Comment: The gave us a good, market rate quote for a new roof which really needed to be replaced, without high pressure sales tactics. Actually started on the job before it was scheduled (after asking of course) and got it done quickly and well. Daniel was very professional and communicative. Our roof looks great! They also cleaned up the attic and installed blown insulation. The blown insulation turned out to be a little more blown than I would have liked because it flies everywhere and even outside on a windy day plus it blocked the rafter views which meant I needed to build out an attic platform. But that was frankly on me, since I was the one who asked for it. Next time down the line, Ill go with a standard batt roll approach. Anyway, weve recommended them to others for roofing.

Comment: We had a wind storm tear shingles off of our (very old) roof. Inspection showed it lacked plywood sheathing, and was just multiple layers of asphalt shingles on top of old wood shake (a fire hazard). I received estimates from six different roofing companies, and DLS Development Inc. was the only company to give me a quote within our inspectors estimated range (some were as much as 10K over). A couple offered to match, but I liked how easy and straightforward their bid was, and how stellar their reviews were, so I declined those offers.It was a big job to strip all layers and install new 1/2 OSB sheathing as well as the singles, but they finished ahead of schedule in just three days. Workers were professional and took extra care cleaning up the site each day. Daniel and Abraham were wonderful to work with, really appreciated being able to communicate via text (as its difficult to get away from work during the day to make calls). The new roof looks amazing, I had no idea how much it would improve our homes curb appeal until I saw it finished!Overall I would highly, highly recommend DLS Development Inc. We talked to 10 roofing companies total, and had 6 come out for estimates, and they were definitely competitively priced and a pleasure to deal with. Excited for our beautiful new roof, thanks again!

Daniel was professional and responsive to our request for a proposal and went through the process of what the re-roof would look like, showed us different materials and was there to answer any questions we had. We had 4 roofing companies bid this project for us and Daniel provided the best service and the most competitive price. We ultimately selected DLS to do our re-roof. Daniel updated me as they assisted us in obtaining City Permits & inspections and our new roof came out beautiful and not to mention was done incredibly quick. I was particularly impressed with how clean the workers kept my home during this process. They picked up every nail, staple and material that was on the floor.
