I did my due diligence and got different quotes and just when I was going to give up with the whole process, I found Echelon Solar Power. After speaking to my representative Bobby I was convinced that Echelon offered everything I needed and they were very competitive in their pricing. Bobby was knowledgeable, honest and adjusted to my schedule to answer my 21 questions. I’m not familiar with submitting permits nor do I have the time, but Echelon handled all the paperwork, permits and they setup the appointments with the city for inspections. Don’t waste any more time and go solar, you’re wallet will thank you!

Josh and the whole team were very friendly, knowledgeable, and super easy to get a hold of if I had questions. I personally chose them because they do not subcontract their work, unlike other companies that do and don’t provide quality work. I haven’t had any issues in the last year even with the heavy rains we have been receiving, but I feel confident that if I did have any, they would respond faster than another company that contracted the work.

He also suggested me NOT to install a battery wall because we are not encountering many blackouts, technology is not yet mature, and the price is not right.Jessica is my contact person during the entire project. Continuous billing issues, panels not working and the amount of time we spent on the phone with customer service was ridiculous. We knew that solar is a great money saver on electricity but we were so disappointed with Teslas customer service and the timeline on them fixing something. ( i waited over 2 months for them to send someone out to fix my panels). So when we decided to go solar at our new house we did not want Tesla. We met with a 4 solar companies but Frank Singh stood out the most because he was very transparent and you could tell that he was genuine person. This meeting did not take 2-3 hours in fact it took 45 mins. My wife and I felt super confident signing up with Frank and most importantly everything he told us was on the contract.
