Comment: JP Roofing provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Raymond was very friendly, polite,and professional. He examined the roof after I shared my concerns. He took pictures of my roof with Google Earth and mapped out the areas that needed repair. His estimate was very competitive with the other bids, plus he threw in a lot of extras ( replaced all my broken tiles at no charge. Replaced all damaged wood including facia at no extra charge. Painted all replaced wood at no extra charge. Raymond also said they would remove all tiles in repaired areas from the edge of roof to the crown and lay double layer of under lay, then replace all the tiles. The other contractors were only replacing the underlay in the damaged areas. We got twice the roof repair for the same cost or better than with the other contractors. They left the property spotless and worked very professionally. I called Raymond on Wednesday, he showed up Thursday morning and started work Friday morning with 6 guys, finishing on Saturday. I can’t say enough good things about J P Roofing Company and Raymond.

A team of professionals arrived early and completed the work in short order. The repair area on my roof looks excellent. They also repaired my patio roof. It looks absolutely perfect. Comment: I am delinquent it providing this feedback. Last winter I found that the roof over my garage was leaking. This was a Sunday. I figured any call I made to a roofer would end up going to voice mail. However, I was quite surprised and pleased when a cheerful human voice answered. His name was Raymond. He came to my house, inspected my garage roof, and listened to my report that in the last few months two tiles fell off the edges of my roof. We discussed patching the hole over my garage. I also asked about doing the whole roof. I figured that fixing the garage would did not mean that another breech would not appear in the next in a more critical area in a year or so. Over the course of the next couple of weeks I asked for and Raymond provided pricing for four or five scenarios. I did decide to do the entire roof. The new roof was completed in April and I am very happy. One thing Raymond mentioned to me was that they would change the way the tiles came together at the roof valleys. I thought fine, fine, but I really did not understand. I am so glad they did that. The sound of rain hitting the new roof is now significantly quieter than the previous roof. The final thing I would like to mention, is how carefully the workers would clean up before they left in the evening. They would even clean up nails that fell off the roof into my pool. When I called Raymond it was a busy time, it kept raining but he was able to accommodate me into his busy schedule. Also, the price was pretty affordable and Raymond explained the costs for everything. My roof was done within the time frame provided and it passed inspection without any issues to be fixed after the work was completed. I am very satisfied with my new roof! Comment: It is hard to find a roofer, there are to many that take advantage to people that need help and pay for poor service and do not get the help repairing a roof. But look no further, J P Roofing is 1st class. I had a bad leak and they kept working on the roof till they found the problem. 1st class service and are willing to go the extra mile to fixing your problem, there are many roofing companies out there, but not on that will stick with you till the issue is resolved.

Comment: JP Roofing repaired leaking roof of my two-story house this winter before Christmas. I got estimates with a few other roofing companies, and I felt good that I selected JP Roofing. Decent work and competitive prices. I felt comfortable discussing the roof problems and concerns. I felt like JP Roofing was trying to help me to resolve my house problems, whereas I did not feel that with other companies during the inspection for estimate. BTW, I contacted those companies with good reviews. Winter is a busy season for roofing companies, and JP Roofing still managed to offer me better dates than others. Work was done before the rain started to pour. ;) I will contact JP Roofing again in the future if needed.

Prior to hiring them we got 5 other quotes and actually even hired a different company who put our job off for 6 weeks stating they were still waiting on the city permit. Long story short but they never actually even applied for the permit. God was on our side telling me not to proceed with that company. Called Raymond from JP roofing and within a week our job was started. Could not be happier with the professionalism, courtesy, understanding of their customer needs, follow up information every day, and of course the beautiful look of our new roof. We are so glad and thankful for this company and happy to support a business in our own city.
