Comment: Highly recommend Oscar and his crew. We knew we were going to have some water damage beyond the roof and all other roofing companies said wed have to hire a separate contractor to fix any wood rot beyond the plywood. Since Oscar is a GC, he and his crew were able to replace the wood rot in the beams. His communication, clarity and humble approach made him super easy to talk with. I never felt like he was annoyed with my questions or concerns - which isnt always the case in construction. Cannot recommend them enough. Amazing quality work, professional and as a woman I always felt safe. He was also direct and calm from the beginning - unlike some of the pushy sales roof guys. Would absolutely use them again!

Comment: GTE Construction & Roofing did gutter repairs for our home. Oscar did the inspection and promptly gave me an estimate during his visit. He also highlighted some problem areas with recommendations for the fix. After we signed the contract, the work was scheduled within 2 days. The crews arrived promptly at 8:00 AM and did the work methodically. The discovered some loose tiles with a reasonable offer to fix them, while there were on the site. Overall, the work was done on time, and as expected.

Comment: Oscar installed a screen door for our 15’ slider. We didn’t think it was possible. Most companies I called did not do the large slider screen doors. We are so pleased with GTE’s professionalism, skill, & timeliness. I would not hesitate to recommend Oscar & his crew.

Comment: We used GTE construction to replace our raised flagstone patio as well as the load bearing beams and banisters on the patio that supported the balcony above as well as a couple gutters. Oscar had great communication before and during the project and it ended on time and within the price we discussed. He was very meticulous in finding flagstone that matched what was in our yard and not being replaced ( and is 20 years old). The end result is fantastic, the patio is beautiful and the woodwork and painting looks great. His whole crew is very pleasant and they did a great job cleaning up each day ( I have a new puppy that will eat anything so that was key) and cleaning up at the end of the project. I would highly recommend them.

Comment: I have yet to work with someone so pleasantly and seamlessly from start to finish. Oscar responded to my request for a Mirage screen door install quote within the day. He quickly realized the color we already had was no longer available and helped me select the closest color. I also asked if he could replace a broken pin on one of our existing screens. Oscars reply was it, too, would look different, but otherwise, no problem! Oscar and his assistant, Gerson, arrived at the decided time and began work right away. Any differences in color and look were brought to my attention for approval before any install took place. Once the screen door was installed (beautiful!) the area around the door and the work space was cleaner than when they started the process! The pin was replaced in the other screen and Oscar quickly realized that one side of that screen had been pulled out of the wall and fixed that for us as well! I highly recommend Oscar and his team and would not hesitate to call on him again. Thank you, Oscar!

Comment: We had Oscar install Mirage screen doors on our master bedroom balcony french doors. Our contractor had difficulty finding a standard one and so we required someone to do a custom job for the outswing door. The contact my contractor has mentioned that we are too far from them (even though we are technically in the same county!).I googled it and came up with 2 Canadian companies: Mirage and Phantom. I filled out the contact form on the websites and Oscar who installs locally for Mirage phoned me the NEXT morning! Phantom took a few days to email me back. . .Oscar was very understanding when I asked for some time as we were looking at a couple other companies. The price he quoted me was on par with everyone else so we went with him since he was super responsive!I asked him on a Friday to come by and by Saturday morning, he and a partner were in my house installing the custom screens. They took about 90 minutes start to finish. They even gave me maintenance instructions before he left! I really appreciated the quick turnaround, reasonable pricing, and professionalism. Having those screens will make all the difference in the summer heat for the master bedroom! He even suggested we get door stoppers because the doors just swing in the breeze - something we didnt even consider since we havent left them open!I highly recommend Oscar for screen doors! I even passed his contact to my contractor.
