Tony said the unit will continue to work, just not as well as it should and it can break now or possibly make it till I wont be using it. Highly recommend this crew..will be using them for solar install in the future....update recently had issues with the ac system..Tony A came out early Monday to diagnose the concern.. my ac up and running the next day..very thorough on diagnosis found the source of the leak...found two other concerns..not anything on their part.. manufacturer defect..corrected all the issues..showed pictures and videos of the concerns.. went above and beyond by performing maintenance on the ac unit..great customer service by Tony..good addition to the team..

Comment: Gilbert was very nice and friendly.He is very knowledgeable about the products and explained what materials are used and how the installation process works from beginning to end. He made it easier for me to understand how layerlock technology can potentially save cooling cost. Only concern I have is when I set up the appointment I was told a woman sales representative would come out to meet me, however a man showed up at my door instead. It would have been nice if they would have let me know they were sending someone else so I knew who to expect in advanced for safety reasons. I am still in the researching phase but Grandmark is high on my list.

Comment: Initially, there were some speed bumps, but that revolves around getting my insurance to accept that their estimate was about 3x lower than the actual cost of what needed to be done.Grandmark’s office worked with my insurance adjuster and eventually, a deal was accepted! Once I accepted the terms of the work, it was about 5 business days before they were on my roof, and the crew got it all done in a single day (just the roof over my back patio).This company’s employees went above and beyond to help me with my insurance, and to give me all of the visuals and information I needed to understand what was happening to my house.

I needed to get my roof replaced ASAP because my insurance was going to cancel within 2 months from contacting them (Shoutout to Antonio for prioritizing my roof). I chose Grandmark for many reasons including their quick follow up (hours vs days/weeks difference), informative consultation & estimate, with videos and pictures of why. Great financing options. 10 year workmanship warranty. Everyone was great. Anything that came up could be communicated and resolved. We contacted several companies for estimates, but ultimately chose Grandmark for their promptness, professionalism, attention to detail, and fair pricing. McKay was the technician assigned to perform our estimate, and he was extremely thorough in his assessment, including detailed pictures of all the areas in need of repair. Comment: I recently used Grandmark Service Company for a roofing repair project and new ductwork for my central air and heat unit. Two new solar light tubes and two exterior roofing vents for my whole house fan. First Grandmark was quick in sending out a Technologist to assess my roofing repair. The repair was done in a very professional manner with special attention paid to a down spout. I cant thank that tech enough for the excellent work and attention to detail. I then decided upon inspection of my existing ductwork to have it replaced. Again, the crew removed all the old ductwork out the top of the attic where the new exterior vents would be placed saving me a ton of clean up. Throughout this process they provided tarps on the floor and did a thorough clean up at the end of the days work. All crew members were professional and friendly and answered any questions. If I could I would give them ten stars. But for this review five stars will have to do. Again, thank you Grandmark service company. I wont hesitate to use you again should the need arrive.

They were professional from the start of the sale ( thank you Todd Greco), to the removal of the old roof, installation of the new roof, and the whole solar install. What do you do and how do you know who/what to trust?This company came in clutch and was able to help my mom when she called for a diagnostic review. They were very transparent, sent me a detailed video through imessage describing what was malfunctioning and what they can do to fix it. They gave us two options along with the quote for both of these. I reached back out after doing some research and asked them that we would like to go ahead with one of the options they mentioned. They were able to get all the parts and supplies and came and fixed it the SAME DAY before NOON! Literally, they called me and 9:30 am and I am writing this review at 12:30 because they completed before 12 pm, were funny and polite to my immigrant mother, and they even cleaned the floor. Comment: Grand Mark did a superb job of replacing our old shingles, and installed not only a new roof, but added additional ventilation for the attic, added a new layer of blown insulation in the attic space, and installed new gutters over the main walkways around the house. At the end of every work day, they cleaned up all of the materials from around our yard. The entire project took roughly a week to complete, and we are very happy with the work they performed. We have yet to need to use our air conditioning, as the interior temperature never gets above 75 degrees, thanks to the insulation and new GAF cool shingles they installed. If you need a new roof or gutter system installed, I highly recommend them.

Our patio roof was showing signs of rot and we reluctantly called the number we had for Cal Roofing for a possible warranty repair. We had a horrible experience with Cal Roofing however Grand Mark is definitely NOT Cal Roofing! The employees we spoke with were very cordial, responsive and helpful. Even though the damage ended up being the fault of the painters who poorly reinstalled the rain gutters, McKay, after his inspection pointed out errors and still gave us a price break because we were returning customers. The employees who responded and completed the repairs were courteous and performed what appears to be a flawless repair. The guys that made the repairs pointed out their repairs, made sure we were satisfied before they left and left the property as clean as they found it. It also included new gutters and replacement of a large amount of rotted wood in the eaves of the house including the old facia board that was literally detached and just hanging in several places around the house.I got an estimate from Grandmark and was quickly impressed by the young woman who came to do the estimate. After walking around the house noting all the issues, she produced a list of tasks to be done that showed she had a clear understanding of the magnitude of the job. She gave an estimate before leaving that day which is exactly how much I paid for the job.The actual work was done efficiently and skillfully and the crews did a very good job of cleaning up the mess including hauling away the tons of concrete tiles they were replacing. Comment: We finally got a lot of rain and my roof started leaking. I called around and was told that contract work (insurance work) was all they were taking. I called Grandmark and was amazed at how polite the person was that answered the phone. I was booked an appointment for the following week which was quick. I honestly expected the company to call and cancel just as the others had. I received emails letting me know my appointment was scheduled and who my contact person was. McKay showed up on time which really surprised me. He was very polite just like the office staff. He looked over the roof, told me what the problem was and gave me an estimate on the spot! I signed immediately! The guys that came out to fix the roof were on time and finished the job on time. If you need to have any work done your roof, contact Grandmark! Comment: My wife and I decided to get a roof inspection and a quote for cleaning our cement tile roof. The roof is almost 30 years old and we wanted to make sure it was in good working order before we decided whether to install a solar system. The roof tiles on the north side of the house were covered in moss, having never really been cleaned since they were originally installed. This section of roof was at tue front of the house, so it was quite the eyesore.They made an appointment for the inspection for two days after we called. The inspector was very punctual, and completed the inspection quickly. The inspection report was emailed to us that night, which included a quote for repairs (many tiles were broken, along with other issues that could cause future leaks) and a quote for the cleaning. The report included several pictures of the damaged and problem areas. They did not try to convince us we needed major repairs or a new roof, which we appreciated.We agreed to the price for the repair and the cleaning on a Thursday, the day after the roof inspection. They then scheduled the roof repair and cleaning for the next day. The original time they were expected to arrive was noon, but they actually got to the house at approximately 8:00 a.m. The crew (two people most of the time) was also conscientious of our property, asking us to move our cars that were parked in the driveway to prevent them from getting damaged or dirty. The whole process took most of the day. It sounded like they were doing more repair work than originally expected, though I don’t know for sure since I don’t know how long some of the tasks normally take. When the crew was done, they cleaned up the mess that was made from debris and moss falling off the roof. The roof looks like new now, with the replaced tiles blending seamlessly with the rest of the roof. The roof is so clean and nice looking now that we actually enjoy looking at it again.Because we had never done business with Grandmark before, I was anxious to see the bill to determine if they would charge us extra for “unforeseen circumstances “ or something like that. I was very pleased to see that the bill was exactly as quoted and agreed upon before.It is clear that Grandmark cares about its customers and doing quality work. We will look to them first for any future roof repair or inspection needs and will highly recommend them to our friends and family.

Comment: Every step of the way Grandmark was simply amazing. Justin and Todd kept me informed throughout the whole process with updates on everything to even the smallest of detail. They provided pictures of my roof for my personal records and helped me decide the exact roofing I would want. Comment: We have a 30 year old concrete tile roof that sprung a pretty serious leak after a wind/rain event. I thought I was looking at a compete re-roof because I had been told by other roofers that there was no other recourse. When the rep from Grandmark arrived, the discussion turned to repair. A couple days later, their crew was on the roof and had er done in a few hours with a 2 year warrantee against leaks. The underlying problem was debris build-up where it should notta been! They coulda tried to tell me a re-roof was needed like the others did, but they were honest about it. An impressive thing in this day and age! Price was great, service excellent. Im gonna have em do regular check-ups on the roof now that Ive been educated on that.

Comment: Grandmark Energy Solar- Solar Fresno, Roofing and Efficient Remodeling Company provided our clients with excellent customer service. We had two clients whose property was damage in a wind storm. They were only (2) of the many people adversely impacted by this storm, but Jose and his crew stepped up to get their roofs inspected, debris removed, tarps place to prevent additional damage against the pending storm and let us know when we could expect to receive the repair proposal. They also prioritize which roof needed to be repaired first because the nature of the damage. I have no doubt that Jose does this for all his customers and the quality of their work will likely be as good or better than their customer service. Comment: We had solar panels installed in 2018 and 2019. We have a full set of solar panels and are currently only charged with our connection fee from the utility service. Its thrilling to know that when we retire, we will have no worries about the cost of electricity. Before Grandmark installed the panels they laid down a new roof. We got a good price due to the package deal and with the 30% tax credit we feel like it is worth the expense.Due to some scheduling problems that are mainly related to Covid 19 and SMUD, we were not able to get our dry-rot damaged facia replaced. Justin Manzanares took over the account and helped us navigate several obstacles to get the work finished. He was pleasant and receptive to my communications. We would not hesitate to hire Grandmark for additional work at our home.

Comment: Could not be happier with the professional, sharp-looking job and clear expectations. McKay evaluated the area where we needed guttering, an area another company had said couldn’t be remedied because of two different levels of pitch on the roof over the patio. The other company suggested we lay down sand bags to prevent flooding into the patio (not exactly chic for a physician’s home). McKay had confidence in his installer to customize for us, and the installer proved to be worthy of that trust. Although I don’t speak Spanish, McKay assisted us in bridging the language barrier to be clear about how the construction would take place. The installer and his assistant worked steadily and carefully and actually made our patio look more cohesive with the rest of the house. I saw the smile on the installer’s face when he surveyed the great job he had done. He literally enjoyed doing the tedious, precise work, which told me he cares about the client and takes pride in his skill. The cost was twice what the other company was going to charge to patch together a compromise, and when I saw the finished product, I understood why. We paid for experience and craftsmanship, and it was well worth it. We will call them for roofing when the time comes!!

Everyone is very courteous and professional.We had a problem with a porch that was not constructed to code and our gutters were very old and had been painted to the fascia. When we met with Stefan he explained what the work entailed, how long it would take and the cost for the work.Stefan checked on the progress of the work every day and at the end of the day before the workers left they made sure everything had been cleaned up.I cant believe how good our our house looks. with the new porch and the new gutters. Not only did they redid the roof, but they also installed the Newly designed Solar Panels with it. It is seamless and looks wonderful, no worries about birds or pests taking residence underneath but also supposed to prevent common problem of water leaks through. My roof looks beautiful, what a transformation from the old one.I have nothing but praises to the wonderful staff that took care of this project. Comment: We had nothing but excellent service from these guys! Our roof saga started with solar panels we had installed a few months ago by a different company. Our roof started leaking in that area when it rained and since the roof was warranted for leaks we put in multiple service requests with the solar company but they sent the same roofers out each time who found nothing wrong with the panels and said our main roof was the issue. We already planned on getting our main roof replaced this year so I sent out requests for quotes and California Roofs seemed the most professional and punctual. Other companies either gave me quotes without coming to see the roof or they just never came out when they said they would. Like never heard back from them ever, which was not a good indicator of a reliable company. We have a completely normal home and roof so it wasnt like it was a complicated project that I know of. Alfredo from California Roofs coordinated the project and Carlos came out right as scheduled do the evaluation and estimate and actually right away saw the problem with the leak, which was from the solar panels after all! Just as we suspected. Luckily CA Roofs already works with our solar people to do repairs, so Carlos and his guys were able to get it fixed asap and our solar company covered the cost. No more leak! We then had them do our main roof, patio roof, and all our gutters. Everyone was professional, friendly, timely, and worked very hard through the entire project. Everything was done in less than a week and looks beautiful! Everyone at CA Roofs was easy to get in touch with and answered all our questions. Comment: This company has the BEST customer service. I had a leak in my roof they got someone out next day and let me know that when my Air Conditioner was installed it wasn’t sealed. They took pictures for me and showed me why it was leaking. The representative they sent (Vivian) was fantastic! She went over all of my different options and made me feel at ease. My roof was at least 25 years old and needed to be replaced. She did everything to go over different options with me and made sure to take the time to explain everything. I figured if I was getting a new roof I may as well inquire about solar as well. She took the time to call PG&E and get an accurate look at my usage so she could quote me a realistic price. For me the cost of a new roof and solar install was actually cheaper than what I spend on my PG&E monthly so I went with the solar and roof. I never felt like I was being pressured into this choice. She also gave me info. on just repairs as well. She explained the prices for financing as well as no financing. She explained the difference types of tile and she went over options in pricing to include / exclude my covered parking space. There were no hidden fees and she sat there and coordinated not only with PG&E but also the financing company & her company. The whole process took about 3 hours. I never felt rushed and she made sure to let me take my time. Since my roof was leaking she got someone out right away to stop that so it didn’t cause further damage to my house. After the initial meeting they scheduled my roof install and when able to move me up they contacted to arrange this. Every single person that I worked with was professional. Vivian made sure that if she didn’t know the answer she would get it. Most people won’t say they don’t know something. I appreciated the honestly and the prompt call \ text back with the correct information versus the lie should could have probably easily given me. The installers for the roof and solar always showed up on time and were also able to answer any questions I had. Vivian 10/10 best person you could put out in the public to represent your business. There was never a time I called or text and didn’t get a reply. Lucas very professional solar install. Promptly contacted me to go over the what next with solar / monitoring usage etc. Alfredo very professional roof install. Todd very good with the money amounts and what happens after regarding solar also. Todd also has solar and was readily available to answer any questions I had. This company provides quality product, fair prices, financing, excellent customer service with impeccable communication. I will absolutely recommend this company and will be referring anyone I know looking to get a new roof or solar or even someone who just needs repairs. Comment: I had contacted California Roofs and Solar company due to the positive reviews that I had read online. I was surprised and delighted with the drone technology they had used in the initial visit. Guillermo had answered all my questions and Justin was very good in calling to move up our appointment. The workers had come on time and did a good job of leaving things clean from the side walk afterwards. I was disappointed with the appearance of tiles afterwards as I had imagined them to be clean after the job, Although Guillermo had explained that the molds would have to be specially treated to be taken off. But I still see a bit of the mud collection around. Overall I think they are reasonable with the price.

Comment: These guys did a fantastic job and they were quick about it. We had a piece of our fascia that was rotting out and getting worse. We had originally called several of other companies, but had several issues in getting the job done. Guillermo came out, took a look and provided a verbal estimate and then emailed it to me for review. Once I approved the work he scheduled the appointment to make the repairs. They actually called and asked to move the appointment up, which made us very happy. They came on-time and completed all of the work. When they were all done the roof was actually more damaged that initially thought, so extra charges right? NO! They stuck to their word, completed the repairs, both seen and unseen, and charged the same price. After sealing up some potential issues and making a few other minor repairs they cleaned off the entire roof and cleared out the gutters. The icing on the cake was they removed the Christmas lights that my wife complained about, but wouldnt let me take down after I fell off the roof putting them up, at her request of course. Comment: We initially decided to choose California Roofs & Solar because of the speed in which they were able to meet us at the property to perform an estimate, the competitive estimate they provided, and the customer service provided through the company.The repairs that we needed done were the composite roof needed to be replaced over the AC pad, a few tile shingles were broken and needed to be replaced and the master patio on the 2nd floor had dry-rot due to poor water drainage and needed to be torn out, replaced, resealed and a gutter added to ensure it would drain properly.I was impressed at how quickly there were able to get the repairs done. However, we ran into an issue when we went to check on the repairs. There had been a communication error with the employee I met with during the initial visit at the property. Despite telling him we needed the master patio dry rot repaired, it did not get accomplished. So what had happened is they had simply resealed the patio but soft spots (from the dry rot underneath) were still present.I was incredibly stressed out and immediately called their office to sort things out. A manger contacted us the next day and I explained the entire situation. He had a crew out later that day and they spent the next 3 days ripping up the patio and replacing all of the bad boards and re-sealing it. I was of course worried that we would have to pay for the cost of the patio to be re sealed and all of the extra labor costs to rip everything out but the additional cost was only $300 (for the cost of materials).I was so impressed with how quickly they fixed the issue for us and the fact that they only charged us for the cost of materials was beyond what I was expecting. Thank you California Roofs and Solar. I was so impressed with your company. I understand we are all human and mistakes happen and I appreciate you making it right and the speed in which you fixed everything for us.

The team installed quality material with quality craftsmanship in a timely manner. His pricing was good and they were able to get to the job quickly and always showed up when they said they would. I highly recommend them!

From the time I contacted the office to the last minute when the job was done their customer service and communication has been great. Carlos was the project manager on my roofing project and kept me up to date on progress and permits every single day. The office staff especially Neydi and Melissa were very professional and courteous and called me every day to let me know about progress. They offered the most competitive price for the roofing project as well. I would highly recommend them.
