She was extremely helpful with the order. She also informed me that I can also order home warranties with them, which I didnt know! If I need a quote, Tammy is quick with a response. Shes always professional and polite. Tammy Hokes is the first person that I call at HomeGuard because I know that I will get top notch service. Shes amazing!

Comment: A reasonable business - I am a new home owner and a user of the home inspection report that I personally did not pay for (because the seller did).I received the report and closed the home and was initially upset that there was a photo which indicated that the inspector could not perform the inspection of that bathroom since there were items in the room.I called HomeGuard and Priscila C was very helpful (the rep). She explained that it was for legal reasons that the inspector could not move things. I did not pay for the report but since I was the home owner, Priscila understood and provided me with a free inspection of the bathroom.I appreciate that Homeguard is a very responsible corporation. Should I need to sell my home in the future, they will definitely be my trusted inspectors.Additionally, Ryan (inspector) was kind, on-time, and provided explanation of all the findings.

Comment: The Accounting department is extremely rude and not helpful at all. You would think the supervisor would be more helpful but and more trained to help assist any questions a customer would have but unfortunately they were extremely rude as well. I recently found out that I over paid for a bill because they charge you up from for a delayed payment accommodation fee and it was never returned to me. I admit I called them 2 months later to follow up with this but the way they handled the situation was just not professional.Update: Thank you Jessica for reaching out to me . I appreciate that you took the time to look into the situation and not only helped me with my problem by getting the extra amount I paid refunded but also conveyed my experience with the accounting department so that they improve their customer service for future customers.

Comment: I chose HomeGuard to do the termite work on my new house.The seller had a quote from another company. I was able to send that report to HomeGuard and they provided a free competitive bid that would save me $900 ($5700 vs $6600 the other company bid).I needed subterranean termite treatment, some repairs for damaged wood, and fumigation. All the work was done in under a week, scheduled a little less than a month after I first asked for a quote.I feel satisfied with the work and happy to save some money.

Within a day, we were provided with a full written report, with copies of the pictures and an estimate of the cost of each of the repairs if we chose to use their services. I recently had a billing mishap where the accounting wasnt properly showing the escrow payment and my client was receiving notices and Darlene was able to correct the issue immediately for me over the phone and updated all the records. As a very busy realtor these types of issues normally dont get solved this fast and then my time is taken away from providing good service to active clients with these types of admin issues. He is very thorough, takes photos of his findings, and then clearly communicates his findings and shows us the photos he took on his IPAD. Homeguard is always punctual and provides a reminder of their appointment. Karen Pinkston, is very friendly and always ready to help if needed. I would strongly recommend their Inspection Services.
