My neighbors are really particular and they always complain about everything so I was super worried about the loud noises that might disturb them. I let my contact person know and they were able to accommodate by not yelling any of the time, not playing any loud music as requested, and overall just great etiquette and respect for our neighborhood. Comment: These guys at Eco smart are great super punctual, on time, professional, and honest. I had a really bad storm come down on my house and it ripped the back part of my roof leaving a large hole. I called them and they came out the same day with a team and got to work. They didnt overcharge or take advantage as I know nothing about roofing.

Comment: It’s likely that you will be paying 1.5 times more for your repairs with Eco Smart as they are not for everyone. One has to pay them just to come out and inspect your property which i thought is insane at first, but then after dealing with other “roofers” it was evident that it’s actually cheaper to go with Eco than buying a cat in the bag. The quality of the end product is superior to anything I’ve seen, they are very attentive beginning to end, they are always there when you need them and their service is superior, it’s not a contractor, it’s a friend. ED is great, during the process he will become your friend and that’s guaranteed, the entire customer base is like family, we get their warranty and service emails every few months and the wording and the sentence structure is similar to an email you’ll get for your pal, it’s always full of humor and you can’t not smile when thinking about this outfit. This contractor is built around the customer service, similar to amazon. I recommend them if you can afford them.

Comment: Interesting and quality oriented company, not your standard roofing contractor, they are over licensed and over insured, the project has been performed with safety in mind, we had many obstacles, from overhead electrical wires to worst neighbors and it was all solved in a professional and positive manner. I was able to get a hold of someone on Friday nights and even on Sunday when I had a question on timeliness for replace.ent due to weather, guys are great and very responsible when it comes to safety and timing for projects. They moisture map and create a comprehensive report once evaluation is done. The initial inspection is paid which is a drawback but the level of insight you’ll get with the evaluation is priceless. Comment: This company is fantastic in every possible and impossible way. Their trucks are state of the art, off road, emergency rescue eco friendly tools. Their workmanship is fabulous and their warranty is best in the industry with free 20 years of periodic inspections once every two years. They use drones, thermal imaging and huge truck mounted cranes to perform the job. Bedside customer service, pleasant owners and you never have to wait for an answer. They replaced our light well with drains and do periodic maintenance on our building, all - in great contractor.

Comment: Fantastic roofer. My family and I were moving back to San Francisco from abroad and discovered that our house had internal water damage from a leak. It was the rainiest winter in quite a while and we needed the roof replaced as quickly as possible to prevent further damage. Eco Smart was able to get an inspector out within a week, and then got us scheduled in a brief 2 day break in the rain to replace our roof. The job ended up being more complex than we initially thought due to some dry-rot in a light well, but the Eco Smart team walked me through what they saw and were able to handle most of the extra work without further cost. These guys went above and beyond my expectations. Im very pleased with the result!

Comment: I was very happy with the detailed report that I received from Armand regarding my residential roof. He spent an hour taking photos and moisture mapping and then I received a very detailed report with a variety of bid options to choose from. The customer service was excellent with EcoSmart and Armand in particular as he spent an additional 30 minutes after I received the bid reviewing it with me. The inspection fee of $595 was deductible from the bid. I had a very positive experience with EcoSmart. I also found it helpful getting roofing quotes from a few companies before making a final decision, as not all charge an inspection fee, so that I was well informed of my options.
