Comment: We own a home in Redwood City but live in Portland. Our roof was blown off in the 2023 storms so there was a huge since of urgency. Most roofers would not work with us because we couldn’t be there to meet with them. Russ answered the phone on his day off on the way to the Giants game. We chatted about the job and he was out the next day to inspect. A couple days later we had the bid and I must say it was the best bid with the most reasonable completion date. It was so nice he sent me daily pictures and took care of all the permits and inspections. He took care of all the dry rot and replaced all the gutters and downspouts. All in just 4 days. He kept in communication daily which was great since I wasn’t there. I would highly recommend Russ.Ronnie

Comment: By far the best experience with a contractor. We got our roof replaced with a GAF roofing system and a SunPower Solar system with Home Pro., and my experience was more than 5-star worthy. I had received a few estimates prior to calling Home Pro. It was a frustrating process because most of them created a quote that was so unprofessional and so informal, they first climbed up the roof with a tape measurement for 30 min or so, then started to write on a piece of scratch paper a list of tasks that would be performed for a re-roofing job. With Home Pro, they used the modern approach of getting measurements with satellite images, and Russ showed me various roofing options based on my needs and my budget. For solar, I was shown where solar panels would go, and how my bill would be offset with solar power. It was nice to see the impact of what was needed when we add an electric car in the future.Russ was our project manager for our project and was very professional in his job. He kept me updated with the schedule and the various stages for the roofing and solar installation.I would (and have) highly recommend Home Pro for all roofing, solar, and storage needs.

(full disclosure, i am cheap, so cheap I should squeak when I walk) yet After 3 different bids (a waste of my time), we decided on Home Pro Professional Home Improvement.And By far the best contractor experience I have ever dealt with.From booking the appointment, (next day) to the consultation, the entire process was as smooth as could be. They really know their stuff. Rep was knowledgeable, thorough and experienced. The crew was 15 mins early and made sure to check we were happy with the job. He came to my house several times and each time he would text to give me an ETA based on google map. I called 6 roofing companies. HomePro was the best value and responded the fastest.

Comment: Home Pros just finished our roof job and it turned out spectacular! I interviewed 4 other roofing companies and ultimately picked Home Pro because we wanted to go with the GAF product, and they are a Master Elite GAF installer. We are extremely happy and have gotten nothing but compliments. Russ, one of the owners, was super easy to work with and very accommodating. They were competitively priced, and their crew was very thoughtful about keeping the area clean each day they were on our property. I will definitely recommend their services throughout our neighborhood and to friends.
