He took pictures of everything before and after to show me how much was under my roof tiles and in the valley’s of the roof. He also cleaned all the gutters, then all the mess that fell from the roof. The price was right and he was available to start on it the next day. Comment: Israel quoted fair price for our roof repair that was reasonable and affordable. We had bird nests under our roof tiles who destroyed our felt underpayment and flashing. Israel and another worker had to remove our tiles, clean up the mess, remove and replace damaged plywood, buy and replace felt underlayment and flashing, and reinstall roof tiles. Because Israel does quality work that lasts, he had to greatly increase the scope of the work for more extensive coverage at which extra costs he absorbed himself without increasing his original quote. Israel added also metal mesh wiring to cover the gap openings in the tiles so the birds could not return. After all was professionally done and timely and cleaned area each day I gave Israel a tip for the great price I got and everyone was happy and pleased with the results.

Comment: Israel & another worker did a wonderful job repairing a previous terrible roof installation (pic before & after) & advice on what to look for & to call him ASAP.While repairing the roof he removed a skylight and replaced it with a sky tunnel which should take care of the cold in the winter and heat in the summer.Also repaired rotten wood area of the roof caused by the terrible roof installation done 8 years ago & insulated around the vents that had staples 😤, also repaired a gutter add on that was leaking for 8 yrs.They cleaned up afterwards and was very pleasant and professional. He finished the job in a timely manner, and stuck by his quoted (very reasonable) I would recommend his work.

Comment: Had to repair my gutters and Israel pointed out some damage due to incorrect installation. Caused a lot of water damage over the years. Israel knew immediately and exactly what to do to fix the problem. The gutters are now properly installed, no more leaking and proper drainage. He highly recommended replacing the roof as well (due to incorrect installation - same time when we did the gutters). But Israel didn’t try to sell me something more than what I needed.When I get around to doing the roof in a few years, I know who to go back to!!! He leaves the job and your place cleaner than when he arrived, undoubtedly to demonstrate his expertise and pride in his work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
