Comment: While it was nice to finally see significant rainfall again in California, we regrettably were one of MANY who had a roof leak :( With more heavy rainfall in the forecast, we were hoping to get our roof inspected and repaired sooner than later. We many others having the same idea, there werent many available roofing companies. Thankfully, I was able to get in touch with ELM who came out within 24 hours to inspect the roof.After inspecting and providing a fair quote for BOTH the roof and interior dry wall repair/paint, we opted to go with ELM as we really appreciated their level of communication - they kept us in the loop on everything! With rain in the forecast, we opted to hold off on the repairs till the following week. Thankfully, ELM was able to get a crew to come back within 48 hours (before the heavy rain) to tarp the roof. Repairs were done quickly the following week with dry wall repairs done a few days after. We have been leak free and happy since!Will definitely be using ELM for our roof replacement in the coming years.

Comment: Replacing our roof turned out to be a easier task than expected. Our shingle roof was 22 years old and looked out of shape. Because we are entering the winter season we decided not to take any chances and have the roof replaced.I contacted several local roofing contractors and got some estimates for the job. ELM Roofing Contractors were one of the few companies available to start the work right away. We narrowed down our choices, and because Moses was easy to communicate with, we choose ELM Roofing Contractors to install our new roof.Moses and the roofing crew made everything easy on us. Their estimate was accurate and professionally written. They provided all the relevant license and insurance information and got all the required paperwork ready before work began.For the following 5 days after the work began, we had a team of 3 roofers working on replacing the roof. We had two city inspections which were easily approved. As promised all the roofing material arrived on time and the work was completed within the agreed time frame.We are happy with our new roof and with the way things turned out. ELM Roofing Contractors were very professional and I highly recommend them.

He examined the entire roof and showed me which parts needed repair. They fixed the roof within the next 2 days. Very efficient crew and very easy to work with.
