Comment: We have contracted Forever Builders to do our kitchen remodel, so we also had them quote our roofing job. Their proposal was detailed, and though not the low bidder, we also received another quote for more.Based on our good experience to date, we decided to go with Forever Builders. Alex was our project manager and did a good job of communicating and we received videos from the roof showing daily progress. The crew also worked on Saturdays and got our project finished before the rain. We would recommend them for a roofing project, and will report back in when our kitchen is completed.

Comment: When facing what seemed to be an insurmountable amount of damage to my townhouse, I went online in search of a contractor, not knowing much about where to turn. I came across Forever Builders and saw it was a local company close to my property. I thought it was worth a shot to contact them. From my very first interactions with Angela to the final walk through with Adam, I really have to say how unexpected my experience was. Everyone was so nice and helpful. By the time the rebuild was ready to begin on my townhouse, I knew I wanted to move forward with Forever Builders not because of quotes or reviews, but because of the people.There really arent enough good things to say about Adam. From day 1, I felt like he was on my side. He handled everything and went above and beyond on multiple occasions. I was out of town for many weeks dealing with the water damage remotely. I felt like Adam was my representative in person to make sure everything was taken care of. He was beyond respectful of not only my property, but of my tenants. He provided updates every single day, both morning and afternoon. He provided photos and videos and really seemed to care about what was happening. I know my repairs may not have been typical of the jobs Forever Builder takes on, but it was the best experience. Over the years, Ive definitely become one of those people who tries not to expect too much, but Forever Builders exceeded my expectations.Id like to thank Adam and everyone who supported the project and to everyone in accounting for putting up with my many Zelle payments and insurance-mandated requests. You really made a horrible situation easier to navigate. I cant imagine anyone other than Adam doing the work he did on the project and I feel lucky to have been able to work with him as project manager for the rebuild.In addition to that, all of the work was completed with such high quality and skill. Even though I currently rent my space to friends, it is my one and only property. And my townhouse is well on its way to looking like my townhouse again.

Comment: Shai and Forever Builders did an excellent job remodeling our kitchen after it suffered water damage due to flooding from outside our condo unit that seeped in through. They also replaced all our flooring with Luxury Vinyl Plank.The whole project took a little over 5 weeks, which was a little bit longer than we expected but we were very happy with the quality of the work. We went for a midcentury modern look with turquoise rhombus backsplash tile, darker cabinetry with brushed stainless hardware and floating shelves with stain that matched the teak flooring - the inclusion of the shelves and removal of an existing pony wall really helped open the space up and the pure white quartz countertop looks really clean and slick, like you might see in a restored 1950s style diner!Forever Builders was responsive to all of our requests for touch-ups and slight modifications throughout the process, including an expansion of the backsplash area from what was quoted on the original estimate. One of the great things was we knew exactly what to expect - the estimate at the start equaled the final price upon completion. We would definitely recommend and will definitely use them for any future remodels!

Comment: Alex Scott was a super project manager. We were having a condo renovated before we moved in, but were living in the Bay Area. We were doing an older kitchen remodel, new vinyl flooring, some drywall work and a fresh coat of paint.We interviewed 3 contractors and we knew the moment we met Alex that he was going to be our guy. He told us up front he was not going to be the cheapest guy and hit us up with a bunch of price changes on the base scope he bid on and was reasonable with what to expect as add-ons for unknown items. True to his word, we budgeted for unknowns and he nailed the base scope. We had add-ons along the way that he added on reasonably. He also talked us out of stuff that he said would not be worth the money.Alex took us shopping to pick out the items we wanted and guided us through the buying process and worked pricing. I went against his advice in a couple areas and regretted it as those vendors were late and a pain to work with. Alex kept working with them with a smile on his face. He also negotiated with my vendors to help keep me in budgetBeing 500 miles away, we needed someone who could keep us in the loop on issues, walk through solutions, detailed oriented, but most importantly trustworthy. Being a stickler for detail, Alex left no stone unturned and involved me along the way with daily project updates and photos for discussions on what he was planning.Project turned out beautiful and way better than we expected. Cant believe this is the same place. Especially being far away and not on the premises everyday, I was worried that there would be some items missed. Alexs eagle eye and attention to detail did not let me down.If you want a great general contractor and project manager, who will keep you in the loop and not take you for a financial joyride, use Forever Builders and ask for Alex Scott. I was impressed with the professional documentation provided, which along with the confidence I felt upon our meeting, led me to sign the contract with Forever Builders.Ben provided assistance to me as needed throughout the project and came almost daily to track the progress. Rene, the foreman for my bathrooms remodeling project, along with Sergio were masters of their trade and a pleasure to have do the work in my home. Ben was able to respond to all texts incredibly quickly, and had a keen eye for the details, and was fantastic to work with. While other contractors gave a inflated price, then lowered it when I told them of other competitive offers, Ben was truthful and honest from the start. I would recommend them to all my friends--working with them was a pleasure, and the results in the kitchen are fantastic.

Comment: I used Forever Builders to remodel my master bathroom, and would highly recommend them to others. I ended up going with them because they were the most punctual, professional, and organized throughout the consultation & estimate process, and I liked that they were a combined design-build firm, so the project manager (in my case, Ben) would see the whole project through from start to finish.
