Comment: David and the entire Edri team were great during the whole process. We set out with a plan and they were able to make it happen for us! They turned our jungle of a backyard into a peaceful oasis, our 1990s powder room into the present, and our living/dining/kitchen space with an absurd number of walls into an open and beautiful concept with a very logical flow. David was our Project Lead and is family to us now. To add stress during a renovation, we decided to live in the house with our 2-year old and another on the way. David made this possible and his team was clean and respectful of the house each and every day. We then had our child earlier than anyone could plan for, in the middle of construction, and David continued to step up and make our lives stress-free while everything was going on. All in all, they are great. They treat you like family and the work speaks for itself. We cant wait to work with Edri again on our next project!

Comment: A friend of ours who is an architect recommended Edri to us and we are so glad she did. Edri completed our kitchen/living/dining room, powder room, and back yard renovation and did a fabulous job! David was our project manager and he is the best. Our project was structurally complex and involved knocking down multiple walls, but Edri knew exactly how to approach this and it was clear they were experts at executing structural work in San Francisco homes. We actually lived in our home during the renovation and they were so considerate and accommodating of that, always cleaning up and keeping things livable for us. I will admit to being so picky with a million questions and the Edri team always answered all of my questions/made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. Theyre fabulous and we would recommend them to anyone and everyone in a heartbeat. We actually hope to do a bit more work on our house and are already looking forward to working with them again.

I want to highlight the owner of this business, who is everything you want from a person who will be conducting such important work on your home. Comment: We were introduced to Edri Construction, specifically Eitay, through a mutual friend and couldnt be happier that we chose to work with them. We did a full kitchen remodel and ended up replacing flooring in the entire house. They held our hands through the entire process from layout and design, (which we changed a couple times before making a final decision), choosing appliances, materials, etc. and kept us within our budget. They were very professional, open with communication, responsive and respectful of our home and space. We lived in our home during construction with two dogs and a cat, by the time our project was complete, I think our dogs looked forward to seeing Eitay and Edgar more than us. We couldnt be happier with the outcome of our new kitchen and floor.

Comment: A large branch crashed through the roof and ceiling of our kitchen. After wasting a lot of time with a contractor who gave us a really expensive estimate with little explanation and wouldnt discuss it with the insurance adjuster, we contacted Edri Construction. David looked at everything carefully, gave us a detailed estimate, and quickly reached agreement with the adjuster. Then he completed the work in 3 1/2 days! We couldnt be happier. David is also a very pleasant individual to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Comment: Hired them to do a total demo and renovation. It was mostly my design, and it used a lot of high end materials, including custom lighting. Building had concrete structure and many HoA restrictions and we worked around all of it. I certainly learned a lot, but the process probably could have been easier with a designer or architect to manage things. In the end, I felt like the project exceeded the original vision, and it’s a joy to see it come together so well. Given the current environment, there were of course some hiccups, but the contractor was always committed to making it right, and the payment structure was incremental, which is a good sign in my book. My recommendation is to communicate proactively and often. If you think you have any work that’s special or non-standard, do your research and provide clear instructions so you can get a proper quote. I’m happy with the amount I paid given the quality of work. I’m very picky and detail oriented and felt like in the end, they nailed every single point.

Comment: We Haven’t decided on what contractor we wanted to work with; however, I wanted to write my experience. My wife and I have been looking to get our kitchen and two bathrooms completely remodeled. We had already received two estimates before contacting Preferred, and I must say the third time is the charm thus far. We had our initial walk-through today with Avi, and it was by far the best first impression out of the three. Avi took his time to get to know what we were looking for and inspired us with his own ideas that were convenient and seemed to get the most value out of the remodel. Avi also took detailed measurements of our layouts and showed us potential remodel plans in 2D/3D on the spot! Yes, Avi showed us first hand what our brand new kitchen and bathrooms would really look like rather than just giving us a piece of paper with prices. We could actually picture what the rooms would look like. It was truly a unique experience in comparison to the other two competitors. Once we decided on the remodel ideas, he proposed that he come back and provide us with a detailed estimate for the work, which again was unique. The other two competitors have not provided this type of service thus far. Our first estimate seemed cookie-cutter and was actually higher than we expected. The second estimate, well, they still havent sent it even though they said they would.Not only was Avi extremely professional, but he also seemed to understand us, and the effort he put forth truly outshined the competitors. The other two didnt have the ideas, nor did it seem to take us too seriously, not like how Avi did. As if they would only put forth effort if we signed the contract. Avi went above and beyond, and he hasnt even pushed us to select Preferred or sign a contract.My wife and I are extremely excited about the proposed ideas and designs. We are looking forward to the next steps.

Ive had countless experiences with contractors who didn’t really focus on the details. Comment: I worked with Edri Construction to remodel two full baths as well as customize storage in my garage. Both their 3D-designer Alex and project manager David were great...easy to work with and professional throughout the process.  Alex’s designs were spot on and the end results were even better than we had imagined.  Because we were living out of town through the project, David did a good job of keeping us updated on the progress and on any issues that arose.  From start to finish the project took a little longer than we would have liked but that was due to Covid restrictions and the cities response rate. However overall I would highly recommend Edri Construction- streamlined, organized and professional process with beautiful results!

Comment: Edri Construction were the best single handily construction company that I have experienced in the last couple of weeks! They gave me an immediate response regarding my project.The next day after meeting with Avi, I received and estimate with options to see which fit my budget best. A few days later 4 or 5 guys showed up from 8am to 3:30-4pm to replace me roof. The job was completed that day and there was no evidence that someone was here! Their roof replacement estimate was 3,000 dollars less then another estimate I received. This company was amazingly professional and were easy to work with.Would definitely recommend this company!

Comment: Last year we worked with another contractor for our bathroom remodel and needless to say my husband and I were very unhappy with the outcome of the project. We met with Avi to take a look at our bathroom and he came with suggestions to improve the look. We discussed the value, the price range/duration of project and how payment would work.The estimate wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive. We spent more then we would like for the project, however my husband and I now love our bathroom! They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly and they cleaned after themselves at the end of the day.After we saved some more more Avi and his team will definitely come back to fix our outdated home!

Comment: It it weird that were going to miss these guys now that the job is done? Avi and his team were phenomenal to work with. We needed two bathrooms remodeled and contacted about six contractors. Avi was able to come out and give us a quote within days. Two contractors never replied until after we already started the project (with Avi); one came out but never gave us a quote.My spouse and I relied heavily on Avi to help us with picking the tiles and vanities. I thought the tile selection would be painful but Avi listened to what we were wanting and brought us great options. He spent the time looking around the store to find just what we wanted to ensure we really were happy with our selections.When the job started, the guys came out and demoed with no impact to anything else. I was surprised at how cleanly the demo went. Throughout the project, Avi kept us up to date on the progress (when the door guys were coming; when we needed to get the faucets by). His guys Nick,Tom, and Dan were reliable, trustworthy, and extremely capable. They cleaned up every single day (we let them store their items in our bedroom) and I very much appreciated that. The end result is simply amazing. We absolutely love how the bathrooms turned out. Its modern, spacious, and bright. Really, they did a very high quality job.Ive heard horror stories about contractors not finishing the job and disappearing or taking way too long but Avi and his guys wont ever be that kind of contractors. Avi and the team - you all are a great group of guys. Thank you so much!!!

Comment: Recently I purchased a house that needed a little work but had good bones and potential. I just could not stand the kitchen, so I decided to look into home improvement contractors. I matched with several contractors on HomeAdvisor. Edri Construction was the first one to reach out regarding an appointment. I met with Avi later that week to discuss my project. He was very informative with Ideas and a lot of recommendations. Soon after we met the estimate and contact was created with an reasonable price. Compared to the other companies Ive paired with, they were non responsive and took more then 2 weeks for me to receive a response let alone an estimate. Avi was my project manager himself and the company made sure I didnt feel left out during the process and were very good on keeping me updated. There was good communication and very good work ethic. I have several home improvement projects in mind for later on in the future. I was honestly very happy with the outcome of the project. I will definitely will be speaking with Avi again once Im ready to do my other projects.
