He offered to do a roof inspection at the same time he did the estimate for the gutters. Sent me an estimate right away for both. We hired him and am so glad we did. He had all the answers to our questions and it was a go. His workers are just as polite as Jason. Left no mess behind. Came back to add a little something and there was no additional charge. In a couple of years, when we need a new roof, we will call Jason Smith Roofing to do the work.

Comment: Jason came recommended by someone on Nextdoor.com. I called Jason to see if he would do a roof inspection on our home. We were told by two other roofers that we needed an entire new roof. Jason explained that he would Inspect the composite shingles to see if they had degraded and if the granules were falling off. If so we would need a nee roof but he would inspect it to let us know for sure. When he arrived, on time btw, he used his ladder to get on the roof and took pictures of the areas of the roof that needed repair. He said one area that looked like it had been repaired some years ago was done poorly and the nails and staples were popping out. He also mentioned that some shingles on the part of the roof that gets the most sun exposure had fiberglass showing through. He recommended replacing the shingles in those two areas. He said the roof had another 5 years on it before needing replacement. What great news!Before you go replacing an entire roof, reach out to Jason for an inspection He is honest, professional, responsive and reliable.

Jason was extremely professional and left absolutely no mess for us to have to clean up.
