Comment: The team worked straight for 6 hours, and had all the power tools to get it as clean as possible. Do set your expectations properly though, as cement is porous, and cali water is hard water. However everything was clean as could be, and G and his team were very personable and thorough

Comment: My concrete tile roof was in serious need of cleaning after more than 10 years of neglect. I contacted Gatis and he worked with my schedule to get it done during a substantial home remodel. He showed up early on a Saturday to accommodate my other contractors scheduling needs which was greatly appreciated. He took his time to go over every square inch of the roof and applied some mildew/algae retardant to help keep future roof surface greening at bay. When he was finished on the roof, he helped clean my eaves and fascia for an upcoming paint trim and then cleaned up the whole area before he left. On top of it all, he is super nice and easy going which is refreshing, especially after dealing with so many other tradesman recently. At my request, he took a before and after shot of the roof so I could confirm all the tough areas were taken care of as well. I think the photos speak for themselves. I wouldnt hesitate recommending him to anyone in need of a roof cleaning.

Comment: Gatis is a life saver! A friend offered their house to host an event. The caterer I hired spilled BBQ grease on their concrete pavers. Gatis was able to remove the grease from the pavers 5 days after the event. My friends were very impressed and I was extremely grateful not to have replace their pavers. Comment: I cant say enough good things about G Power Washing! They responded super fast, had quick turn around time for scheduling and got the job done. We had a pretty tough Calcium stain on our stone and they even had us text pictures once dried to make sure it was gone. It was still there slightly and they offered to come back the next day free of charge and make sure it was gone (which it was by day 2). I highly recommend this company and we will definitely use them again in the future!
