Comment: Darah Roofing and, in particular, the owner Jorge provided excellent service on replacing a fairly large and complicated composite shingle roof and gutters for us. The team needed to wait for a suitable break in the winter rains, but then had a full team complete in just 6 days. Jorge provided quick service from the initial estimate, to permitting, execution, inspections and final clean up. He goes above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with their work. It’s a family business which was a pleasure to support.

Comment: Had a roof leak during the recent Pineapple Express. Jorge from Darah siad he would come on that afternoon if the rain let up. There was a small sunny window, and Jorge arrived. He quickly assessed the problem before even getting onto the roof, showed me the issue and fixed it in about 45 minutes. The fee was very reasonable. Jorge was polite and very helpful I will call Darah back in the dry season to do a complete roof inspection.

Comment: I shared my roof inspection report with Jorge and he was able to give me a reasonable estimate on phone itself which saved a lot of time unlike other roofers who want to follow the regular procedure of sending agent and checking the roof inspite of having a roof is inspection report. Jorge and team is very punctual and responsive. They cleaned all the area after the repair was completed and showed us pictures of after and before. I would definitely recommend their services.

Comment: I’ve worked with Darah roofing to replace my 20y old roof. I gave them a call, and the next day Jorge and his father came for an onsite inspection. One day after that they’ve sent me a quote, that was very competitive. We’ve talked through all the details and made some adjustments to the project. After I’ve signed the contract, we’ve agreed on the installation date and Jorge filed the paperwork for the permit. At the day of installation, the crew arrived on time. They’ve covered the pool, all windows, deck and tile around the house to avoid any damage to the property. They’ve removed the old roof, did some repairs to the plywood and we’ve successfully passed the first inspection. In 3 days I had the new roof fully installed. They’ve also added a layer of thermal insulation, cleaned the gutters and put the protective covers on it. 2 days after the installation was complete, I had the final city inspection, and passed it. Every day, before leaving the site, they’ve cleaned after themselves. Jorge was very responsive during the project and attentive to the details. I’m very happy with the results and can recommend Darah roofing to anyone looking for a roofing contractor in SF Bay Area.

Comment: Working with Darah Roofing from beginning to end was a great experience.Unlike other companies I called for a quote, I got a call back from Darah Roofing within minutes and they came the next day to give me quote.During the quote, Jorge (the owner) explain to me the entire process, what to expect, and timeline. He definitely knew what he was doing and instantly got my trust. Especially after getting another company to give me a quote before Darah Roofing, the other company was not as thorough as Jorge.I gave Darah Roofing the job, they finished a my 1100 sqft house within 3 days. Looks amazing. My general contractor saw the job and was happy with the work and asked me for Jorges contact information as he would like to use him in his future jobs.A general contractor to ask for this information was another assurance that I hired the right roofing company.I would definitely recommend Darah Roofing.

Comment: Darah Roofing put a new roof on our home just over a year ago. They did an outstanding job. Jorge Huapaya was the foreman for the job, he coordinated the materials and the work schedule well, and he ensured excellent work by his crew.We had our roof replaced because it was dated, weathered, and it had leaks that could have become much worse and been far more costly had they not been repaired properly. Our roof needed carpentry roof repairs in a few places too, which Darah did properly and professionally. Also, Jorge and his team installed four retractable skylights which was, at that time, not something they typically did; yet they coordinated the skylight order and did the skylight installation work professionally as well. And, their gutter work is good too. Were very happy with this work.I wanted to wait for winter to pass in order to review their work, to be sure the roof got a full winter of rain. We did not get a full winter of rain, however we did get a deluge in November and December of this past 2021 which was more than sufficient to exhibit the quality of Jorges and the Darahs teams work. Darah Roofings roof work has performed beautifully. The roof stood strong against some brutal rains and high winds without so much as a hiccup.Thank you Darah Roofing for a job well done. Thank you Jorge for your professional conduct of the project and for ensuring the quality of the work.

Comment: Darah Roofing installed an exceptional quality GAF composite roof with ridge attic venting. The work included careful removal and disposal of our old shake roof. Darah Roofing provided timely install of the energy efficient LP Techshield Aluminized OSB, Tiger Paw Underlayment, Pro Starters, Flashings, Vents, High Reflectivity RS Composite Shingles, plus all Gutters and Downspouts (subcontract). We will now be saving money on energy with the new thermally efficient roofing.Enrique kept in close contact throughout the process and made the extra effort under tight scheduling constraints to finish the job within a few days -- right before heavy downpouring rains. He brought on additional teams and experts to accelerate the work to finish on time and at budget.Great Job ! Highly Recommend !

Comment: Just had Darah Roofing put a new roof on my home. I have a fairly complex roof, and they did a great job. It is an old house (1924) with a couple of remodels, so they had to sheet some of the roof with plywood, install new flashing, new gutters and downspouts, and work with several skylights. They even willingly installed the flashing for two new sun tubes..Enrique is quiet and efficient and highly responsive. Not the cheapest, but also not the most costly of the bids I received, somewhere in the middle. Good quality for the money.They arrived with a hard-working and careful crew, In three days they were finished. Now, after the first heavy rains, the outcome has given me great peace of mind.I would hire them again. It was a good experience. And the new roof is beautiful. I am an architectural designer,, so I carefully watched the whole project as it unfolded. And as I said, I am very pleased with the outcome
