Comment: Thank to Roger and Raul we were able to get the roof pass inspection with minimal costs. They stayed bellow the budget we allowed for the project, and when I llok at the roof I know I got a lot more than what I expected to get.Great to work with Flawless.

Comment: There was no other way to prevent the leaks anymore. A new roof was needed. When you find that you need to repair a different spot every 2 weeks, you know it is time.I got recommendations to call Flawless. That same day I put the down for the new roof.I can tell you many good things about Harry and the team. But instead I will only tell you that all the reviews here are true. They are super roofers. in 1.5 days they replaced the entire roof. And cleaned everything as if they were never here.

Comment: One thing I’ve learned over the years, even if it cost more higher than most professional to do the job otherwise you might find yourself pee a lot for something you could save if you just choose the expert in to begin with.Flawless roofing is a company I already know and as long as the prices makes sense they are my local contractor for any roof project.

Comment: Amazing price, great service, and great communication, reliable, efficient and easy process. Absolutely hands down best company I have ever hired!!! Carlos came out and gave me a quote within a day. Called back to ask a few questions to make sure I wasnt going to be charged an arm and a leg more and she assured me the only difference would be if there was bad plywood. Even gave me a price for worst case scenario. Got an email confirmation right away. Dropped off supplies right on time like they said they would. Started on time the next day and got the entire roof done in a day! I will be referring everyone to Flawless Roof Repair & Installation. If I ever need a future roof on another home they are 1000% going to get the call!

Comment: Gave us the best quote and the shortest time to install new roof. I had my concerns since they told us they will install the roof within 72 hours while other contractors needed a week or more. But they did it, on time and in a professional way. Flawless new roof installation!

Comment: AMAZING ROOFING COMPANY IN PALO ALTOI called around and had a lot of people not returning my phone call inquiries and many companies in Palo Alto not interested in my small project. I called Flawless Roof Repair & Installation and I was instantly treated like one would expect from a contractor who respect the customer’s needs. The gentleman I spoke to (Carlos) asked all the right questions, gave me an idea of what to expect if we went with their services, and offered to come out the next day to inspect my roof. Few other companies that came out told me I needed an entire new roof but Carlos told me clearly that the roof is less than 5 years old and there is no reason to replace the whole roof just parts of it. Today, 2 months later and some series rain, the leaks are not there anymore. Thank you Flawless Roof Repair & Installation and thank you Carlos for saving me a lot of money and for being professional.
