Comment: I had bought a 1966 Mobile Home in 2019 in HB. The mobile home was complete remodel inside. Still working the exterior and electrical. With that being said, the roof was in horrible condition!! We were getting leaks etc and prying for no rain. Since we have a mobile home, our choices of looking for a roof repair company was limited, due to State of Cal lic permits.In Oct of 2020, I came across HD Roofs, Inc. To me, they looked like a repitable company. Hoping for the best, the quality and experience will meet that expectation! I cannot say enough about HD Roofs, Inc. First of all, they accepted us, as a Mobile Home! We ended up having to reconstruct and insulate the roof. This is during COVID. So therefore we had to pay the lumber increase etc.. We ended up paying a lot for the roof, then expected.Juan went over all the costs with me in detail. I have a friend who is a roofer but doesnt work on mobile homes (due to State permits etc) and the costs were as they should be. I have to say, during COVID paying a lot of money for the roof to be re-constructed and replace the skylights, I am very thankful everyday to HD Roofs, Inc! The quality of the roof and skylights are done very professionally and the service was great! When I have my Handyman install our Christmas lights etc, he always compliments the quality of our roof! As far as communication from HD Roofs, they responded to every E-mail, phone call and text, immediately! I highly recommend HD Roofs! Sorry this review is so late.

Comment: My wife and I decided to go with HD Roofs to replace our 30+ year old roof after receiving three estimates from three different companies. When Ace came out to do our estimate, he was the most courteous and professional estimator that we had come to our home. During the tear-off it was discovered that whomever had done the previous roof had put down a layer of tar and gravel on top of the 1X6 wood. It was back from the edge so there was no way to see it while doing the estimate. The roofers had to scrape it all off and it only came off in small pieces. The work was grueling and it took quite a long time. Then came replacing all the damaged 1X6 wood. They had to cut pieces and make them fit between the non-damaged pieces like a puzzle. Extremely tedious and time consuming. Because of the extra work involved, it took three weeks to complete. HD Roofs and their crew were there through the whole thing and never complained about how much this job sucked and as the homeowner, I know it sucked. If I ever need another roof, it will be done by HD Roofs.

Comment: I had some leaks from previous years. Wanted to find a responsive and quality team to repair. Juan came with a professional quote within 2 days. Quote was detailed with pics. Flexible with my additional request too. Two team workers with a project manager came to the sight right after that weekend. Work started right away. They were equipped well and certainly know their profession. Communicate with me well during the work and finished in time. I definitely recommend HD Roofs for any roof work. Will contact them again in few years when I need to reroof!

Comment: What turned me on to this company was the amount of 5-star reviews they had on Yelp with images. Had a roof leak on a new roof. They inspected where the issue was and provided a cost. I decided to move forward and the HD Roofs Team (Juan and his dad) were great. All around great family business. You can tell they not only do quality work but understand the importance of customer service. I will use them again in the future should I ever have any roofing issues.

Comment: I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. Joe, who gave us the quote for our new roof and supervised our job, was polite, knowledgeable, and professional every step of the way. He kept us informed, offered helpful ideas, and has excellent people working for him. We were adding on to our house (in the middle of the rainy season!) and the crew put in extra hours to make sure our house was dried in before the next rain was expected--even staying until 7:30 at night to be sure we would have no water damage. Juan, who did most of the work on our roof, was incredible. His hard work and desire to make sure everything was done right were impressive--never seen such pride of workmanship in a roofer! He even redesigned the new crickets so that they would drain correctly, and sealed everything thoroughly before putting down the underlayment and shingles. We couldnt be happier with the process and the end result. Its wonderful to find a company who provides such a quality job for such a fair price. These guys are my heroes! THANK YOU, HD ROOFS!

Comment: We were not looking forward to all the disruption involved with a total roof replacement. Happily we found and contracted with HD Roofs. Ace was our contact person and a more considerate and.knowledgable person would be difficult to find. Our job was expedited and completed in a thourally professional manner and we are completely satisfied with all aspects of the work. HD Roofs deserves the highest of recommendations.

Comment: Great reliable and extremely professional service! I dont think you could find a better company in anyway. We bought our house 2 years ago and it needed some roof repair, Ace and his crew did a fabulous job of fixing gutters replacing broken tiles sealing, and other necessary touch ups. Also after installation of solar system on the roof Ace came to do an inspection, found some cracked and loose tiles, did all fixing quickly and professionally.Ace is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. In addition of doing a great job he provided exemplary customer service, including showing up on time, reliable quotes, quality work . Thank you Ace!!

Comment: I was very please with the attention to detail and information that Ace and his crew gave to this project. I requested them to bid a roof for my elderly mother, Ace was professional and courteous as well as on time. I am a general contractor in another state so was not able to be there when he arrived. He was very informative with her and his crew was great about keeping the grounds around the house cleaned up. I highly recommend HD Roofs and Ace Cuevas as a quality roofing contractors you can count on to do your job and do it correctly.

Comment: A few years ago my roof had a nasty leak but the 3 companies I called werent able to stop the leak. I was so frustrated but came across a 4th company now called HD Roofs inc. My go to person is ACE who came out to look at it and I hired his company to get rid of the leak. After working all day into the dark they completed a job that ended up to be a lot more than we bargained for. He did not charge me for the extra time they put in fixing the roof. Of course it doesnt leak now. I have called him a couple time since the first for different locations. He always comes out at the time and day he says. and it is always cleaned up after. I will keep his companys name on the top of my business cards and of course hire him to completely redo my roof when needed.

Comment: HD Roofing Inc. did a great job of re-roofing our house. I would recommend them. They had to replace some damaged wood. They came out to give estimates and were very reasonable. They also put in some vents in the garage roof.

Comment: Kept appointments and arrived on time. Inspected roof pointing out small details we had missed and included these repairs in the estimate which was within our budget. Work done in one day, crew cleaned up everything and the finished product looks professional. We are very happy and will use them again
