Explained everything in detail. He is also very nice and reassuring. The only complaint is that I called the office and requested a call before the tech was on their way and i received a text message the first time and that was it. I liked Roman, but the competitors prices were better. Roman didnt just meet the competition, he beat the total. If that isnt enough to make you smile, Roman never lost his can do attitude. A few things were broken in the fumigation, it haooens. I mentioned it to Roman. Without another word, the broken items were fixed. At no point fid i feel like corners were cut. The bottom line, there just isnt better service out there. Thanks Roman for making it happen.

Comment: The pests were so bad at my house we were considering selling even though we are upside down. NAHS completely wiped out our pest issues. Weve had 3 other companies out to try and fix this issue (2 of those the most well known pest companies) and we saw no difference aside from a 2 or 3 day reprieve and all of those companies charged more. It has now been months and we have not seen a single pest. I am just astounded. My wife actually got teary eyed talking about how much of a blessing this has been.
