Comment: I had Ovi give me an estimate to repair a leak in my roof, his price was fair, but beyond that he and his wife gave me great personal advice and were very kind. The only reason I did not use them isI was afraid of the leak causing mold issues if not repaired asap.Unfortunately they were booked up for 2-4 weeks.

Comment: Ovi and Lia are amazing people running an extraordinary roofing business. To begin with, when Ovi came out to look at the roof, he was the only one to find and even patch a small hole in our roof on the spot. The proposal for the full re-roof was very reasonable and the speed and quality of the work was excellent. Lia answered lots of questions and helped us select great materials. The roof is beautiful, done in three days, and all cleaned up!

Comment: I highly recommend Final Touch Roofing. I was impressed with them when we hired them to install my father in law’s roof. We just had our roof replaced with Final Touch. It took only 2 1/2 days from demo, wood repair, wood inspection, to complete the work. The crew is highly professional and organized like an orchestra directed by its conductor. This is an honest, professional roofing company.

Comment: After getting multiple bids for our roof replacement we decided to go with Final Touch Roofing and we couldn’t be happier. Ovi was honest and knowledgeable and his crew was punctual, professional and courteous. All my questions and concerns were addressed promptly and taken care of. I can’t praise them enough. If you need a new roof, these are your people.

Comment: This is a long review as it was long project for us. In short, do your roofer shopping but Final Touch is as good as it gets. I doubt you will find anyone better than Final Touch.We had a few problems to solve:1. Old shingle roof shredding granulates and exposing the fiberglass strands inside.2. Upstairs temperature got up to 90s. Interior ceiling temperature in one room could reach 110F. It was a dry sauna. We installed attic insulation (R38) already. It was good at keeping heat in winter, but no match for San Fernando Valley summer sun. During summer the attic and upstair wont cool down until close to midnight.3. Flashing done wrong in two places. The last crew who did the roof was not professional roofer.We went thru 4 roofers, hope this help you anticipate the type of roofers you will encounter:1. Final Touch Roofing - Ovi was spot in in his quote, pointed a few things I should watch out for. Lia and Ovi didnt hard sell or up sell me. What they promised was in the quote. Their price was reasonable (you know dont go with the cheapest right?)2. Roofer B - a sales lady came out. She did the whole if you sign up today you get a deal pitch. Not tomorrow. Had to be now. Forced me listen to her sales pitch. With online videos you can educate yourself the basics of roofing. She made it sound it synthetic underlayment was real special treat that only they can offer.3. Roofer C - what he promised was not in written quote. Amongst other things, promised me permit fee was included. The printed quote said permit fee was up to me. Kept wanting to talk it out and correct later4. Roofer D - Good guy, good experience, but kept trying to up sell me. I live in the suburb. Not Bel Air mansion.We installed Owens Corning Duration Cool Shasta White. It is the basic Cool Roof with sureNail strip. Shasta White is lightest and most reflective (SRI Solar reflective index). You can get a darker color with the same SRI and it will cost more. Shasta white worked for us.We installed *16* oHagin low profile vents in high and low positions to encourge convection. It was part of the quote. oHagin website has a calculator to check how many vents you need. I think 1 sq ft of vent for every 300 sq ft of roof. 1 vent is 1/2 sq ft. So I have 8 sq ft of ventilation. Upstairs temperature drops by 5-10F. We feel the chi flowing better. Upstair warms up very slowly during the day and cools down a lot faster when night falls. It was the opposite before. We reclaim our upstairs. We used to avoid upstairs until after 10pm. Hands down we beat our neighors in roof vents count.I contemplated but in the end avoided solar vents. It doesnt move much air CFM-wise unless you install a lot of them (at $300-400/each). Moreover, how would I know the motor still working years from now? For that reason I avoided power vent as well. We stuck with passive venting.I skipped low-e therma sheet. I saw a video you need an air gap between tile and sheet for heat to reflect, etc. In short, I didnt know the science and believed the 16 ohagins was biggest bang for buck. Your mileage varies. You can give it a try.I had some wrong flashing details previously. Small details mean whether you have a leak or not. Final touch fixed that for me.The crew was professional, on time, clean up very nicely after themselves. Most important they listened and helped me address a few small things, it was a sign that they liked working at Final Touch.BTW you should budget to buy the crew lunch here and there. They appreciate it. Maybe set up table and chairs outdoor. It made a difference when you have last minute perfectionist requests =)If you read this far you should hire Final Touch already. They are very good.

Comment: I will re-confirm what other reviewers have stated on Yelp. Ovi is Very professional, friendly person to work with. They did great job and meet all my requests and expectations with fair pricing. I already have referred Final touch roofing to family and friends. I wont hesitate to work with Ovi again. He is a very good person and has great sense of humor :)

Comment: I would like to share our good roofing experience.I am grateful that I choose Final Touch Roofing. First off I must say, the owner, Ovi is a genuinely sweet person, you get a sense of trust when you talk to him.We needed to reroof a storage facility, which had many leaks and was very hot during the summer months.I got many bids and a few options of what each contractor suggested.We decided to go with, Ovi from Final Touch Roofing for a few reasons, but mainly the owner, Ovi was a patient man that always answered his phone, when I called to ask more questions. He never once gave me a feeling like I was bothering him. Always answered with patience. Lastly another main reason we chose them is because his price was fair and his knowledge of commercial roofing was obvious.We scheduled the re-roof for mid March. The roofing crew showed up every day and worked till late. Ovi came by daily to supervise and look over things, sometimes twice a day and I would even see him sitting to wait of the roof inspector on the inspection days. I guess that is how it works when you reroof.We were kept in the know how about the complete process, every day.The roof is done now and looks really good. The best part besides not having leaks is that the storage facility is much cooler thanks to the white coating material (title 24) that they used. Furthermore, they added extra vents without an added cost, to help cool the small attic space that we have.Over all I could say that I was nervous about the roofing process but had a good experience with Final Touch Roofing.
