Comment: I recently had Erik Gombinski from home renew 360 come out and inspect my roof. He was very knowledgeable, evaluated and informed me regarding both flat roofs and my slate roof at the property. He flew a drone over my 2 story home to inspect it, and he even proactively contacted my local city officials as the house is historic. I was very impressed with Eriks knowledge and positive self-start attitude. I think he must be of real value to his company and his customers. When I did not select his company simply over pricing issues, I offered to pay for his time, and all he asked for was an honest review. Perhaps in the future I will get to work with him again. Comment: Love love love love loved working with this company. Amir and Meirav, were very accommodating and really made sure I was getting what I wanted. A few hiccups here and there which were immediately addressed when mentioned, and the guys they contract with are EXCELLENT! The tile/plumbing is fantastic, and they were able to adapt a counter top with sinks in already into my Frankenstein vanity. Will definitely be working with these guys again in the future for our other projects!

Comment: Home Renew 360 restored some of our house after water damage caused the floors and walls to need to be replaced/repaired/repainted in about half of our home. Our contractor was Roy Lansky, and he was great! He was very responsive, paid close attention to what we wanted for the project without trying to upsell us, and made sure the job got done very quickly. It took the team about 2 weeks to do some plumbing work, replace the drywall, texture it, repaint everything, build a whole new wall, replace all the doorframes, cut some of the tile, and replace all the flooring. The team paid close attention to details and easily handled some tricky requests. Everything turned out really nicely, and it looks way better than it did before the damage! Were very happy with the results, and were considering getting some more of that new flooring because it looks great!Attached are a couple of photos of the flooring and walls they did a lot of work on.

We were able to start about two weeks after I signed the contract and they were done within five days. Workers arrived early each day and worked through the day without disturbance to the neighbors (beyond typical construction noise!). Comment: Our house was built in 1940 so we had a lot of reconstruction that needed to be done. We found Home Renew 360 and called as soon as we seen all the many great reviews it had. We called and immediately someone came out to talk to us. We met Idan and Erik who right away helped us to plan what we needed to have done, what the costs were, and approximately how long each job would take. They were very kind and understanding of our situation and wasted no time to begin the work. The jobs they completed were exterior paint that includes stucco and wood repair, interior painting, windows replacement, additional wood siding, full bathroom renovation and redrain and refacing the utility room. During the whole process, Idan, Erik and other team members from Home Renew 360 were there to see each job through to make sure everything was done correctly. We Love our home now and have confidence in Home Renew 360 who stands behind there work. He also gave me an honest assessment of the roof and did not try to sell me a new one when it was not needed as yet . A pleasure to work with him- excellent experience. My only disappointment is that the leak was too small a job for 360 to handle . So now I have to find someone else- never easy .Great customer experience though with Erik and 360

Comment: New post! Argo and David came out to help us find how water was leaking through a bathroom window. It was a true mystery but they were determined to figure it out. With hoses upstairs and communicating to each other over the phone they were able to pinpoint it! We now know what to fix to keep the water out!!! I cannot thank them enough!!!Argo was excellent!!! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He was thorough in trying to figure out where our leak was coming from. He was incredibly honest in telling us our roof is actually in pretty good shape and the very small patch job is something we can likely do ourselves. He even walked us through how we might fix it. He acknowledged that we might be having other roofers out and encouraged us not to take their advice that we need to do a huge repapering job. I cannot tell you how much we appreciated this honesty and the way he did not take advantage of us.We will likely be doing some big bathroom remodels in the future and will not hesitate to reach back out. If our roof ever does need to be fixed/replaced we will definitely call. We’ve actually already recommended them to a friend in Orange County.

Comment: After our crazy winter of rains, this spring we discovered a widespread mold outbreak in our finished ADU forced essentially a total remodel. We reached out to a few companies for quotes to handle the reconstruction and decided to move forward with HomeRenew 360 - the pricing was a bit higher than the competitors, but the timeline to complete the work was much quicker, which was important to us since we have a had a displaced tenant.Amir was our superb project manager and was very clear and thorough throughout the entire process. He was incredibly responsive, available around the clock for any questions or concerns we had along the way. His team was also great and handled the flooring replacement, kitchen and bathroom remodel and installation of new gutters. They made improvements every step of the way to ensure we avoid another issue in the future, correcting any previous work that was done and working us to improve the space leaving it better than it was before.The team completed the work within only a few weeks and we’re very happy with the finished product. While the project has wrapped, Amir remains available in case anything came up once the tenant returned to the unit. Highly recommend!

I live in a 100 year old house on a very difficult street in the hills of LA and this team made every effort to accommodate these extremely difficult circumstances. Everyone was respectful of my one way no outlet street and the crew was on time and cleaned up every day before they left. Reuven Friedman was always available for any issues that arose and would personally come by to handle any problem, no matter how small. It is a 100 year old house after all. There was always something popping up here and there and this team never questioned fixing anything that I pointed out. I absolutely would use this company again for any future remodels!

Remodeling prices are shocking in todays world to be honest, but I believe we got a balanced deal from Home Renew 360. Isaac, Arik, and Ilya were engaged with our project from start to end, and responded quickly to questions and concerns. Isaac made sure to always follow-up, and they persisted in getting city inspection approvals. There were installation hiccups along the way which got resolved to our satisfaction. They brought skilled workers like Juan and many others who did a quality job, paid attention to detail, responded well to feedback, and guided us with the buying of finishing materials. Our bathroom turned out looking very modern and functional. Home Renew 360 also helped us out with additional work to replace old leaking pipes underneath the house, bring connections up to city code in other rooms, install a tank-less water heater, and electrical panel upgrade. This increased project complexity and delayed the remodel completion time, but in my case it improved multiple other concerns we had around the house.

Comment: Our aging roof needed replacement. We had 3 estimates. Home Renew 360s estimate was in the middle though almost 30% higher than the lowest estimate. After much consideration, we chose Home Renew 360. We did negotiate with Home Renew 360 for a slightly better price.The estimator and project manager was Chaim Kornberg. The foreman of his team was Marco. Chaim is calm and communicates clearly. He helped us understand the ins and outs of roofing materials, process, and contractor and manufacturer warranties. This was very helpful and might have helped won our business.The contract we signed was clear and in great detail, and laid out the steps of the job and payments along the way. Any updates or changes were executed with a change order. The job was completed on time in 5 working days by Marcos and his team. Marcos team was courteous and easy to work with. Chaim was onsite often to check on the job, to answer our questions, and to collect payments.They did us a favor to install a vent for one of the bathrooms. They also removed a covered patio with an additional cost. There were 2 hiccups. The 1st one was they did not protect inside the garage so tar chips were everywhere. We informed Chaim and he sent someone to blow out the tar chips. The second one was to install a very small strip of flat roof on the built-in storage adjacent to the roof. The team did not do this task. We talked to Claim and he sent people to get it done.Overall, we were pleased with the process and the execution of installing a new roof. Home Renew 360 was professional and responsive, and finished a decent job on time.

They didnt do an upgrade, they built a whole new kitchen and designed and built the bathroom of my dreams. From estimates to securing permits to explaining the project I felt comfortable knowing I was working with someone I could trust. I am very particular about details and of course had lots of questions as the project proceeded.Everything was delivered and installed in a timely manner and all of the workers were helpful and most friendly. As I watched the roof demolition and installation I had lots of questions. Edan was always available, always returned my texts and fixed any little tweaks I asked as the project proceeded. Comment: I needed a new flat roof on a property in LA City and had the pleasure of finding 360 Home Renewal. I got numerous quotes from different companies, but most of them only looked at a google image. I have had problems in the past where a get an online quote, only to have the contractors show up at the job and say its going to be 30% more than the quote because of XYZ that they could not see via google maps. Only Idan Mizrahi, with 360 Home Renewal, actually showed up at the property to walk it with me and discuss various pricing options. Their quote was a little higher than some others, but Idans communication, the speed of getting the job scheduled, permits pulled, and the actual completion of the job was all done within 30 days of me signing the contract. It probably would have been within 15 days had it not been raining! Each day, Idan sent me pictures of the work done and updated me on the progress. Cant recommend them for roof replacement enough.

During the storm they came out to the residence to cover the roof to protect the house from additional damage. They acted very professionally from giving an estimate on replacing my roof and gutters to finishing it, as well as responding my calls and concerns.Starting with taking apart my old roofing shingles, it was as youd expect. However, I will say it was all done within the same day their crew arrived and they cleaned up all the debris from my roof.With the roof itself, with new shingles being installed as well as additional installations of low profile vents, the results of how my roof looks now is much better compared to old dangly ones. Clean up of all debris was done as expected. Roof work itself was done within the same week the project started on.For the gutter installation, although there were unexpected circumstances with the layout my roof for a simple gutter installation, which did increase the overall price of the entire project, the work itself was completed in both professionalism and in a professional installation.Overall, I liked the work that was done, which initially started from September 19, 2022 and completed on October 7, 2022. If I could give them a 6 star on this review, I would, but theres no 6 star option. I would recommend them if you want quality work done efficiently.One additional thing I would add just in case you are considering Home Renew 360, the price can be a bit higher compared to some other contracted roofing companies when getting estimates, but they ensured and delivered on quality and efficient work.

They even returned a few weeks later to fix some small leaks which didnt show up at first (until it rained very heavily). During this time they discovered that my house wiring was in need of upgrading and they then got right on this job as well. Again, Aiden Mizrahi handled everything very smoothly and efficiently. Comment: I hired Home Renew 360 for attic insulation installation, wood trim repairs and replacements due to termite infestation. Aiden was the project manager for this project. Aiden was polite, friendly and made my family and I feel like he was looking out for our best interest, which was appreciated. Originally we were looking to only have the attic insulation installation done since it was not up to code and Home Renew 360 came up with the lowest bid. However, termite damage was found in the attic and along the wood trim. So I ended up having them treat the attic for termites and repairing and/or replacing the wood trim that were damaged by termites. Once that was completed, they painted the wood trim and completed the attic insulation. There were different teams working on each part of the project and Aiden always communicated the status of the project, which was appreciated as well. The workers were always on time each day and they completed the work to my satisfaction. The only reason why I gave Home Renew 360 four stars instead of five was because after the project was completed, we discovered that both my brothers car and my fathers car had a nail in their tires. We were not sure if it was due to the team who performed the wood trim repairs or from team who did the attic insulation installation. Comment: Gutter job turned into stucco repairs & painting also. Ben was our project manager and Cody was his assistant. Both made me feel comfortable in choosing this company to work on my home. Very happy with the completed job too. Everything was completed in a timely and neat manner. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 stars was because of a breakdown in communications that occurred. Most of the work was being done while I was at work but during the gutter install I came home unexpectedly and found the install not going as I had discussed with Ben. I had to instruct the gutter team on what I wanted. These things happen and I am NOT upset. The gutter team was VERY accommodating and cooperative in getting it just right, just the way I wanted it. (Might I add that though the gutter crew consisted of 2 young men, their skills, professional attitude, and concern for customer satisfaction was quite refreshing!) However, good communication is critical when dealing with a service company and I think they could have done a little better in this instance. Would I recommend Home Renew 360? Absolutely. Just remember, whoever you might choose to do your home project, you are still going to need to pay attention and make sure it gets done the way you want it. (I wish Google would allow me to choose 4.5 stars, because that would be more accurate to my feelings on this matter.) Keep up the good work HR360!

Gal came by for an estimate for some other project I had in mind but he mentioned doing rain gutters which I hadnt thought about. It was a much better idea than I in mind. He was prompt and thorough. Comment: We are extremely pleased with the results of our renovation project through Home Renew 360. From the initial contact with Gal, where we put our dreams on paper, to the contract signing with Gal and Ron, where we were assisted with securing financing, everything went smoothly. The craftsmen were careful of the property and kept in constant contact to insure that we were consulted whenever decisions had to be made. They each cleaned up their work site at the close of every day.The tile work in the bathroom and on the kitchen backsplash is a real showpiece, and the tiler even showed me how to grout an extra piece of backsplash to make my own custom trivet. The plumbers relocated the tankless water heater to a much more desirable location, installed new sinks, faucets, shower heads, vanity, medicine cabinet, toilets, garbage disposal and a hood for the range. The painters were very patient with my slow decision-making and painted samples onto the wall to help me choose. The walls and ceilings throughout the house now look pristine. The cabinet craftsman built an incredible, new 8’ cabinet and refaced the existing cabinets/drawers in a satin-looking finish, with all self-closing hardware. It gives the kitchen a dramatic look and compliments the floor, counter, walls and backsplash. The quartz countertops have a beautiful pattern and were measured and fit perfectly. The composite flooring was laid professionally and I was given expert advice on how best to care for it. The carpeting and new baseboards in three bedrooms and the living room were completed in one day and beautifully match the walls. The electricians added and rewired outlets, installed a ceiling fan in the kitchen and bathroom, provided new sockets and dimmer switches, ran a dedicated line for the tankless water heater and put in multiple recessed lights. The roofers did a thorough job with both the repair of the wood slats and replacement of the old roof, and added an overlay on the patio cover which solved our leak problem. This was tested by torrential rains less than a week after installation! Gal, Ron and Victor, (the man with the eye for details,) alternated supervising the crew and were always available in person or by phone.The house looks beautifully updated and all of our home improvement dreams have been realized. I highly recommend doing business with this company. Their motto seems to be “Whatever you want!” as I heard this repeatedly whenever I asked “Do you think I could have.....?” Gal, Ron and Victor provided a very personal touch, making sure our every wish was granted. We were looking to replace old discolored roofing tile as well as re-roof the flat portion of the Roof. Im not kidding on the first day prior to talking cost.... they climbed a ladder got a view of the Roof. Comment: I needed a professional to evaluate repair of three large weather damaged non-structural wooden beams extending from the front roof and repair of rotting rear yard patio cover. I wasnt sure how extensive the repair would be and whether complete replacement would be necessary. It was November and the rainy season would soon be upon us causing further damage and possibly delaying repair. I called Home Renew 360 on Wednesday, Eric met me on Thursday and we worked through a repair strategy that would be significantly less expensive than replacement. We agreed to a price and work began the next day Friday and continued with two or three dedicated workers for the next week and a half. Gil managed the project and explained the whole process well and he even got us a temporary cover over the roof before the roofers were able to start because of the rainy season which I really appreciated. The roofers did great real quality work. After the roof was done I decided to work with Gil and his guys on a few more home improvement projects; repiping the whole house, shower remodeling, upgraded garage flooring to epoxy and a foundation restoration. My personal experience with their work has been positive, they take care to communicate, they are available, flexible, and understanding. Most of all these guys are respectful and polite. They painted the outside of the house, re-roofed the house, repaired a leaky gas line, and completely redid our master bed room and master bath. They went to work the day after we signed up and made steady progress completing the entire job in two months, All of the workers were professional, competent, and respectful of our home. The men who did the tile and Miguel who built and installed custom cabinets were amazing. The electricians were also very good. During the remodel process we were inspected several times by the City of Upland. All the inspectors told us that the work was high quality. The reviews were great, but I was still skeptical. Nevertheless, I called them and I’m glad I did. Guy Gatlin, Project Manager, came out to our home to discuss our home improvement needs and to give us a quote. He was positive, informative, personable, honest, and very helpful. Throughout the project he was in constant communication regarding next steps for the project. Every contractor working on the project was professional, friendly, neat, and their work was exceptional. After removing the wall heaters, the wall repair was flawless, and as usual, the contractors cleaned up their work area and left no mess. In addition, to the central air/heat, it was recommended that we upgrade our electrical system. It was an unexpected expense, but we wanted to ensure safety and avoid any future complications. The electricians upgraded the entire electrical system in one day. We have a 2-unit duplex so this was a big job for one day. They arrived at 8:00 AM, and worked diligently the entire time. It was obvious that these were experienced electricians who knew what they were doing. Every aspect of the project passed all city inspection requirements with flying colors. Most importantly, we were extremely pleased with the work. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Comment: I was initially looking into just have my roofing trim fixed. I have other home projects that I’ve been holding off on because 1) I’ve heard enough horror stories from friends about problematic contractors and 2) I like to do some research and comparison shop. My initial meeting with Ron and Erik G. was on a Sunday afternoon in late March. After an impromptu roof inspection that revealed badly needed repairs and after a couple of hours of negotiating, I hired them on the spot to do roof and trim repair, solar panels installation and painting the exterior of my house. I had a good feeling about these guys and I can say that it was the best spur of the moment decision I ever made. Work started the very next day and all projects were completed in 3 weeks. Erik was always accessible by phone and any concerns I had were dealt with immediately. Everyone who worked on my projects as well as the quality of the their work are top notch. Comment: In the later part of November 2017 I had 3 double pane windows installed, a swamp cooler leveled and the wall under it repaired because water was coming in when it rained and soaked the drywall. I had a wall filled in where a window had been from previous construction. Beautiful job. Outside all the wood trim was repaired and repainted. There were a few places under the eves of the roof that had very large openings, those were all closed and painted as well. My wood patio covering was repainted.
