Comment: John and his crew at JAG roofing are wonderful. During the rain storms this last Winter, we had a roof leak. John came out the day of my call, evaluated the issue, did a temporary fix, and quickly scheduled the repair. They did great work, were very professional, and prompt. I plan to use them in the future for regular maintenance.

Comment: John from JAG Roofing was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and on time. I called him late yesterday afternoon before a big storm hit and John made time to come over early the next morning to assess the problem. Back story: my brother-in-law told me he had a leak fixed in the garage, so I had the drywall man redo the ceiling. Then the last storm hit and water was dripping from the ceiling causing the drywall to fall apart. Not fixed.I had no idea how bad it was going to be, nor did John. He checked everything out and did a temporary fix because we have another even larger storm heading our way and the roofing area needs to dry out a bit more to make the fix permanent. The whole time, John communicated what he saw and the options. He took photos and sent them to us. John is coming back to do a roof service and the permanent fix to the problem area.He charged us for the service visit and the cost was reasonable. The roof service estimate is also reasonable. Reasonable is excellent! JAG Roofing was definitely a good choice.

Comment: Ive used JAG twice now, once to provide a 2-year roof cert on a rental house that I was refinancing, and most recently to troubleshoot a leak at my residence before a big storm came in. John has been timely and efficient in all of my interactions with him. When I arrived to meet him for the roof certification he had already assessed and sealed the roof. All that was left was to pay the bill. This week he came out the same day to fix a leak at my house. I dont know what else you could ask for in a contractor. Responsive, timely, professional, and very fair pricing.
